The sales clerk was very friendly and helpful. My issue was I ordered pants I didn't get then until over a month later and one pair of pants only one leg was hemmed, which I paid for hemming in advance. I just had a bad experience with this company.

i have been going to uniform gear since I started the police academy in 2003. they back everything up. Jim the owner is retired Philadelphia police so he knows what you need or are looking for. The staff at both locations are awesome. prices are great and if they don't have something in stock or needs to be special ordered are no problem and its a quick turnaround. there are other police stores in philly but i will only go to uniform gear.

Since Sept. 2018 i was measured and fitted for uniforms. I received the uniforms roughly 6 weeks later. Every uniform was one size too small. i returned them on 11/15/18 to get right sizes. Here i am on 12/18/18 waiting for them still. Just like another reviewer, both of my pants had to have the hem redone by my local tailor since it fell apart ...the 2 star rating is only because of the nice girl at the desk.

Uniform Gear is one of the best vendors we've ever had. Our office orders everything from them because they are so accommodating and reliable. They deliver a good product at a good price and on time. They are usually a one stop shop because they can get you anything you need.
