Isaiah was super friendly and knowledgeable and very approachable this is the second location I've been from their franchise and they just keep getting better they even have a hookah lounge and they follow rules and regulations on selling tobacco and all other products 5 star's is underrated

Great place, I been to 3 of their 9 locations and have always been met with great and friendly customer service. I did have an issue which I'm not going to describe because as to not cause any problems with customers that read this but Melissa was super friendly and helpful, she reached out to the owners to see what could be done and after working it out with Tammy we came up with a solution that ultimately made me happy even if it wasn't exactly what I wanted. The fact that she showed compassion for my issue was enough to tell me that they care about their customers and are trying to run a customer friendly business. I know you can't please everyone but they definitely pleased me. If you read this Tammy, thank you again. I'll definitely be back

I’ve been going to this store since I moved to South Jersey. Merve is the absolute goat. She goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. If she doesn’t have it, she contacts other stores until she finds what I need. Turnersville needs a Merve. Visited 1 time and will never return. The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Went to see Merve immediately afterwards, told her my experience and she took care of it instantly. I will only go to this store for that reason, she is absolutely phenomenal. Team Merve

I go to Puff & Pipe in Clementon because I get Tubes and Tabacco to make my own cigarettes. Their prices are great and I love the store. Mel is the nicest person and super helpful she also has an accent that is so cool.

I needed something specific you may have had that I wanted to check online so I could stop by the store to buy which in today's world is pretty normal. Everyone in there was super helpful, I ended up buying one of the display pipes, didn't have the original box anymore but the woman at the counter worked it out with the manager and let me take a pipe stand instead, thought this was cool of them to make it right. I forget the names but it was 2 young ladies, they'd know who I am lol. I came in for just the pipe and ended up spending almost 80 dollars, and have already had people ask where I got things! I prefer this one over the turnersville location, not the same service, maybe just lack of workers in turnersville.

I live close to this location come here all the time. Mel and the girls are always very helpful. I like the mix of merchandise. If they don’t have what I want they always call the other stores I like that. It’s always a vibe. Very nice place. You will find what you are looking for here.

Went in there looking for an E rig. The girl there showed me a few. I choose the GPen Roam. she said the price was 249.99. I asked if they could do anything one the price if i paid cash. She said no and she called her boss. He said no discount but i could get a 30$ grinder for free with my purchase. Which cost them under 10 bucks to buy and i didn’t need… Long story short i bought the GPen came home and started charging it up. In the meantime i went online to search reviews on it and saw what i could get it for at many online stores. $135 with free shipping!!! They charged me almost double the price! BEWARE of their prices and sales tactics. Also the device i got didn’t come with all the things that are given in the kit. Pitiful

Sells broken glassware and refuses to exchange it. Edit: Responds with a fake phone number and fake email in order to “make things right” this store is atrocious. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Cole helped me out today and I gotta say, couldn't have been any more pleasant or easy of an experience. Had an issue with my vape that I purchased from them and came in today to see what they could do. BOOM, my man Cole swapped it out with few questions asked. Wouldn't go anywhere else for what I need. Reccomend anyone looking for vape or tobacco needs come and see them here. 5 star baby!

Great selection of cheap products that will break days after buying them, but don't worry because they also have no return policy which means you can rest easy knowing you'll be stuck with the $50 vape pen that comes broken out of the box. It's all made up for, though, by their wonderful staff who greet you with a blank stare and little to zero knowledge of the products they're selling. Not sure what happened, but this particular shop has gone down hill over the last couple of years.

Merve is very professional and knowledgeable about the store's products. She is also very sweet to the customers, which makes you want to come back to that store location.

We’re from the DMV and visited this hookah lounge while in town visiting family. Initially the price of $35 pp total $75 with tax seemed to be really expensive bcuz we’re used to paying $35 per hookah not pp. However, the hookah lounge lived up to the price tag. The atmosphere was really nice, the hookahs were really good and the young ladies waiting on us even down to the gentleman who seated us were attentive, extremely nice and super professional. My husband even mentioned how smooth the hookahs were and how he didn’t feel like his lungs were exploding after smoking for hours as he does at other hookah establishments we’ve frequented. We got there at 4pm so we were literally the only ones in there for a while. They let us hook our phone up to the speaker and play our own music which we loved. It’s BYOB (wine, beer and champagne only) which was cool and we were able to bring in food from the Caribbean restaurant nearby. We got to enjoy the final four games all while listening to good music, enjoying the hookah and eating good food and drinks! Win, win! The DJ took over at 8pm and he was really Good. All in all we definitely enjoyed ourselves and plan to come back with several family members in a few weeks when we come down for my sisters wedding.

The best smoke shop in South Jersey!!!!! You can even go to there Black Diamond Lounge and smoke a cigar or puff on the Hookah. It’s an all in one store. A total win - win!!!!!

Eye went in with my dad and we purchased over a $100 worth of goods from this store. Jimmy was working at the time and Eye just wanna say, he did his thing. Knows his information about almost everything in the store and was very attentive when we had something in mind and he had a solution for it. Definitely 10/10 with Jimmy
