Relaxed bar & grill that's nice for a quick bite. I didn't love the Nashville sliders, but the fries were great. Service was friendly, beer was cold + cheap and the outdoor dining is wonderful. Based off of this experience, I wouldn't consider Ott's a culinary destination, but it's a good choice for a cool place to kick back and relax with a cold brew.

Nice place with great food! They have a bar with music, outside tables in sand like the beach and a covered indoor/outdoor space. The front porch area has chairs w little tables between them. We chose to eat in the indoor/outdoor space; it was great. Our waiter was really wonderful. We ordered Ott’s tots; wow, they are very good; you could actually taste the different ingredients! It didn’t taste the same (boring taste) like most restaurants. Great atmosphere for a night of music in the bar ( they were having a band tonight). It’s quiet in the indoor/outdoor area. Great bar food. Very friendly staff that we encountered.

If you're looking for a great spot for lunch or dinner in Camden County, Otts in West Berlin is definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the food is top-notch.⁠ ⁠ As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from our fabulous server, Tony. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions.⁠ ⁠ The tuna poke was a standout dish for me - the flavors were spot on, and the presentation was beautiful. The portions were generous and left us feeling satisfied, but not stuffed.⁠ ⁠ If you're looking for a culinary adventure that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more, look no further than this hidden gem of a restaurant. Fav place to grab some excellent food & drink. Always friendly & great service. Love to sit on the outside deck during nice spring, summer & fall weather. Great to see the menu expanded with new items.

It's a Wonderful atmosphere they have great music, plenty of TVs, a lot of different beers on draft and the bartenders are awesome.

We ordered the pulled pork tacos and fish tacos. They were so good and they came out hot. The only thing I did not like about this place is that when we were seated, no one ever came to check on us. We had to order or food from the bar and then bartender sent us a waiter. It was also crowded and loud, so if you're looking for a quiet place to eat, this is not the place for you. Someone also stole my seat at our table. Their food was really good though. I would, definitely, go back for their food.

Food is surprisingly very good for a bar. Great service, outdoor seating, pool table and draft beer selection is on point!

Our food was hot, tasty and served by the sweetest waitresses/bar tender. This girl did everything. It was our first time and won't be our last.

We were here on Friday, November 18, 2022. We had just arrived in Berlin, NJ and were starving. Our group decided to go to this establishment. We were promptly seated. Our waitress was Awesome (Ryann). She was very welcoming & attentive. The food came out hot and fresh. A great experience! We will return!

Your average Ott’s! First off this place has a nice outdoor dining area with umbrellas if it gets too hot. Great for summertime eating and drinking. Drink selection is a thumbs up there is something for everyone plenty of beer and seltzers to choose from. All the food was good and it came out very quick. We got chicken wings/ cheesesteak egg roll/ fish tacos / brisket patty melt. I would definitely recommend this stop and I’d go back again if I was in the area for a quick bite and drink in the sun!

Honestly, one of the best bars I’ve been to. Food and beer is pretty standard, but the bartenders are awesome. Had the pleasure of having Jamie serve me the other night…. Not once did I have an empty beer. She was right on it whenever my beer got low. She’s also not hard on the eyes. She’s the reason I’ll be going back. There was a group next to me who just have been regular customers because they had some funny banter going on and also told me how great she was. Bearded guy was also funny and great at his job. Five stars!

Decent spot to meet for a few beers & play a game of pool or sit out on the deck and have a conversation. Prices are reasonable, staff is helpful and friendly and very few d-bags as patrons. Bartenders never made us wait more than a minute or two to grab a drink. A bit younger crowd, but not too bad. Will be back for sure.

Has to be the best bar in NJ. Greatness bartender’s around. Little blonde firecracker named Amanda always on her Game and always makes me smile. AJ right there to follow up to make sure my experience is just the best!

Great bar with good food and excellent service. Bloody Mary Bar is awesome on Sundays. I wish they had more breakfast items. Brisket fries were very good so filling! Chili was not my favorite, too pastey like goulash, not much flavor. Would definitely recommend for drinks and good bar food and fun!

This was my first visit to this location of Otts and I must say it became my quick favorite. The interior is appointed nicely and without creating traffic jams. The staff I found to be very pleasant and efficient without be burdensome. The menu was complete for appetizers, snacks and or meals and the quality of food I found to be exemplary. I will most assuredly return for a pleasant visit.

Bartender was telling customers he was sick with a "bad head cold" while serving them food and drinks. Then he was telling customers he was "so stoned". It would be a great bar except for this sick high employee serving. No mask. Skinny guy with brown hair, short beard, wearing a Dawkins blackout jersey.

Wow the bay fries were so good. Good staff at the bar. Lots of TV's. Good place for food, drinks and sports. Lots of parking.

Got takeout here for lunch. My wife and I loved the fish tacos, but my daughter didn't like her chicken Caesar wrap very much.

This is probably my favorite Ott's out of all of them. We chose this spot for my husbands birthday dinner. Usually the food is outstanding but not on this recent visit. We ordered the nachos like we always do. This time they were ice cold including the beef on top. Had to send those back. I ordered a crispy chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was chewy and I ended up not eating it. Not sure if or when we'll be returning.

First time stopping by to see what it was like in Otts, I must say the atmosphere was pleasant and the food looked good so I must come back, our hostess Taylor was making sure our needs were met as well. 👍🏾👍🏾

Always great food and company. Tacos, and large shrimp were excellent. French onion soup was also delicious. Amanda, the bartender is always pleasant as well. It was a great day because the Philadelphia Eagles won their first. Lots of celebrations.

The place was hopping! We opted to sit on the outside deck/patio. Live music was playing inside and we could still hear it really well. AWESOME waiter!!! Delicious food!!! Even the grandsons were happy 😁.

Neighborhood type of environment where you can hang out in jeans and a t-shirt and just be yourself. The food is always good, with a-typical bar food and some menu items slightly elevated beyond your regularly scheduled burgers & wings. And plenty of beers that span tap options from both domestic and local brewers. Parking is probably the only problem you'll face, as this is a popular "watering hole" for locals and the surrounding towns. So I would recommend using Uber, Lyft, or an old school taxi.
