Best place to let your dog release all his energy. Place is huge. Lots of friendly dogs. Tons of trails. And my dog had so much fun. She didn't want to leave. My dog loves this place. And if she's happy then I'm happy! Great place!!

I really love this park. There’s a lot of different terrain and a long walking path. Great for the dog but also great for kids. The playground is nice, although the merry go round is a bit annoying. Kids love to play here. Bathrooms are on site but not very clean. Be sure to check out the different paths like to the lake in the back.

My Reese loves this park! She loves the socialization and the lake! Tonight we tried to go into the fenced area and we couldn’t even get in the gate before a larger dog aggressively pinned her down and I had to pull him off of her. Please be sure your dogs are friendly with all dogs before allowing them off the leash. Reese was not hurt because of the quick reaction of my son and I but it was not a pleasant experience. Hopefully we can go back another time and continue to have some puppy fun!

My wife and I love bringing our dogs here. We moved from Seattle where there's a huge walkable off-leash dog park by a lake that our beagle loved, called Magnuson Dog Park (Google it, it's beautiful). When we moved to SJ, we didn't find anything comparable. However, this dog park is close enough! Our dogs can run around and jump over logs and leaves. This park is much better than the other little dinky parks around the area if you're looking to walk with your pup off-leash. 5/5

Honestly a wonderful dog park. My dog has a blast eve time we go and walks away a super tired pup. Make sure to bring some water though! There not often easy accessible water in the fenced in area. The staff does regular maintenance on the park and the fence to make sure dogs are safe. Edit: Outside of the off leash fenced area there is a body of water. Please make sure your dog does not play or drink it. It grows a type of algae that will make them dangerously sick!!

As others have mentioned, this park has a very large, fenced, wooded, off-leash area. There is no water supplied within the off-leash area itself, but there are many water bowls and jugs hanging on the fence which you can fill up from a fountain just a short way back in the direction of the parking lot. When we were there, all the pet owners were responsible. The people seemed a little more standoffish than many other dog parks, but perhaps that's because they were walking rather than standing in one place while the dogs played. There are restrooms located in the park proper, but it is a good distance from the off-leash area and into the leashed dogs only area. Some reviews have said that there is access to swimming area from within the off-leash part, but I only saw water in the leash areas of the park.

Love it! What a lovely place to run around and enjoy nature! It's not just a fenced in square. It's woods with paths! And afterwards, the kids can enjoy a big playground!!

Hands-down, the best dog Park I’ve ever been to maybe one of the best parks I’ve ever been to. Enormous and beautiful and great for pets and people.

This park is amazing. Open access and free to public. Large gated area so you can walk through the trails. Very open, lots of space to hike, a nice lake to swim. Friendly dogs and people all around! 🐾🐾

AMAZING dog park!! Our dog LOVED it here! It was our first time and we were pleasantly surprised by how big it was, clean & how close it was to Philly!! We had a truly amazing day exploring this park!!

This dog park is super duper best. I have never seen like this. You have big fence and 3-4 gates. Inside the fence you will se natural jungle. You can sit and relax in one side and let your dog go and play alone in jungle. Once you want to go back just call your dog loudly he will come back. It has dog fountain ⛲ so that your dog can drink water too! Also near this dog park you will get children park.

Such a great location to take your dog for a walk plus so much more! They have a wide open field with a nicely paved walking path, but also a huge wooded section with lots of paths to walk, PLUS a huge fenced in area for dogs to go off-leash and play, run, wrestle, etc! You’ll love it!!

Our pup, Jaxon LOVES to walk in this park, as do my girlfriend and I. Considering it's proximity to Philadelphia and the traffic often experienced in South Jersey, this is like an Oasis for dog owners and their pooches!

Love this place. Very dog friendly. Though some people don’t clean up after their dog, and a few even throw trash on the trail, but the majority of people are responsible.

The off leash dog park that is fenced in does not have the creek in it which is nice if you don't want your dog to swim. Outside the fenced in dog area are a lot of trails which can take you to the creek. It's a big dog park!

We loved it. It was the best dog park we've been to, in our short time together. It's a wooded fenced in area. It took us approximately 25 minutes to amble around the fence line. We spent another good hour traversing the little trails winding thru the area.

I go once a week with my dog. Great place to just let your dog get the zoomies out and not worry about then getting lost in the woods.

This is an amazing off leash dog park. The park area is fully enclosed so you don't need to worry about your pup running off. The area is huge and my dog loved it! There are also some nice trails to walk on if you don't have a dog. There is a lake swimming area if you have a water dog. Just be careful if you have young kids because the dogs run around full speed here 😉 also this is a great park for summer since there is tons of shade from the trees and it stays cool even when it is hot

This dog park provides a safe, fenced area for dogs to be off leash with the bonus of wooded trails for exercise. During my visit, the pups had a fine time romping around. Some had a chance to dig, while others had their best zoomies. My only criticism, is that each visitor needs to mind their dog's manners. It's easy for dogs to get out of eyeshot in the brush. You can never be 100% sure your dog wont wind up in a less favorable encounter. Update: My dog and I have visited this park many times. It has become one of our favorite places.

We don’t come here for the dog park, but for the beautiful playground and trails! I have to admit it’s my favorite playground. It’s fenced in, has different age play areas and swings and so much more! We also love exploring the trails and amphitheater.

Wow, my dogs loved it. The fenced acres for free run was great. There were some fallen trees and stumps, so take care walking there. Seemed very crowded so your dog really must get along with others. Heard some dog growling and fights but we're handled quickly.

Our dog loves it so... 5 stars? Nice size, usually a good amount of dogs to play with but also large enough where you can avoid them if that's your thing (if your dog is agreeable). And it's a nice little nature walk as well. Plus bathrooms nearby which is the real MVP of this park.

  • 5/5 Kat P. 2 months ago on Google • 18 reviews New
Awesome dog park. There is a large, fenced-in, wooded area with lots of dogs and a couple of short trails to wander. There are additional wooded trails outside the fenced area to walk as well. This is the closest dog park I have found to Freedom Bark in Medford (smaller though). A great other option if you want to let your dog off leash to run, explore the wooded area within a safe, confined fenced area and lots of other dogs to play with. I'd definitely recommend it. We came across one water fountain outside the dog park, no water in the dog park so bring your own.

Great place for a jog, walk or hike...take the family and your dog. Lots to do! The fenced in dog park allows for your dog to be free off leash. Dog owners are all respectful and not only dog people but people people too! One of our favorite places to go as a family. The newer playground is great for the kids.

By far one of the best dog parks I've been to, my dogs had so much fun that they didn't want to leave. This place has great walking trails and a place for if your dog wants to take a swim. There are also restrooms on site.

Best dog park I have ever visited! Huge fenced in woods area with lots of trails. Perfect for doing some off leash training. The rest of the park is also amazing for dogs. Nice trails. They have ponds with beaches that our lab mix goes crazy in.

Besides Freedom Park, this is my favorite dog park. I’ve always had good luck with both the dogs and owners. If your dog likes hikes and running around in the woods, they will love Timber Creek. There is a pond outside the enclosure that many dogs swim in, and it’s shallow enough to be pretty safe.

  • 4/5 ezpottsy1 10 months ago on Google
Very large wooded dog park. As with any dog park go at your own risk, not every dog there is properly trained or socialized but it's a good crowd for the most part. Also has trails where you can walk your dog on the leash outside the enclosure.

  • 5/5 Stacie R. 2 years ago on Google
This is one of the best dog parks around. It’s basically a fenced-in hike for the pups, and if you go a little beyond the fenced in area, you’ll come to an awesome pond for them to swim in.

  • 5/5 Melanie W. 10 months ago on Google
Don't sleep on this dog park. Best I've ever seen on my life. Super clean considering dogs run around loose all day and very responsible dog ownership. Take a trip I promise you will not regret

  • 5/5 Michael L. 2 years ago on Google
Absolutely fantastic place for your pups and family. Having a lake there was a huge bonus. The dog's have so much freedom and it's like a wilderness. Id love to see what it looks like with snow falling through the trees.

Awesome place to take your dog for some real outdoor feel. It’s like being off leash in the woods except you can be inside a giant fence so u don’t have to worry about your lil buddy getting too far away. I love this place and so does my dog.

  • 5/5 Melissa R. 4 years ago on Google
My favorite dog park around. 9 acres fenced in or open trails, it can't be beat. ?

  • 4/5 Savannah M. 4 years ago on Google
Take the pup here all the time. There are 2 fenced in areas where dogs can run off leash, one for smaller dogs and one for larger ones. There is also a fenced in playground for children where dogs are not allowed, my daughter loves it! There used to be water for the dogs to swim in but it's contaminated now. This place is awesome, just wish people would respect that the dogs are meant to be leashed everywhere except the fenced in area and clean up after their pets!

  • 5/5 Crystal Rene'e C. 3 years ago on Google
Best place for you and your fur babies to get out in the woods for exercise. There's plenty of trails and paths both in the woods and next to the woods. There's a lake and fenced in areas and water fountains for the dogs too. Since other dogs are there, it gives your dog an opportunity to socialize with other dogs.

Really nice place to go. Been going here before they had all done up. It gets really crowded at times. If pick certain time a day it isn't so bad. Follow the rules and clean your dog poop up. There are some crazy rude people who think there entitled to say anything.

  • 5/5 Kendric C. 3 years ago on Google
Simply gorgeous. I honestly thought about not posting a review so that people would NOT find out about this treasure of a park. Without a doubt, the best dog park I’ve ever visited.

  • 5/5 Ellie Vegan Philly -. 4 years ago on Google
Doggie heaven! There is so much room for your dog to roam around that he/she will feel like she is free in the woods but you can rest assure that the entire area is fenced in. I keep my dog in site but when she does off for a little it’s so awesome knowing that she is safe and sound inside the enclosure. Love to watch her explore, chase squirrels AND get to play with other dogs. It’s just a wonderful place! Gorgeous too! Owners clean up after their dogs really well. I literally saw no dog poop while I was there. If you have a dog and you’re not uptight you should come here!

  • 5/5 Brett M. 4 years ago on Google
Great park. Giant fenced in area. Plenty of trees and space for dogs to run. Nice walk for humans too! There's also a nice body of water outside the fence for dogs with a long leash or that are able to go off leash. Best dog park in the area. Well maintained and water and bags available if needed.

  • 5/5 Dennis D. 4 years ago on Google
Wonderful dog park, took my wife there and did a round. She was so cute but at times a little scared when the big dogs came by. She was amazed how well behaved Chewbacca (our Yorkie) was. Staying within view of us the whole time. Plenty of other people with their dog(s) and children out today. Wishing all well.

  • 5/5 Patty R. 4 years ago on Google
It's good for dogs who can be off a leash and safe to let run in the gated area or on the leash around the open field and track that's not gates9. Very clean and the people that visit there are usually a nice group of people.

  • 5/5 Judson E. 3 years ago on Google
9 plus acres of fenced dog park 60 acres of walking trails in trees around ponds. Bags everywhere to assist in dog cleanup. Only drawback is even with the accessibility people still don't always pick up after themselves. There is a kids play area and bathrooms at the park entrance

  • 5/5 Dung N. 5 years ago on Google
It's a very big park that has one fenced in trail for your dogs to run around off leash. There's a nice sized pond in the park as well for your dog to cool off. I suggest bringing your own water as there aren't many water fountains. Also be kind and refill one of the many water jugs inside the park.

  • 5/5 Emily T. 3 years ago on Google
Can anyone confirm if this park has reopened?! We love it here but live about 30 mins away.

  • 5/5 Megan S. 4 years ago on Google
This is the best place to take your dogs on or off leash. It is a huge dog park with tons of trees and trails. The lake is great for the dogs to cool off and splash around. Bring a towel! It is good exercise for you and your dog(s)! Wish there was more parking during prime visits.

This is my favorite dog park in Jersey. I dropped my car keys on a trail and discovered this park is deceivingly big. There are some nice casual trails outside of the fenced dog play area. This is one of the closest off-leash parks to South Philly, where I live.

Best dog park I've ever been. If you've never been, clean and fill an empty milk gallon when you come. There are plenty of bowls and hooks on fence to leave water jugs.

People who have unruly dogs should not be allowed in a place like this!

  • 5/5 Sean S. 4 years ago on Google
Well kept dog park. They even added a newer fence in area for smaller dogs. The main area allows for a leash free stroll through a wooden area. There is also a paved running/jogging path and restrooms facilities.

This was a good dog park, then all the trash from Philly came here and destroyed a good thing. They can't see to figure out what a trash can does or how to clean up after themselves. Now this beautiful place is being victimized too.
