Where’s my change? I know it seems petty but after a very disappointing dinner at least I could have gotten my change back. $.39. Gave them a $100 and they gave back 43 not 43.39. Smh Just wasn’t the Outback I remember. Bloomin Onion was first smaller than it used to be and second very greasy. I felt it was precooked and under a heat lamp before it was served to us. First batch of steaks were cold. Nuff said. Sent it back. Second time the steaks were medium rare not medium ok looked over that. Warm? Yes but not hot. And a lot, a lot of fat. Smh. Was pretty flavorless too if you ask me. Shame, was looking forward to the visit after watching a good movie in the theater. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Take out is usually pretty good but this time only a half bowl of soup. After my post I did receive a call from the restaurant manager stating that the order is for a cup of soup which was placed in a bowl and they would be happy to give more on my next order. I have ordered this from another restaurant with no issue but I do commend the manager for the call.

Amazing AMAZING service! Would definitely dine with this location again! My server Diana and the manager Anthony are awesome! Corporate should give them a raise! I drove 40 mins to come here because of the hours and them closing a little later than a closer location to me… It was a great, speedy, and polite service. Thank you for running the restaurant with ease and making myself and my family happy customers! I hope a promotion or reward is on the way! Now this is the reason that we love Outback; because of great experiences like these.

Every year my son and I have a bday dinner. We usually go somewhere else but wasn't thrilled with service at other place with 2 to 3 servers on there. We decided on this Outback. It went fantastic. Everything went smoothly. The waitress did everything and didn't even have help and pulled it off. She was dynamic. We will come again. Thank you also for honoring " Our Heroes" we had a couple , firefighters ( including my son) law enforcement and teachers. Very happy with the experience! Meghan helped make everything go smooth.Shanice was the waitress that did a fantastic job.

Take out order. Wife’s steak. Asked for well done, not charred. Really! As a steak restaurant you would let this go out the door? That’s not seasoning but actual black charred meat on the surface. Not edible. Not worth the effort to go back to return.

The food was delicious! The service was even better! Lauren was so attentive and sweet! She was prompt, delightful to be around and definitely deserves a raise! I also loved Tammy, I heard it’s her first week food running but she definitely needs a raise too! Great team of workers! I will definitely come back! I hope management acknowledges your great customer service skills! Thank you guys!

We have been supporting this local outback for many years. Usually pretty consistent understanding it’s not a 4 star restaurant but this is the piece of salmon we took away from curbside takeout. I get that it’s New Year’s Eve and I’m certain they were busy but how does a entree leave a restaurant looking like a hockey puck. I made the mistake of ordering a prime rib usually do the sirloin. Blooming onion was also terribly over cooked won’t bore you with more pictures. Prefer to cook at home and what we received for $64 certainly reinforces that mindset. Understand Covid has threw everything up air but mgr on duty should not let food like that get served to paying customers.

Samara J was absolutely amazing tonight. We came in with a large party and she went over and beyond. Almost like reading the customers mind she was on point so well. Food was cooked well and it just completed her great service.

Josh was an Amazing server. Very attentive to our dining experience. Outback needs more employees like this young man. Steaks were good but blooming chicken was dry and did not look like the picture. Potato soup never disappoints.

Steak were decent and can be cooked to preference. Was busy when we went and had to eat at the bar. Bartender was great while being very busy. Plan to wait 20-25 mins during their busiest times.

I am from Philly and I went to Berlin flea market so afterwards my husband and I went to this outback since it was close to the flea market. Our sever was Nina B. And she was amazing the food was good, our steak were cooked to perfection and the servers recommendations were so good. Everyone was so polite and nice. Everything was clean and so fresh. Thank you will be back soon.

Service was ok but the food, no! We both ordered steaks. One requested medium rare and got practically steak tar tar (sp?). One requested medium well and there was a pool of blood. Almost every table around us returned something. I understand there is a shortage of help but at least get a good chef and pay him or her well! If the server isn't good they will see that in their tips. If the chef isn't good the restaurant loses in the end.

The food was so good and our service was amazing! My steak was so flavorful and cooked with just the right amount of pink. My husband got a burger and he said it was perfect! Corey was our waiter and he was so pleasant to talk to! Very happy with our time there and we will return to this location and hopefully Corey will be working!!

We recently have been going to Outback since it is a lot closer than the other steak place we like. I have to say that they have consistently been great with the service and suggestions. The portions are large and the food is good! I’ve had the sirloin, the new chicken with bacon, mushrooms and cheese, grilled and coconut shrimp and the veggies are fresh tasting. I now have the app and will start earning rewards. Oh and I love the Boozy Cherry limeade cocktail for $7.00. It has a smooth refreshing taste! Thank you!

I loved our server Corey. It felt like being with a friend. He had great recommendations and was very funny. The food was really tasty and I liked mixing my mule with the strawberry lemonade. I will be back.

A long time ago I had been here. So we went to celebrate my mom’s birthday because she loves coconut shrimp. So we had a great time and recommended the tiny 4 cocktails it was delicious and affordable. The bread and meat are delicious and the service was great! Joshua take care of us.

My family went here earlier in November and had a great meal. The three of us ordered our steaks done three different ways, and they all came out perfectly. The sides were very flavorful, especially the seasoned rice and the mixed vegetables. Our server, Roxanne, was a real pleasure, and the other staff who helped her bring out the dishes were equally nice. This is a great family restaurant where you can get a nice meal without breaking the bank. We'll be back.

Maddie was so friendly and took some time to ask me how everything was. The atmosphere around me was very calm and I loved the burger. Adrianna also came by to refill my drink and came by to offer me more bread. She was very welcoming and I felt at home here. I really enjoyed my experience at Outback, largely thanks to these two. I will be returning back again soon!

my sister and i went out to outback and we really enjoyed our experience here! my server, Maddie F is the best and she made sure we always had refills and was super friendly :)). the food was also very delicious, we got the bloomin onion and french onion soup and it was 🤌impeccable. also, the food came out super quick and we were in and out. if you’re looking for a well priced, yummy place to go to with great service this is the place!!!!

From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service from our waiter- Joshua . He took the time to explain the menu and even made some great recommendations based on our preferences. Throughout the meal, Joshua was attentive without being overbearing. He checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and our glasses were never empty for long. He was knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparation of each dish, which added an extra layer of appreciation to the culinary experience. Not only was the service excellent, but the food was absolutely delicious. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Some of the best service I’ve had in a while! Better than some much more expensive places I’ve dined at. We eat out all the time and rarely have service this good. Our server was Josh. He was very professional, polite, and paid attention to detail. The food was great too! I used to be a server so I really appreciate getting good service.

Food was okay! My baked potato soup was a little watery!! My sons steak was under cooked and was sent back. They replaced it without any hesitation. My service was pretty good .

Good food. Expensive but its steak. Ordered mushrooms but it was like a mushroom soup. It belongs on mashed potatoes. Music was a little loud for an almost empty place just after the lunch rush.

I ordered delivery a few weeks ago because I work from home. I wanted a medium well steak and this is what I got. No warm pink center. so I complained and manger Connie did send me takeaway cards to compensate for my meal. Today I ordered the same steak medium well and again this is what I got. It’s disappointing that a steakhouse can’t cook a steak to the requested temperature 😤. I’m 😡 over it

Went out with my parents for Father's day - my parents come here often but as I just moved back to the area it was my first time here. We had a great time, food was decent, steaks were cooked well and flavorful But leaving a review specifically to mention our server Madi who was great (my very sweet parents at times can have multiple requests and need some extra attention). Madi was extremely patient, very helpful, and helped change our order as well. She had great recommendations and her friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and at home. Would def return :)

The meal was great overall, and our server Nina was amazing! The steaks were prepared well and Nina was very pleasant and helpful. She was always checking to make sure everything was good, interacted with us more than what would normally be expected, and wasted no time getting more napkins when we had a spill. My friend is very particular about his meals, which is a bit of a pain when we go out, but she made sure his steak was done exactly the way he wanted it. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We used to love going to Outback. Though it has been a few years with Covid and such. Not that our meal was bad. We just have had tastier and more complete meals in the past. Maybe our memory of Outback could never match the actuality of today's Outback. My wife's steak was much thinner than we remembered and mine had much less flavor than I remembered. Again, not bad, just did not meet our expectations. We may or may not try again.

The food is always great at Outback, but tonight the highly attentive and efficient server Nina B made the visit even better! Friendly, welcoming, and adept at effectively handling a variety of personality types well and with a smile. A very positive addition to their server team. 👍🏼👍🏼

Called a day ahead to ensure takeout for mother's day & the person who answered was pleasant & helpful about getting the order in early. I ordered online & the experience was satisfactory. The food is about what you'd expect from a chain restaurant with ample portions & decent quality.

My steak was very burnt. The blooming onion was overcooked too. And the shrimp I got was so salty, I returned it. However, our server was very nice and attentive. He tried to convince us to get a new dinner (2 of us had the same meal, same problem), and then he said he would speak to his manager. Manager never came to our table. Such a shame because I like this restaurant. I hope they do better next time.

Spur of the moment decision to dine here and I am glad we did. Alexa and Amber were so attentive and pleasant. They took our order right away, got it right and were prompt. They also consistently checked on us throughout our diner making it a wonderful experience. Will definitely return. 😊
