We celebrated my son's 5th birthday at Pinsetters and it was FANTASTIC! Brianna and Lauren were extremely helpful and had great customer service. The process was so easy and I was able bring my own cake and decorations (a big plus for us since my other child has food allergies). One of the kids who attended the party said it was "the best day of his life!" The staff and servers were so organized and sweet with all the kids. It was seriously one of the best kid's party experiences we've ever had because everything ran so smoothly. The food was great too, and all the adults enjoyed the full bar! All in all I highly recommend visiting for a fun night with the fam or having your event here! Thanks so much Pinsetters!

Spectacular entertainment venue with a great bar and a phenomenal restaurant - the bowling is great and is well described in many of these reviews - but the bar area is truly exceptional with great daily drink specials and a broad variety of food - the chicken cheesesteaks are the best anywhere and I also am a big fan of the salads - Harry does a wonderful job managing the place - while the bartenders Chloe, Lauren, Darby, Demi, Chris etc are all high-spirited hosts - all of this said, the patrons are the best anywhere - great atmosphere all around!

Nice bowling place; it's my first time there. I had fun with the family & kids. The people were friendly & helpful. And we all had a good time. We were there in the afternoon, so I don't know what nighttime life is like, but I'll check back in the future & update.

Brought my staff here for a company outing. We had a great time! The staff were friendly and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Pinsetters Bar and Bowl for something fun to do with family, friends, and colleagues!

Fun experience with coworkers! I like the pork sliders and the mini pigs in a blanket. The veggie platter had great options as well. Staff were always available to help.

Went a work party here. But have been here many times growing up in the area. I love it! Great food drinks and the staff is wonderful. Definitely will be back again soon!

I came here last night (Friday) for the first time and enjoyed this place so much. This is one of the best bowling alleys I’ve ever been to. The staff from the front desk to the servers were all great. The bar is nice, the food was so good. They have some of the best buffalo wings I’ve had in a long time. And the servers were so attentive and kind. Music was also fantastic after 8 , I seriously had such a great time I’ll definitely be back!

The staff was wonderful, they go out of their way to think of everything you'll need and are very accomodating. The food was great and everyone had an amazing time. Friendly, fun atmosphere and a perfect family environment. Five stars isn't enough. I highly recommend Pinsetters for not only bowling but drinks and the food too.

Hosted my child’s birthday party here recently. Brianna and Lauren, the planning staff, were easy to communicate with and helped make the party a success! The food is great for kids and adults alike. The staff was supportive and attentive throughout the party and I would definitely recommend this as a great location for an easy, fun party.

Love this place! Low key, family friendly, adult friendly, food was on point, the lane servers are great! I have fat fingers, and it is hard to find a size 10 ball that can accommodate my fingers... guess what, this place has them in all sizes... my new spot. I will definitely be checking them out for taco Tuesday!

This was my first time here with my job for a team building outing and it was a great time. The bowling alley is super modern with a cool upper deck bar that overlooks the rest of the alley. The staff were attentive and prompt with taking orders and bringing back food and drinks. The food and drinks were both tasty. The bathroom was clean and we all had a great time. I will be returning!

Absolute great place! Fair prices and great selections I was happy that the kids had other food options besides the typical pizza party. Having my son's birthday party here was the most relaxing thing. I was actually able to enjoy the party. It was overall a great time and we will definitely be back.

Great for a night out with friends or birthday parties. Pinsetters has hosted both of our boy's birthday parties this year and they have been excellent. Awesome service, food & drink (not something you expect at most bowling alleys), and the private party room is perfect. Brianna and Lauren the event coordinators are very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We typically rent out two lanes for the adults as well at a nominal cost and order food platters for the adults. The kids get to chose from four entrees so there is something for even the pickiest kid.

Great atmosphere! Amazing food! One of the best buffalo chicken cheesesteaks ive ever had and the fries were beyond amazing. I loved the service and it was very clean! Great drinks! The waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating! Cannot wait to go back! Great restrooms!

Very impressed with the food and service. Only been once but we had a great time. Cold beer and we tried pizza, nachos, and wings. My son got the shrimp appetizer (his birthday) but didn’t share :(. We’ll be back. I didn’t get any photos.

Great prices. Went on a Friday afternoon so it wasn't packed, which was nice. Staff were super friendly too. Only negative was the lane/table next to us sat dirty with food and drinks the entire 2 hours we were there.

Amazing!! I had my daughters Sweet 16th Birthday and everything was fantastic and even more than I anticipated! Lauren was exceptional with helping me plan everything. Brianna, the servers and everyone involved, made my daughters birthday so special for her! They even had a red carpet entrance for her❤️ The staff was extremely attentive and the food was great! The guests at the party raved about it as well. Great time😊

Went there for a casual dinner with my wife tonight at about 6 o’clock. I was horribly disappointed. 3 out of 5 vacant tables were dirty, we sat for 20 minutes, and were never approached by any of the servers employees who were there were busy talking and chatting behind and at the bar or walking briskly by us but no one ever stopped to see what we would like. We’ve eaten there before and definitely had a better time. Also, when we left, no one seemed or care or even notice, us as we walked out the door.

We have been a loyal customer for years now. We belong to the pool that is in the same parking lot as pinsetters. We order from here every weekend. Well today just ordered a salad and buffalo shrimp everything was horrible and will not be coming back. Bill was $50 for 2 shots and food. Also they forgot the salad dressing had to walk back and get it. Also they have take out with no throw away silverware. Never again will I come and order food. Worse experience ever. Food has always been good but not today.

I had my son's 18th birthday there, and it was amazing. My son has autism and he invited his class, so needless to say, I was anxious about how the event would turn out. The waitress was so good with everyone and the food was amazing the kids loved it! We were closer to the back, which I loved because we had some runners, lol. Even the parents loved the vibe. The party coordinator Brianna made everything so seamless that I will definitely be planning future parties!!

We recently had our daughter's 5th birthday party at Pinsetter's and it was amazing! The entire facility was super clean and all of the staff were personable and great with the kids. We were set up in on our own set of lanes with a private party room that included a bathroom. The kids and adults had a blast! Brianna and Lauren were very responsive via emails to get all the details set up. Our server, Melissa made sure everyone was situated during the entire party. The kids were able to bowl, take a break, eat and then bowl more! The menu for adult food if hosting a party was extensive and drinks can be served while you bowl, we didn't have to worry about a thing! All of the food and drinks were great. Highly recommend for a party, date night or time to get out of the house on a hot or cold day!

I love this bar! It’s clean, the bartenders are very nice, and the food is very good. The only reason I gave 4 stars because the drinks were just ok. But I will definitely return. I really like the atmosphere!

We had a going away party here for our son who joined the USMC. We had a mixed group of ages from age 4 to age 86. The atmosphere was perfect! The party section, (end lanes) made it feel as though we had a private party room. They arranged the seating so everyone felt as if they were altogether. We brought our own decorations. They topped it off with balloons that show support for Marines. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. Their care and concern for us made us feel like family. The food was delicious! Loved our adult beverages, the bar did not disappoint. Our future marine enjoyed every moment. We are beyond grateful how everyone at Pinsetters went above and beyond for our party. It was a fun night for all! We would definitely recommend Pinsetters!

If I could give this review a 0 I would! I feel so upset, frustrated, angry, discriminated! Went yesterday with my brother and a group of friends (teenagers). We played, ordered food and had a good time. When the bill came, I paid for everything. I planning on tipping the waitress in cash but thankfully I realized that on the receipt the tip was already included. I was wondering why that was included and a specific amount that I had not approved and went to ask the manager or person in charge. My friends and I don't speak fluent English, however, we tried the best possible to ask the manager about the added tip on our bill. He was so rude and racist ! He started yelling at us in front of other customers, also stated we were being rude when we were only asking questions about our bill. He ended up kicking us out of the bowling alley. While we were waiting outside of the bowling alley for our ride, he came outside and told us to leave his property ! I have no idea why we were treated this way but I will not step foot there again! !

Our company decided to go local for our holiday party this year, and Pinsetter Bar & Bowl was the best decision we could have made! Lauren & Brianna (event planners) made it so simple and easy to reserve and plan our party. All I had to do was choose the package, food, & pay (VERY affordable btw)…they did the rest! Very accommodating for a large group...we never felt crowded, rushed or pressured for anything. Food was great, drinks were great, bowling was great...My team had nothing but great things to say. They all had the best time, made great memories and shared a ton of laughs! Thank you Pinsetter Bar & Bowl for making our 2023 holiday party one to remember!!!
