    Called before I came to see if they had cloth table clothes . Was put on hold while they “checked”.. said they were some available . I came all the way here and didn’t find any. There is no customer service walking around to help you or even anyone in the office to help you find what you need. I go to the entrance to ask for help, no one there to help. I call the number on google and ask for someone to come out into the aisle and assist me. He wouldn’t do it , he insisted on helping me over the phone . Needles to say they did NOT have cloth table cloths, only plastic . And this was a total waste of time and gas as I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed . Was sort of rushed off of the phone , they probably weren’t paying attention to my question and just heard table cloths. I live in northeast , and TOTALLY dissatisfied in the services and products offered at this location . The one in bakers center is better , well lit , more helpful , and cleaner . Don’t waste your time here.

    I’ve been shopping at Jetro for years. The price and quality of goods were pretty good. Now it’s changed. Each of the three photos I submitted was taken two weeks apart. I couldn’t believe they would keep selling products that’s literally rotting. The worse part is when I questioned quality of the mangoes, the produce department manager was hostile and confrontational. He didn’t provide any information why they were selling rotting mangoes. He kept saying I didn’t have to buy the mangoes . Well, you should not be selling products that could cause serious health issues to your customers in the first place. Customer servers is getting worse as if half of the staff hate their jobs here. I was able to talk to their general manager before I left. This gentleman was very professional. He explained they had limited control on the mangos they got from their suppliers and apologized. He successfully de-escalated the situation but I still left without mangoes. My partners and I manage a few restaurants in the area. We are now looking into finding new suppliers as many of us felt like the service at Jetro in South Philly has really gone down.

    ATTENTION TRUCK DRIVERS: Night Parking is available. Receiving staff very friendly and quick at unloading. I checked in at 7:00 am. IMPORTANT, I suggest drivers back into a wall or something to avoid load theft. My seal was broken. ESPECIALLY if you’re carrying meat products. Take before & after seal pictures.

    Omfg this place has the worst cashiers. Takes 5 business days to just check out. They also almost always ring up a case when you have a single item only and then the doormen still signs your receipt off!!!!! What's the point of their job ? Only if you steal is when they interfere. Not when jetro steals? Smfh. What a waste of time in all aspects.

    I usually don’t experience that much trouble at this location beside the bad attitude at the register but I don’t pay them no mind but today the guy at the sea food section was super rude for no reason!! I almost lost it but I’m better than that! Next time I’ll not let it go!

    I can't give this place a fair review because it's based for businesses such as restaurants and other big companies. It does have nice people and large quantities of meat, vegetables, and fruits by the bulk!! Does not take EBT as is it's mainly used for large companies not personal purchases.

    All of the micro greens on sale look like this. Some of them are 25% off and some 50% off. I wouldn’t take it for free. It’s guaranteed food poisoning and potential law suit. No thanks.

    Worse customer service ever! My license was expired in their system and without any warning I was charge for tax. I tried to return the products and the make me wait for over 2hrs(No exaggeration) to make the return that was never made. Their argument was that the manager was busy and they were short staff. Finding a corporate customer services to help was almost impossible at the end my time was more valuable then the money. Lesson learned!

    Their selection is great but be prepared to deal with racist employees, today wasn’t my first time shopping here and it ended with “go back to where you came from”. If your English isn’t great, they’ll mock and laugh in your face. Observed this behavior multiple times but it was directed at me this morning. Management needs to figure out these employees don’t own the store and threaten to beat people up when they dare “talk back”. Feel free to reach out and I and dozens of others who shop here can tell you about their experiences here.

    Another Jetro that has no idea how to manage incoming deliveries. Why schedule a delivery appt but when you get there they complain about no staff, no room, then tried to say i was a hour late so you have to be worked in. We matched up my paper with theirs and BOOM same time,.. try again jetro ZERO STARS !!!!!

    CALLED THIS BUSINESS PRIOR 2 GOING. WAS TOLD I COULD GET A 1 DAY PASS! SO I WENT! WENT THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND WAS DENIED A 1 DAY PASS! I WAS LITERALLY IN TEARS! WAS IT SKIN COLOR ORIENTED? THE LADY WAS CAUCASIAN [ I'M A PERSON OF COLOR!!! UNBELIEVABLE DEVASTATING RIDICULOUS!

    restaurant depot is where they send you before you get to heaven or hell. At least the customers and employees have one thing in common: they absolutely hate their lives. While the floor workers are very helpful, the cashiers have never heard of customer service. They have a great selection of products tho…

    The only wholesale distribution center in South Philadelphia. Business account required. The checkout process is longer than the shopping experience. Immense warehouse with some smaller supermarket-store-like displays here and there. Fork lift vehicles zipping around everywhere. Huge walk-in refrigerated and freezer section. Infinite product supply. Unbeatable bulk prices.

    Be Careful. My trailer seal was broken when i woke up. Got lucky Probably because load was huge boxes on pallets. Back up dock or against the wall. Night parking is available and fast unloading.

    Great selection and excellent customer service. Everyone was so helpful - from the young lady at the front desk when you first come in to the young lady near the door. The gentleman were eager to help carry items to my car as well.

    This store is the worse store you could ever shop in. The so called management is horrible! I had a very bad experience with a manager that was very unprofessional and made some serious allegations that were not true concerning a situation that could have been handled with professionalism and respect! I would never shop there again and everybody I know will be aware that there are way better locations to shop at!!!! I will be contacting their corporate office about this sheer embarrassment I was subjected to in the front of the store in front of all the other customers!! This is why they’re reviews is only a 3.9!!!! The sad part about this situation is that I had been a customer of theirs for close to 20 years to get treated so disrespectfully!!!

    This was my first time in this store. They had alot of great products. Prices seemed to be very reasonable if you are looking to buy in bulk! But, the front end cashier area , is a mess you will be waiting in long lines , plus the cashiers are very rude and un helpful!

    the check out was so slow. Been there waiting like 20-25 mins to finish the person in front of me ( they’ve been chatting, void item, price explain, card not working) for a cart less than 10-15 items. The prices are not that good compare to wholesales club beside no membership charge.
