My food server Kira gave excellent service, the food was delicious! It was my first time here and I will definitely be back.

Went here with my girlfriend 3/31/23 and it was absolutely horrible. Waited awhile even to get acknowledged at the bar. Finally got a few drinks and asked for a menu which never came. We were sitting next to the pick up station for the waitresses and everyone was grumpy. Total negative vibes...The bartenders 3 of them didn't give 2 you know what's about us...don't waste your time.

Nice pub. The prime rib and chicken & waffles were both great. We'll be back

Racks is fabulous! Such a crispy, delicious menu. You can also participate in current events while dining there. During the summer months, you can tend to sit outside and enjoy the outdoor bar area!

Fun bar with great brunch. Bloody Mary Bar was fantastic with bacon, shrimp, tater tots and more.

Had a nice new waitress, service was good. Ordered the mussels in red, decent for A non-Italian establishment. Also had the "HH" (happy hour) buffalo tails . They were extremely tasty, sauce was on point but they only gave about 8 small pieces. I didn't think it was worth the price, even at happy hour. That's why I give 4 instead of 5 stars.

Chereyse was our bartender tonight, on a Saturday night and she did such a great job! She was always moving, cleaning, making drinks, and taking food orders. (And always with a smile on her face!) The food was good, the drinks were tasty, and obviously the service was top notch!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves here!! Chereyse was awesome!! We really enjoyed her friendly upbeat personality. She made us some great decisions drinks. She has great customer service!!

I've had better but it'd not bad... I use to go the prior location as a kid. Never knew it was a food joint. It's your typical fare. The wait time was awhile for 6 of us. Rodeo burger was good and Cauliflower bites were interesting

Food was very good and service during dinner was good... once we paid the dinner tab since our waitress was leaving, we stayed for the band but only about an hour since the wait staff never came back to see if we wanted more drinks or dessert... seems that they only serve the bar area after 9 pm

Nora suggested I get her dish for dinner. Absolutely fantastic! Aubrey week after week is beyond phenomenal! 15/10 for the staff here! Thank you all for the hard work you do! You are amazing and without you, Racks would not be as great as it is!

Went to see the Breck Band . They were awesome. But no dance floor. Still had a great time

I come in every Weekend to see Mia and Dee. They are great bartenders! COORS light bottle specials every Saturday help too.

My waitress Devan was amazing! Such a joy to have had he wait on us! She was attentive, prompt and very nice!!

Most of the bartenders are professional and give great service, Nikki is exceptional and no one ever has to wait to order food or get a drink. The plus is she will park your car for you if you can't find a spot.

Service is great but food has declined lately. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they were undercooked. Friend ordered chicken tacos and sent them back because it wasn't real chicken. Seemed like shaved chicken cheese steak meat. Wife Ordered tails and they were dry. But on the positive side, our group ordered the pot stickers which were fantastic. One thing is Racks needs to bring back is the skinny crinkle cut french fries. Those were dynamite. New fries are not that good.

I'm currently sitting here and I'm enjoying the Teriyaki Salmon! This is the best tasting Salmon I have tasted in some time! And the employees are all friendly and extremely professional! Great place!

Could be a slight better selection of craft beer. Mostly all light beers. Also a must need of frosted cold glasses because the beer outside isn’t much cold. Not much in IPA or local. Great atmosphere though and great staff.

2.5 Chicken cheesesteak was small and dry. Daughters burger sliders were burnt and like hockey pucks. She did like the fries though. Beer specials were the upside of this place.

Stopped for new breakfast menu and Bloody Mary Bar.....Moving forward. I will stop here,every Sunday, for the rest of my life!

This is a good place for a late night bite with a nice menu and bar and outdoor patio area. I was recently working in the area and our group ate dinner here two nights in a row and both nights my meal was good. The first night I went with the roast pork sandwich and it was pretty tasty. It was a good size with plenty of meat and cheese and it came with au jus for dipping. The second night I went with the chicken parmesan entree and it was delicious and quite generous, in fact so much so, that I couldn't eat it all. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

1st time here. Ordered chicken and waffles the waffle was really good the chicken was cooked crunchy but lacked a little flavor. My sister got the fish tacos and she said they were really good. Pork pot stickers were also really good. It was a friday around 4 pm. They had a lady and man singing. They sounded really good. Didn't catch their name though.

The food is terrific, but the portion sizes have been cut in half recently. I used to order these funnel cake fries and the tin was full. Now, for $8.50 you get what you see in the picture below. I asked for a more reasonable portion size tonight, and a total of 15 funnel cake fries were delivered. Then, it was $16.50 for an order of wings which is one of the highest prices I have ever paid. I think Racks has quality food so I hope they will straighten things out so customers don't feel like they're getting ripped off.

Good beer, always a great atmosphere, good food, good waitressing, I haven't found one thing I could say that's bad...

Loved the huge building/ and stage...great music..drink a little high but good...The biggest issue is parking...not nearly enough...especially if a special event or popular band.

My friend & I stopped in for a beer an food. My friend said, the food at Racks in Williamstown was better, I don't know haven't been their. The bartender had an attitude, for what reason I don't. So we finished our beers & food an left. Next time I'll have to try the Williamstown Racks.

Good location with outside seating. Variety of food and drink specials. Affordable, fun atmosphere, friendly staff, clean establishment. Special events held weekly. Relaxed, but upbeat and casual setting. Great for group outings

My husband and I were just there on Sunday to watch the Eagles game and we had an awesome time! They had great specials, were doing a raffle for Eagles items and it was a really fun and exciting atmosphere. Our server was on point, she was friendly and knowledgeable. We have decided to make Racks our go to place to watch our favorite hometown team the EAGLES !

I always wanted to try Racks after hearing how good the burgers are from my brother in law. So being at home while wife was working I placed an order for delivery. I ordered the A1 Burger with tots and the ranch bacon cheese fries. Delivery service (Door Dash) was quick and friendly so we're off to a good start. The food looked good when I opened the containers unlike some other places, and it was cooked properly. The cheese fries were coved in melted cheese with ranch dressing and topped off with bacon bits and jalapenos. The burger was cooked the way I ordered it, medium well (yeah I know) and covered with A1, topped off with cheese, mushrooms, onions, lettuce and tomato with a very tasty bun. All in all I am very pleased with the quality and the amount of food that was delivered. I can say that I will be ordering from you again. Thank you.
