    I went here today for the first time.i was at the fish station and the man working there was very nasty..every one there was saying the same thing.terrible employee. If you asked him a question he was very nasty and un professional. He got annoyed if you asked him any questions regarding the 20lbs of shrimp I was buying and 400 clams ect.i asked about the boxes of lobsters and he said..can't I read..and how many more questions am I going to have..I felt like just putting everything back and leaving. Then comes check out..and the employee at the register was also very rude.and had an attitude. This was a terrible experience for my first time coming to this store in Neptune. The name on my receipt is shaneen . I hope someone cares and speaks to these employees who represent rest aurant depot. I will come back one more time.and hopefully have a nice n friendly experience.     Great selection, peaceful environment and ample products on the shelf. The freezer section is literally frozen and hard to shop in winters though. Hats off to the RD associates working in those temperatures!

    After shopping at multiple Restaurant Depot locations it is easy for me to say that the Neptune location is by far the best one to shop at. Why? Cleanliness. It's definitely the cleanest location I've seen and this is consistent. Staff Helpfulness. The staff is, for the most part, very polite and helpful. Other shoppers. The other shoppers at the Neptune store, to me, are the biggest difference. At other Restaurant Depot locations quite often you need to be careful of ghetto customers with bad attitudes careening their loaded U-boats into your legs as they rush to do their shopping. At Neptune they thankfully have a much better clientele. That makes shopping a lot more pleasant. I really hope it stays that way.

    I have a very poor sense of this place. This is the second time this has happened. I bought 31 items and they counted as 33 items. So remind everyone to be serious when you buy things, and place your order seriously. Their staff is not serious. It's not what a big company should do

    Woman who works at the seafood department is rude, disrespectful and has an negative attitude! Filed a complaint and was told there already multiple complaints against her. How many times must one get warnings before there are consequences? Please fire her or make her undergo serious customer service re-training.

    Hi there: I’m the customer here almost 5 years last I took dominos sugar packets and I took wrong one! And I brought back to return the packets one of the manager told me that he can’t return it because of little open the packet The last time also there was a problem but I let it go but again they treating Sam way , Bing here 5 years customer not worth it

    Well stocked restuarant supply house with a decent selection. The staff have always be pleasant and professional in this store. Update: post COVID The store has improved, less crowded with non-restaurant people and more often items are in stock.

    My first and last time going, a very unwelcoming environment. I don't know why the workers there think it is ever acceptable to yell and scream at customers. No patience at all.

    Was in there on Monday December 19th and they have all of the octopus defrosting on the floor, none in the freezer. For one why the hell are they being defrosted so early? And for 2 why not keep some frozen? Absolutely ridiculous

    Everybody should check the receipt at restaurant depot because they are overcharging. The scan label are incorrect they overcharged on ground beef by $40. I had to get the guy from the office come and fix it after checking my receipt

    The worst congestion ever! Got 3 items and it took 25 minutes in line. Not only that, the lines were so tight which was so inconvenient knowing the fact that everything here is bulk.

    The checkout process is a nightmare , there has to be a quicker way to pay . The guys on the forklifts need to ease up a bit on the speed and maybe exert more patience
