Dan served us at the bar. He was friendly, funny, and made us enjoy our visit. The crab cakes were delicious and my husband enjoyed the grilled chicken. 😋

The food was beyond good . Constance out server was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

I had shrimp alfredo the noodles was the worst!!! The taste was very good and the shrimp was good the noodles was to starchy couldn't eat it was so mad!!! Waiter was so sweet and adorable Chris. The appetizers was awesome.

Love love love. Food is hot and delicious. Service is excellent. Bread and oil are out of this world. We love the sugar Rosa sauce.

Service was subpar server wasn't attentive to my needs. The calamari was amazing till I seen two octopus staring up at me . Waitress said it was crazy busy in here must not b in same building My entree tasted like Chef Boyarde no mezzulna for me

We stopped at, where I have eaten before, to celebrate my mom's 83rd birthday. Brandon was our waiter, and he made our whole experience so memorable. The food was superb! The atmosphere was exciting and laid back all at the same time. The food was very flavorful. All in all one of the most memorable times I've ever had in a restaurant.. thank you so much!

They have pretty good food and it's moderately priced but not too expensive either. I unfortunately did find out they don't use the lunch menu on the weekends. I love their sandwiches and would go more honestly if they offend items off the lunch menu daily as well as anytime would be an incredible idea. It's a 4 star place in the general public's eyes.

I don't know what happened to Carrabba's. I called on Mother's Day at 3:00 to place our order, and told them I wanted it by 5:00. Well 5:00 came and went. No food. At 5:45 I called. They said our food was picked up by Door Dash, and to call them. I called them, and they had no idea what I was talking about. I went to the restaurant at 6:00. I asked to speak to the manager(Kevin). Our food was still there but wasn't ready yet. He said the gluten free pasta takes longer to make. It takes 10 minutes when I make it?? I was there until 6:45 before I got our food. I didn't check the bags or receipt. We didn't get our drinks but was charged for them. Was charged for a salad when salads come with our meals, and was charged a delivery fee when I had to go there and pick it up myself. Our food was cold. AND my ice cream was melted. So I was not happy!! I called and spoke with Kevin and told him I wanted that money put back on my card($17.96) He was kinda rude and said he would have to ask upper management to give me my $$ back. So don't order for delivery from this place. They don't seem to know what they are doing!!

Great experience as always. I had my rehearsal dinner here in the fall and the food was amazing and the staff was the best! I came back for dinner with my parents this past weekend. Our waiter was Chris and he really went above and beyond for us. Really the best waiter I think I've ever had. And the food was so good of course.

Went in tonight and was told they're short-staffed and to wait a few minutes to be seated. Once seated, you would've never known they were short. Every dish came out timely, each was delicious and staff that was there was attentive. This experience rivals better restaurants with a full and older staff. These young people at Carrabba's had it down to a science tonight. Very impressed.

This place is Olive Garden on steroids. Much more exquisite and a plethora of menu items. I celebrated my birthday there, today. My mom and sister treated me to a meal. The wait staff was very exceptional and professional. Friendly atmosphere is always a plus. Tried a blackberry sangria, for the first time and it was pretty tasty. My entrée was the vegetable grilled lasagna. It had a nice little kick to it. The sides were good, too. The icing on the cake was the dessert. Of course it was free. It was a brownie. If you're diabetic, stay clear of this dessert. Ask if they have any sugar-free treats.

Would not recommend. Lots of better options in my opinion for Italian food. Food was not great. My kids love chicken Alfredo but they did not like it here. The service was horrible. Went on a weekend and there were barely anyone here hence why my photo posting are capture with no people. We were place on a wait list and text. Received a text in 40 min then the hostess sat us at a table and we waited another 30 min to be served. The waiter acknowledged but we could at least have water and bread. My two kids were hungry and we could have cook at home. My wife actually felt bad for the waiter. She still left him a nice tip because he look super stressed as they were short staff. Extremely bad experience. I was tempted to walk out but we waited long enough and it was getting late. Will never be back.

We received lukewarm soup and the "special" Rigatoni Al Forno was tastles, seriously lacking seasoning. The floors had trash around and under the tables, where the very young staff walked over the trash, seated the customers and left! I informed our waiter who did clean it up alast. This used to be a good average dining experience, but, the quality has gone very low.

Food is great. Had to wait a little extra longer than expected to pick up our food and they threw in a free dessert. Very classy and appreciated. Will be back!

My boyfriend and I dined in at Carrabba’s last night the 16th, and it was the most horrid experience we had witnessed with management. The manager was either sitting down scrolling on his phone, sitting at the bar, or standing and yelling at the employees who were running around with no help. There were servers trying to make food themselves, the bartender, who was literally pregnant, was running everywhere with a busy bar, and it seemed like everyone was just trying their best. We couldn’t even have a nice atmosphere because the manager would not stop yelling for help as he stood there doing nothing. I have never felt so sorry for a restaurant staff as it seems that they have to deal with a manager who will only scream and yell, while they’re already basically running the restaurant themselves. The manager ought to be ashamed of himself, and I’ve never seen someone so unprofessional that went from yelling at his staff one minute to sitting on his phone the next while his restaurant is struggling to stay afloat. I’m sure more than half of the employees working last night could’ve ran the restaurant better than he did, absolutely disgraceful.

First time here and every meal was deliciously tasty. I mean talk about cooking with soul. Darrell your service was exceptionally excellent 👏👍

Food is always good. Don’t think it’s fair for people to give the place a bad review because they had one bad experience. Not every server is going to be my best friend, but food always delivers. No complaints here, I’ve always had a pleasant experience based on my food and my servers. Think y’all need to be more patient with restaurants, they’re struggling to staff up. Lot of young kids now who don’t even want to work, just want the money. Think that’s the issue here but I personally don’t mind all that because I always have a good meal, so thank you.

My mom and I ate here for Christmas Eve dinner. It was our first time eating here in a couple years so we were not sure what to expect. Food was delicious and portions were perfect. Tim Kemble provided excellent service. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely be back!

Pleasant experience eating here the other night. Our server was attentive and nice, seemed a bit new. Food was delicious. Had a minor issue with a gift card that wouldn’t work but the manager Colleen walked us through how to activate it online and made sure we could use it. She was very helpful - we saw her helping all of the servers and even in the kitchen cooking for a while. We’ve had some bad experiences with servers and management at this location before but were incredibly impressed this week. We’ll be back!

Arrived Saturday November 18 at 4pm. Got sat and waited for 20 minutes without a server. Other tables sat after us even had food servers show up. Finally after telling the hostess a young guy comes over and says “sorry about the wait”, but at that point it was ridiculous so I asked for a manager. A woman with tons of tattoos comes over and says “sorry we are short staffed” but I said “where were you, shouldn’t you circulate and check on tables?” After that we left. It wasn’t even busy - we used to go here frequently, but not now.

The food is always good. Gluten-free pasta option which is nice. Carrabba's has a much better menu compared to Olive Garden. Some of the calorie counts on the menu options are through the roof though so choose carefully. We waited to be seated for a while for no obvious reason as there seemed to be plenty of front-end staff and seating available. While I assume that this was due to kitchen staffing it would have been nice to direct us at the bar or seat us, offer drinks and let us know that no one will take a food order for 20 minutes.

tonight was our date night dinner so we chose our favorite restaurant. We requested our favorite server Chris M. We have been faithful customers to Carrabba's for years and service has- at times- been less than desirable, until we met Chris M! Now we ONLY dine there if he is working and we request him EVERY time we go. Chris is ALWAYS pleasant even when he is extremely busy. He remembers what we like to order, from the drinks we order, to the entrees we like, to the desserts we sometimes splurge on! His attention to the little things is what puts him above all others. He cares about his job performance and it shows. He is truly an asset to your team.

After arriving to a maybe 10% occupied restaurant we sat waiting for 15 minutes when a server walked right by us to wait on another group that had just walked in. We figured ,well we're next. Not a chance, server walked away,put in an order,and proceeded to stand around talking to 3 other servers. We decided to go elsewhere so we got up and walked out. We walked by the greeters podium and he said have a nice evening not even realizing he had just seated us 15 minutes ago. Never again Carraba's

We didn't have to wait at all we got a table right away. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Our meals were delicious and not too expensive. We will definitely dine here again.

I really like the food here, everything was excellent on our last visit as far as that's concerned. Unfortunately the service left something to be desired. We weren't given plates, we had to ask for things multiple times, they had over half the restaurant empty, but we still had a 10 minute wait, and then got seated directly next to another couple. I understand it was probably a certain server's section, but a table between us would have been nice. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry and still managed to really enjoy our food. All in all I'd still recommend this place for a nice meal.

Our dinner was delicious and our server Chris M was fantastic. We wait for his table each and every time we dine here. He goes above and beyond what most servers do to make sure that all our needs are met and he has a wonderful personality. Don't ever let him go.

I'm not big on Italian food but it was my wife's birthday so I suggested Carrabba's. For a table of 6 we waited about 10 minutes and were tended to almost immediately. Drinks and bread were at the table within minutes of sitting down. Everyone commented on how good their meals were, even the kiddos and the staff was as friendly as could be. Very clean, great food and all around experience. The price of the meals were as expected and they have a $10 take home meal. You can add any meal on the menu to take home after dining in for just $10. We didn't choose to do this but seems to be a great deal to take advantage of.

We had the best dinner. Our server Chris was amazing from start to finish. Very attentive and so sweet! He has an awesome personality! His professionalism during our dining experience was excellent! We will definitely be back! Thank you Chris 4!
