First Time having Five Guys! I WAS NOT disappointed!! David B. Was very nice, great customer service...explained the experience. ☺️ Had the Cheeseburger with Letttuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions and mushrooms. Fries no salt and Banana shake. Never had malt on fries...tried it! 😊 The rest of the team was very friendly. Keep up the excellent work.

Went to Five Guys tonight (Tues. 6:15pm) The manager replaced an order that wasn't right the first time I came here. She was very polite and also threw in some fries n drink for my inconvenience. The meal was beyond delicious❣ If u want a REAL Burger n great fries, go to Five Guys you won't b disappointed!

All the employees here work very hard and quick to get orders out. They should all get a raise! Burgers were juicy and delicious too. Free peanuts is a win.

Five guys has the best fries ever. Got their chocolate shake and it was divine. Thick and chocolaty just like it should be.

Berlin Cross Keys' location is the best for customer service. Every time I have gone, they have always given excellent experience..

Changed my review to 5 stars from 4. Went during the big snowstorm. They were crushed, but staff had great attitude and was knocking orders out crazy fast. While I do love my burgers the best, I think these are the best of all fast food places. Prices are on the high side but whose prices aren't anymore! With all the toppings I get on mine, it's worth it. Plus we always bring some peanuts home!

As usual food is great. We walked in a were slipping everywhere we were walking because the floors are so greasy. My mother is 76 and I took her straight to a chair because I was afraid she'd fall. 😒

1st time trying Five Guys. Burger and shake were delicious. Fries were warm and soggy, but I have no issue putting then in the air fryer for a few minutes, the problem was they were so salty they were inedible.

This was my Birthday request for a dinner , I did not need to prepare, would know I would enjoy, and knew it was a treat, we can no longer afford regularly this luxury. as my pay has not increased at same rate of inflation ,I am very regretful of that .

Always great Cajun fries are a favorite, and the burgers are always amazing

Placed a to-go order, site said my order would be ready in 5-15 minutes, not only did i leave 30 minutes after that because i know their time are always wrong but i still sat for 20 minutes inside. 3 out of the 4 burgers were completely wrong and the milkshake i ordered and paid for online apparently wasn’t part of my order. I wasn’t waiting for them to make it just left.

The lady taking the orders was funny, very polite, and make me want to come back just for the service. Sorry I didn't get her name but she was awesome.

Always Good! My wife and kids love it ….. the fries are delicious freshly made as are all their burgers….I just like SS better….

After they took my $7 for a hot dog, they had no hotdog rolls. I could have done that for less than $7 at home. No excuse not having the proper items.

I really wanted to take the time and celebrate this 5 guys location! The manager, Erin, was amazing and very attentive. She trains an amazing staff! I will be back here again!

Didn't know the had milk shakes....was good not very sweet could taste the fruit 🤤 strawberry banana whipped cream.decent better than expected....

The Milkshakes were so good! The staff were very welcoming and pleasant to be there. As soon as I entered, they were attentive to the needs of the guests. It’s a bit pricy, but your paying for quality.

They knocked it out the park here. Burger and fries were amazing! Also I like how 5 Guys is always clean with nice employees. Other high end chains have really fell off lately

Great food, good music playing. The freestyle machine is always a plus. Clean bathrooms. The cashier had to take a call in order and we waited about 2 minutes until someone else came and took our order. Overall love five guys, and their quick and easy food.

Need to do better with they’re timing who tf runs a store and Uber eats is waiting 10 mins for fries come on!

Was not impressed, quite the opposite in fact. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and milkshake. Was extremely greasy. Was supposed to have "light fried onions" what I received was thick unfried onions. So many fried onions it taste like a slimy onion burger. The onions overpowered the entire sandwich. Milkshake had a funny taste. Definitely would not recommend or patronize again.

I had a great experience today at Five Guys in Sicklerville, NJ. I was greeted by Dave. Dave was very kind and personable. He made it such a great experience. It was truly a pleasure speaking with him. On top of that, the food was actually very good! It was the best cheese burger, fries and shake I had in a long time!

Good burger but too expensive would be a weekly visit if it didn't cost $30 for two to eat and we didn't even get fries.

Ridiculously good!! Patty is cooked to perfection and so juicy. Bun is moist but still flavorful.

Great burgers and fries. All are made to order. If interested you can also nosh on peanuts in their shells.
