Nice store but I really don’t want to give my money to a shop where the staff completely ignores me while I’m standing a foot away from them. No greeting - no welcome - no offer of assistance. Just talking among themselves. No, thank you.

So thoroughly satisfied with 2 shopping experiences! We found exactly the cards we needed for my lawyer fiance for business clients, and for my 89-yo mom for her extensive Christmas list. Staff very enthusiastic and helpful. Since the closure of the Lawnside hallmark store we weren't sure where to go. Now we know!

Still the best place to get birthday cards and a small gift if you’re not sure what to give the person. They are located near Starbucks and Five Guys. There is plenty of parking and they are located right off of route 70. Definitely worth the trip if you are in the area.

This store is beautiful and customer service is exceptional. JoAnn was wonderful. She was so kind while interacting with my 1 year old son and did a phenomenal job of wrapping up my fragile gift purchase. This store also has a wonderful Disney display which is a huge bonus!

This Hallmark store offers a great selection of gifts, in addition to the plentiful cards that are stocked. The salespeople are always pleasant and helpful, as well.

Place was very clean and nicely staffed.

Employees are very helpful, hardworking, and caring. Pleasant people to talk with and all positive vibes from this store. It truly is a magical place they say? If you come to this store not having the best day you may get lost as I did and by the time you leave, you may find joy and peace for many days to come following this magical experience!!

Purchased 9 sale-priced keepsake ornament at this location on January 4th, 2023. On January 7th we inspected all of the items outside of the boxes and unfortunately realized that the Cozy Lil' Critters ornament that we paid $3.60 (plus tax) for was not in the box. On January 8th we visited this location and explained to situation to the employee there. We were hoping for an exchange for the same item (no longer available), another item or at worse a refund. The employee said they could provide none of those things (they may have been able to exchange for the same item but it was no longer available) as that was store policy. They also mentioned that they had no proof that we didn't take the item home, remove the item and then try to return the empty box. Implying that I am trying to rip them off over a $3.60 item from a $81.46 order. I really found this insulting. At the end of all this they basically explained that there was nothing else they can do and to come back tomorrow to can talk to the store manager. We then headed back home and contacted the Hallmark corporate offices who are apparently sending us a gift card or something. 2022 was my 1st year in being part of the Ornament Club Member Program and so far here are a few things I learned: 1. Always check to make sure your ornaments are inside the boxes before you leave the store. 2. Avoid Norman owned Hallmark locations as their store policies go against most (IMO) corporate business customer service policies.

Nice Hallmark store, helpful employees. Good location. I've been a little disappointed by some of the card and wrapping paper selections recently. But with the number of Hallmark products, there is only so much shelf space.

I have to admit that this is only my 2nd time in this hallmark. My 1st time was a complete disaster and I send I would never go there again. But, today I had to go to pick up a order that was shipped to the store. After getting home I realized I have the wrong order. My name on the bag but absolutely not what I ordered. It came to them that way. I returned with bag in hand the manager Stephanie immediately got on the phone with the warehouse to see if they had enough ornaments to replace my order. She made them check and handled everything with the Highest level of customer service. Maybe things happen for a reason. I will definitely be back to this hallmark store.

Love coming to this Hallmark. It's the only place in Cherry Hill that has father in law cards and of course I always end up spending more money bc they have so many great gift ideas. The staff are always friendly have never come across anyone in a bad mood.

Great card store. For each occasion, gender, special family member or loved one there is a good number of choices to purchase for that particular person. The salesperson, Meredith, was so sweet and helpful. The store has a large selection of gifts and the merchandise is displayed quite nicely. I look forward to shopping there for the holidays and my special occasion cards again. I’ll be a frequent shopper at Norman’s Hallmark Shop.
