Shake Shack is the best "fast food" that exists. Their meat blend for their burgers is perfect. Their cooking technique for making the burgers is perfect. The use obviously fresh ingredients. You taste the quality in every bite. It doesn't matter what you order, burger, chicken sandwich, shakes and fries, it's all the best you can get at that convenience. I get excited every time I get the chance to eat at Shake Shack and I always have trouble deciding which delicious thing to get that visit. 10/10 only thing that comes close is 5 guys and 5 guys is a 6/10 in comparison so not that close.

Great place for delicious burgers, although I do love the hot dogs too! We tried the chicken sandwich and it was pretty good, but the burgers and cheese fries are the best. They also have amazing milkshakes. Service is good, they seem to have a good system in getting the food out. Definitely one of our favorite places!!

The burger taste like it was cooked an hour before and they threw it on the grill to warm up. It was burned and greasy. The dragon pomegranate lemonade taste like dish detergent. The fried were hot and tasty. $16.59 wasted! Friendly cashier and the person who brought the food up were nice.

Apparently: The burger came out misshapen and with cheese only. I checked with them and was told that they all come out with sauce. The burger was very dry. I had to keep dumping ketchup on it and drinking my milkshake in order to get it down. It's kind of strange because I have been to another shake shack and had none of these issues. It is a little busy. I only saw one table get wiped down. There was a bit of trash on the floor. The fries were good and the vanilla shake was good. Denise was with me and she liked her burger. However, she likes hers dry. Although we didn't request no sauce. So, I guess they got it 60% correct. I won't eat here again and cannot recommend it. There is another Shake Shack in Cherry Hill. Near the NJ Turnpike. It is always a great place to eat. And it's much busier than this one in Marlton. So, I don't understand why it's so different. I guess that they should probably work on having a consistent product. And delivering a better product. I spent $47 and change on two double cheeseburgers two small fries and a small drink and a small vanilla shake. It's a bit much for what we received. I actually would have preferred McDonald's to this particular Shake Shack. I usually write favourable reviews. In this case I just can't. I have to tell you this way it was for us. I hope that you have a better result if you decide to try it out.

The chicken sandwich and shroom burger was delicious and I also had bacon cheese fries and it was good.

The Shake Shack, Marlton location, has top of the line staff. The food is always fresh, made quickly and correct. The one time out of many, we didn't get our fries, they went out of their way to make it right. We super appreciated it.

AVOID HERE, just ordered here with 2 friends for take out, Took everything home we take a bite and the taste is off only to find avocado brown and almost rotten with the skin left on, lettuce that was almost a slimy mess and burger patties that where both burnt and somehow under cooked. 2 of us have been throwing up. AVOID THIS LOCATION =========== Edit: Shake Shack has reached out to try fix the issues and ensure this doesn't happen again, will more than likely give it a few weeks and come back to check this location again and update review if anything is better

I ordered a hamburger, and the pattie was bigger than the roll, so you get more meat. The restaurant didn't have a paper menu. The items were listed on the wall. You order, and once your food is ready, they will deliver to your table.
