I've
only
made
one
purchase
from
TSM
Aquatics
so
far,
but
they've
already
cemented
themselves
as
the
only
vendor
I
will
be
buying
my
livestock
from
in
the
future.
TSM
has
an
incredible
selection
of
fish
(including
many
rare
fish)
and
coral.
But
what
really
sets
them
apart
from
other
vendors
is
that
their
quarantine
process
is
one
of
the
best
(if
not
the
best)
in
the
industry.
My
recent
purchase
consisted
of
a
Melanurus
Wrasse
and
Purple
Firefish.
I
am
fortunate
to
live
only
an
hour's
drive
away,
so
I
was
able
to
swing
down
and
pick
them
up.
TSM's
new
facility
is
huge.
Although
I
unfortunately
could
not
take
a
look
around
due
to
the
pandemic,
it
looked
beautiful
from
the
lobby
and
I
can't
wait
to
head
back
there
once
they
reopen
to
customers.
I
have
always
quarantined
my
new
fish
in
the
past,
but
given
TSM's
quarantine
process
and
the
fact
that
the
wrasse
and
firefish
weren't
stressed
from
being
shipped
by
mail,
I
decided
to
just
add
them
to
my
display
after
a
quick
inspection
and
temp/salinity
acclimation.
The
firefish
immediately
started
exploring.
The
wrasse
promptly
hid
in
the
sand,
as
expected,
but
was
out
and
about
the
next
morning.
Both
fish
are
incredibly
healthy
and
immediately
began
eating
whatever
flakes,
pellets
or
frozen
food
I
happened
to
be
feeding.
They
are
both
out
and
actively
swimming
around
all
day
(unlike
my
wallflower
clowns
who
like
to
hide
in
the
corner
behind
rock
work)
and
have
been
a
welcome
addition
to
my
tank.
Again,
if
it
wasn't
clear
from
this
wall
of
text,
I
cannot
recommend
TSM
highly
enough
when
it
comes
to
livestock.
This
is
especially
true
if
you
don't
have
space
to
quarantine,
aren't
comfortable
quarantining,
are
impatient
(me)
or
are
looking
to
buy
a
fish
species
that
is
either
difficult
to
quarantine
or
is
known
to
often
harbor
parasites
or
disease
like
an
underwater
Typhoid
Mary.
You
will
pay
a
small
premium
over
other
vendors
who
do
not
quarantine
their
livestock,
but
that
premium
is
insurance
against
potentially
wiping
out
all
of
your
fish
due
to
the
introduction
of
a
parasite
or
disease.
I
would
imagine
that
the
only
thing
worse
than
losing
all
of
your
fish
to
something
like
ich
because
you
opted
to
introduce
an
unquarantined
fish
to
your
tank
is
the
~76
day
fallow
period
thereafter
where
you
get
to
contemplate
your
life
choices.
