Great bike and hiking trails on and off road. Near the river. Nice picnic areas and pavilions. Dog park is not great - a dirt hill. Overall a great place to recreate or have a picnic.

This is one of our favorite places to get her as a family. Usually able to find at least one available pavilion or table. Plenty of shade and open space to spread out. Pro tip: you can reserve the pavilions for a nominal fee and have a guaranteed spot. They also have the cutest little bike skills park for little kids right at the mouth of the park! Really a well thought out community park and location!

B-E-A-U-T-Y-F-U-L PARK! This is the place to come for a visit! You can also come and play for a while. There were people on a picnic, people on a hike, people biking, and people just enjoying the great outdoors! I love the Pavillion and the bathrooms! If your looking for a place to stop by for a few minutes!

I love this park. It’s beautiful. A great place to get away and relax. There is a dog park. It’s nice to sit there and enjoy the views as your dog runs and plays off leash.

I come to Mount Timpanogos Park to meditate or cold plunge several times per week. If you need peace and solitude, there's a trail that parallels the Provo trail. The parallel trail is always empty. I've never seen another person on it. And there's lots of ways to go off trail and explore. One of my favorite places to go to for healing and getting filled back up after a difficult day. There is some road noise unfortunately.

Beautiful, manicured Park next to the Provo River. No camping allowed but many well maintained picnic pavilions, walking & biking trail too. Will be going back again soon.

Beautiful spot with some really great fishing! Please be aware-- THERE ARE RATTLESNAKES in the area this year (2022). I saw one the other night at about 11pm by the diversion dam and I had to stop my dog from trying to be curious. Just be aware. Keep your dogs and kids safe. And watch where you are stepping especially around bigger rocks or near brush. This one was full grown (like 4 feet long) and got away when it saw me but it was not too shy about my dog approaching and it coiled into defensive mode. If there's one so visible, there are likely many all over. Just wanted to save people from the panic of seeing one. Don't be surprised.

Definitely one of my favorite parks! It has everything-- a river, bridges, playgrounds, bathrooms, grassy areas, a nature trail, deer, a dog park, and tons of separated picnic areas that you can reserve online. I take my dog here once a week to walk around. It takes us about 30-40 minutes to lap the park. The dog park is closed in the winter, and I haven't yet been there in the summer. The only downside is the busy road, but the majority of the park is set back into the mountain and is very quiet. It gets pretty busy in the summer, but during the winter, there's rarely anyone there. I would highly recommend checking it out!

This is a beautiful place to bring your family for outside games, a picnic, and a nice little walk. The playground isn't large or fancy, but the nature experiences are fantastic. There is a little creek that little kids can walk down to to throw rocks and explore. The large grassy pavilions are excellent for large groups. We took softball supplies, kickball, large bubbles, nerf guns, footballs, soccer balls, and food and had the perfect space for family time. You do have to reserve the pavilions in advance and they do not do Sunday reservations. It was dog friendly, and the restrooms were clean.

Mount Timpanogos Park was incredible. Big round of applause to Utahs Parks and Recreation department for keeping their parks so well maintained. This park is nestled in the middle of to canyons so 360 view of nature and all its glory. As you walk through this park and trail you notice different terrains. The contrast made this park a complete gem and utter surprise. Perfect place for a picnic and a pleasant stroll.

Well maintained landscaping. It has nice grassy areas that kids could enjoy kicking around a ball, or just running around on. It is also pretty enough to hold a nice evening event. There were plenty of people around using the pedestrian path for bike rides. The fenced off small and large areas are a good size for your fluffy friends too.

This well-cared for park is one of the popular locations for the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival every August. It has pavilions that can be rented and drinking fountains. It has the largest parking lot of all the parks in Provo Canyon and is therefore a good starting point to access the paved Provo River Trail, the Timpanogos foothills, the practice bike park, and an enclosed dog park.

Built originally for the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival, it has many pavillions and flat spaces for performances and gatherings. The grounds are groomed and well-maintained. Views of the mountains and the sound of the nearby Provo River make it easy to enjoy. A biking and walking trail connect it to several other nearby parks. Parking is adequate - some is paved, some gravel. Entrance and exit from the canyon highway requires caution.

Beautiful. Would be nice place for family outings or just to get out for a bit.

This is such a fun park to bring your kids. We went for a walk in the evening and had a good time. There is a drinking fountain. If you go to the far end plenty of grass, lots of picnic tables there were tons of people already doing activities. So it was a little crowded. There were a ton of grasshoppers as well some of our videos and photos from midnight were of the grasshoppers.

This is a large, spacious park suitable for large events. The grounds were well-maintained and grass was lovely, we were able to play football with our shoes off. Ample shade and privacy between groves of trees. Nice views of Timp and the canyon, and cannot hear the highway.

If you can go there in the middle of the day during winter you should have elbow space like I did flying my drone which was enjoyable other than I had to stay in the parking lot due to all the welcoming snow! However really anytime in the summer exapecially 9n the weekends you will not wanna go because same as the rest of our beautiful mountain locations there far too many people there to enjoy!

Super nice view, immaculate I might say. The air is clean and there is a nice dog park nearby. The people that visit there are great too. Super clean so let’s keep it that way.

This is a beautiful park. There is an off leash dog area, picnic tables nice sidewalks and some paths and trails and a mountain bike course. It’s great for a quick picnic or a longer stay. There is signage warning about rattlesnakes. Take it seriously! I have seen two here.

This park is absolutely beautiful. Everything is very well taken care of. The pavilions are great and range in size to fit all needs. The restrooms were clean enough and were standard for what you would find at rest areas off the highway.

We walked through here on the Provo River Trail. A nice small park.

Love this park. My wife and I go here all the time. It's right next to the river and has very beautiful views. The trail is sometimes busy, but even then not very crowded. Great for longboarding and whatever other activities.
