I’m not sure what was better the decor, the AMAZING staff or the iced chai with lavender I got today! I seriously have so many wonderful things to say. It brings back the old school coffee shop feel and the coffee and food is to die for not to mention the staff this morning (I wish I got their names to give them credit) made my whole experience! We will definitely be back!

It's on state street so parking and leaving can be a pain, but the quality of coffee, the staff, and the atmosphere are worth it. Glad to have found this sweet place.

Beautiful interior and excellent for sitting down for several hours to work. I love the atmosphere and have spent countless hours working in my laptop here and chatting with other customers. I’ve made a number of close friends from frequenting this coffee shop. The vibe of the shop is definitely to hang and relax and it's definitely not a grab and go coffee shop, so I think it blends well and I enjoyed my coffee and food. Drinks are ~$6 and food seemed a little higher, so plan on spending ~$15 if you want both. They also had a large array of food, desserts, sandwiches etc. Plus they tend to keep a few misc. gluten free or vegan options available so you’ll likely find something that fits your diet.

Second time here cuz the first time left such a great first impression! Ordered their blended iced BLONDIE - perfection with every sip I couldn't get enough! I did dial down the sweetness as this drink tends to be on the sweet side. Dialing it down was perfect as it already has caramel sprayed on the inner part of the cup. They even do kids blended drinks (without the caffeine or coffee) and the kids loved theirs!

The coffee was good, the bean was smooth with a subtle flavor, not overly bitter, ordered a small Latte. The small and medium have 2 shots and the large has 3 shots of espresso. The place is laid back as you would expect from a coffee shop, with the laid back style of music playing. There is plenty of seating, and the parking lot next door by the enterprise has a lot of parking available. Service was quick and courteous. They have food and snack options in addition to the coffee options.

Loved our experience here! My goodness, their care for customers is unbeatable. They have a great selection of ice cream AND GELATO! Their coffee was also do delicious. Loved their drink options. We were in the mood for some ice cream, especially for the kiddos, but also needed an afternoon pick-me-up and this place was absolute perfection. Couldn't find any other place that offered coffee and ice cream. Their doughnut ice cream sandwiches were a BIG hit with the kids. If you want a great experience with a cute setup and place to sit, and SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS at the same time?? Go support them and give the place a try! Ollie is SO NICE, too! We will be back!

Nice new place. Had the raspberry hibiscus hot tea and a breakfast croissant. Fun cafe, super nice manager, lots of coffee and tea choices. Open 7 days a week. Pastry and snack choices.

No ice-cream, only in summer time. Not bad coffee. Nice atmosphere inside to sit and spend time. Nice foam in cappuccino.

Rather cheap prices for as fancy as it is. Everything is delicious but I'm fond of the affogato(espresso poured over ice cream) and the pastries are great. Staff are friendly and pet friendly too they have pup cups.

I got a latte and a croissant. it was ok. the croissant was just like a store bought one. and the latte was really really overheated, so instead of the milk tasting sweet, it tasted/smelled sulphurous/eggy and made the coffee more bitter - not in a good way. I had to add some sugar to make it drinkable. on the other hand, the place itself is very nice, comfortable, quiet and has a nice vibe. the music was lo-fi, which was perfect for working without distractions. and the staff was really nice and friendly.

The barista was so friendly and helpful. The place is inviting, friendly, clean, and attractive. I got a vanilla latte...it was so good, the first sip made me smile. It was perfect for a cold, rainy day. The sourdough avocado toast with arugula, sprouts, and cherry tomatoes was prepared fresh and SO good, I've decided to do it like that at home as well. 10/10 DO recommend anyone who wants good food and a good experience. ABSOLUTELY will go back any time I'm in town!

Amazing local coffee spot! We are from out of state and were pleased with this joint! Stoked that they are going to be doing all their cooking and baking in house! Great gluten free options coming!

The coffee is fantastic, the seating is great, and it’s a safe place to talk and be your authentic self. I’ve made quality friends at C&S over time as I’ve hung out here. I’ve been going to this coffee shop since it opened and have known every single employee that’s worked there. It’s VERY difficult to just keep the doors open for a new coffee shop in Orem. To me that’s all the more reason to get your caffeine fix at C.R.E.A.M. and Sugar, you’ll be directly supporting a local business that needs it community to keep it going.

I love this coffee shop! The baristas are all really great. I've loved every drink I've ever gotten here and I've been coming regularly for a few months. My favorite is the vanilla dirty chai with toffee cold foam 😋 I think the prices are perfect (especially compared to Starbucks. The quality is 10x better anyways). And I 💗 supporting local shops! They have fun little events and good deals occasionally like $1 drinks if you make a food purchase.

I hate starbucks, but would go there before coming back here. Service is your job. Your goal me walking to your place of business to looked at because I was 4 minutes early was rude. But to look at me and then go back to talking to your co worker like I didn’t exist was over the top. So I came back specifically to make a purchase and not give a tip to share the service effort

My first time here. The staff was lovely, the coffee great, and the avocado toast delicious. It made this middle aged lady thorough appreciate the millennial popularity. However, my favorite part was seeing the boss stand up to a customer that was mistreating and bullying employees. That’s a proprietor I can respect, and I am very glad to have as a business in my community. I’ll be back.

Very new coffee shop. I loved the sitting lounge area outside as you walk in. The macchiato I got was good just lacked some sweet. The dessert display had some good choices. I'd definitely give it another try.

This coffee shop was darling! My mocha was perfect and I was sad to leave such a beautiful space. Must stop spot with several spots for Instagram-worthy pictures!

Great little coffee spot with super comfy interior. Cute pottery for sale. Baristas are nice and friendly. The toasted marshmallow cold foam is incredible. Great spot for coffee, hot chocolate, pastries, ice cream, and relaxing.

I love this place, the workers, and especially this sign. I come here at least once a day. Love it. One of the workers named Mia is absolutely amazing. She makes me feel at home and always brings out my drink in a matter of seconds.

This is a great coffee shop in Orem Utah! The only positive things I have to say about it is that the employees are the backbone of this company. Their edible selection is great, but I would rather go buy them for cheaper without any of them pressuring me to meet a sales quota. Unfortunately, I have heard multiple things from regulars at the shop about the owner and the upper management of the company :( The only reason I’ve ever come back is to see my favorite baristas. In the past month, it seems there has been a change in the culture of community I used to love to now make me purchase as much as possible and lacking the personable feel it used to have
