Love Marske beach, if you time it right and the tide is out, there is a wide expanse of golden Sands to explore and relax on, Redcar and Saltburn are easily walked too. The beach is generally more quiet than those at the fore mentioned towns and great for the kids and dog walkers. The beach doesn't just offer daytime activities, if the conditions are right you might be lucky to see the northern lights as there is less light pollution than in the towns. Enjoy

This is a lovely sandy beach with a long walk to the water if the tide is out. It is a traditional ex fishing village judging by the boats and tractors which means no facilities, so don't go expecting toilets or cafes.

Nice beach and waters to take a stroll with the kids and it’s dog friendly. We went in the water which was warm during the heatwave. Unfortunately it was a little overcast but didn’t spoil the fun.

A stunningly quiet stretch of sandy beach, tucked in front of high grassy sand dunes, fishing cobs resting until local fishermen set to sea when the tide is right. Looking to my right is Saltburn,to my left Redcar ,this gifts a lengthy flat sandy walk to both areas, ( please check your tide times) today was a cold winters day,the waves were crashing loudly with rolls of white surf,,bracing cold wind ,low tide with an array of seabirds feeding along the cost line as we headed towards, home Redcar. The sea is ever changing , quiet as calm as a millpond, how far the sea goes out is down to the tidal time of year. How I adore this beautiful stretch of our coastline

Marske by the sea What a beautiful place. Seeing all the boats lined up on the beach was lovely to see, although rather them, then me going out on them to see just the thought of it makes me feel seasick. We got to Marske by the sea after a walk down the sea front from Redcar, It was a beautiful walk on a beautiful day. The sun's shining not too cold and a tide was out giving us loads of time to have a lovely stroll. The kids were checking rockpools for crabs and other little sea life and had a great time, The beach itself was clean and tidy and quite quiet which made it feel almost extra special. After a short while we then started to walk up into what you could call the center of Marske I would say, we stopped at a beautiful fish and chip shop called the SeaMist and the food was cheap and tasted great, With his filled back up we then set off back to the beach and then began our three miles walk back to Redcar seafront. Lovely spot for a day out with the family.

Great place for walking and running. Needs more parking. But there's no shops or amusements to waste your money away. A little mobile chip van would do well there

Nice place for a evening walk. People enjoy their evening with walking. Can enjoy the day by play with dogs... They really like it.

A charming seaside village full of history. Well worth looking around or enjoy the lovely beach, or walk along to Saltburn and back by the coast path or return by the beach with great views all the way

Great dog friendly beach with miles of sand to amble across. Parking is on the headland as you pass towards Redcar.
