I’ve tried every nail salon in the châtelain/Ixelles/saint Gilles vicinity and nowhere compares to My Addiction! Their services are top notch, done with care and always last. Their gel nails are super natural looking, which is hard to find! Plus their pedicure stations have massage chairs 😍

Amazing service! I can only recommend having your nails done here. I booked online (I was then told that it's better to just give a call) for a Wednesday morning and I had the place all to myself. I was offered tea or coffee on arrival, which I appreciated and gladly accepted. Then I had a manicure and a simple nail polish put on. The process took an hour, and the manicure was the best I'd ever had! Precise and meticulous. The nail polish was given twice, together with a final top coat, so that it lasted almost ten days. The price: 25 Euros. I just wish I can be back soon.

Absolutely top rate salon. The best I have found in Brussels. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable. My manicure and pedicure were absolutely fabulous.

It was positive to be helped in English. The overall service was not impressive, i.e. the manicure felt rushed and the nail filing included my fingers a couple of times, I was moved to another place to for nail drying so that they could start with another client, etc. The price was higher than on the price list shown to be when making the appointment (or shown today on the website), and when I pointed this out the reaction was to identify who had made the mistake and the girl on internship (first day) was blamed and questioned in front of everyone. It was obvious that nobody had explained the apparent price change. The person apparently running the place openly complained about the interns to a client, making me wonder how much shared by clients is later shared with others.
