Horrible customer service when it comes to return stuff. In total we've spent hundreds of euros on products, getting home we found out that 2 lights were empty. Completely empty. When attemtping to return them they said "It's your word against ours", like if we wanted to scam why would we go through the trouble of multiple days, paying for gas, driving for 15 minutes just for 20 euro? Hubo has better service, I guess i'm taking my business there from now on.

It's a very good hardware store.

Zoals altijd, een plezier om te bezoeken. Altijd correct met acties in de folder. Vriendelijk personeel, altijd met en glimlach, en tijd voor een praatje als het niet druk is uiteraard. Sociale, vriendelijke, opgevoede honden zijn welkom, wat uiteraard beter is dan in de auto te laten. Dus, voor de doe-het-zelver ideaal. Altijd ruim en variërend aanbod in een aangename winkel.
