Good Hotel with AC Rooms. Cleaning is good. Hot water is available in Shower. Food quality is good. Breakfast is included in the room tariff as complimentary and this can’t be opt out.

Hotel needs renovation of rooms, change of beds ( uncomfortable), floor tiles damaged, too much mosquitos, Wi-fi is horrible. Staff is very good and helpful.

So lovely & beautiful with the best service attendants in waiting & com spacious grounds for events at their disposal

Decent hotel accomodation facility in lira town. Pleasant reception staff. 3.5 stars for hygienic rooms. Furniture and interior was basic. Pillows were very uncomfortable stuffed with some weird off cuts. Breakfast facility was below average, 2 stars. Breakfast staff appeared very unenthusiastic and very slow when requested anything.

The service in this hotel is great. The staff is very friendly. We wanted to have dinner, but of the 8 dishes we ordered, they only had fish and chapati. Every time the waiter came back to tell us they didn't have a certain dish. So eventually we had a rolex somewhere else. The rooms are fine, nothing special. Its clean. The matrass was good (not too hard/too soft) and has a mosquito net. It felt a bit warm in the room. The shower has warm water. Breakfast is included and is quite standard: boiled eggs, chapati, jam, chicken, beans, potatoes and fruit. Wifi works good (most of the time).

Full of mosquitoes and blood stained mosquito nets in the rooms! The receptionist is quite moody, no customer care at all. The cleaners and kitchen staff are the only professionals around. The food is superb!

For an up country hotel. Its affordable. Good and courteous staff. Your property is safe, I had a warm bath for all the 10 days.

We can't be having such furniture like beds in this modern era. The interior design is okay but the beds are old fashioned. Please consider changing the furniture.
