This is a cozy hotel in the centre of Lira City. It provides tailor-made services. I love taking ginger-tea which raises my natural tastes for the next Lango, Ugandan and continental dishes that are prepared and served by the hotel. The hotel is safe and secure for its residents and visitors. It is an ideal location for small business and family meetings.

wonderful hotel.clean, spacious and welcoming. the food was great and the service excellent. Santa was exceptionally cheerful. Robert was an awesome bar tender and conversationalist. Brenda went above and beyond to hook me up with a lovely snack. 10/10 will stay here again!

The place is well located in the center of town. But the rooms are old fashioned, old curtains, no enough sockets (only two in the room, 1 for the TV and the other for the percorator), none for phone or laptop charging, no switch and sockets near the bed, no waiting and staff at the reception (only one receptionist), old washroom utilities, etc

Room and meal prices are high in Lira

Was quiet...got them when there was no electricity and my phone was dead..no generator. The shower was the worst..needs replacement

Extremely clean and in town centre yet little noise

The hotel is good for starters, it's easily accessible. The customer care is above average. The parking is however designed for cars of people without disabilities. So, if you are disabled and you have a wheelchair, I am afraid to say that this isn't a place for you. They serve most of the local foods but food is over priced. There's less value for money. All in all, this place isn't cozy enough.

Don’t ever go here for dinner! Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The food either tasted weird or had no taste at all. Bad bad bad

Friendly and quiet atmosphere, though in the middle of the city

The rooms are basic. And when I stayed AC in my room was not working.

I stayed at this hotel during my business visit to Lira city. This hotel is situated right next to the central business hub of the city and has ample parking space for the guests' vehicles. I stayed in a queen-size room and it was very neat, organized and sufficient enough for 2 persons. The bathroom was also spacious enough & very clean with satisfactory water pressure. There were quite a many options on the restaurant menu & the serving size was overwhelming! The service provided by the restaurant staff was quick. The staff at the reception was very courteous and helped with a super quick check-in/check-out. I look forward to staying at this property again, and will highly recommend it to business as well as leisure travellers. Best, Ritish Nagpal

A fine, clean hotel built in a manner to keep away the Lira heat away. Good food and friendly staff.

Bathing water: sometimes little and heating system not clear

It's a cool place good security and accommodation as well as food

Very quiet place and good for meetings and conferences

I believe these guys can do better. But surely this can’t be pizza costing someone 25,000ugx. Better next time!
