Very quiet with one of the best accomodation within Lira city. You will be surprised by this Hotel. Try visiting this place and thank me later 👏👏

Very spacious and moderately priced. I loved their suite which actually doubles as an apartment. It has a kitchen and bath tub. And a private lounge. Very fantastic

Good place if you can afford it. The AC option is a must have in hot seasons. The only problem with this facilitybis uts lackbof adequate ambient space.

Food varieties limited and served small

My room was clean and airy. Comfortable bed. Pillows could be more plump. Tv was working with Al Jazeera for company. Hot shower, slippers and a bottle of drinking water. Mosquito nets in the room and my room had a fan. Some other rooms didn’t have a fan and it was simply too hot. Unfortunately rooms were not sprayed in the evening and the mosquitoes were everywhere. Good food but make sure that if it’s a buffet you are not late or you will not find anything. Could be a symptom of these lean Covid times. Very polite staff. Wifi worked briefly when we got there and thereafter was nowhere to be found. The Westcliff Hotel is slightly out of the centre of town.

Nice place, clean rooms , but only one towel in the room, only one breakfast included by a double room??? No coffee available by breakfast? But the good things aircondicion in the room and guarded parking ! But for that standards a bit to expensive!

Very unprofessional staff. When we arrived there was no gate man. Then we waited for 6 minutes for someone to show up and open. After we sat down nobody took our orders for another 5 minutes even though we were the only ones seated in the dining area

Used to be 4 🌟. Can't say the same now... The service seems to have gone down especially in the catering department. Still nice, clean and comfortable lodgings.

Although I waited for almost an hour for a cup of coffee, but I still think the Westcliffe Hotel is pretty good according to local standard. However, if you look at everything with a visitor's eye whilst using price as the base factor, then 'value for money' is a not good way to describe it.

I was there five years ago, it was not perfect but ok! This time i was not happy, very dark inside, rooms are not nice, had a uncomfotable smell, bathrooms are not nice, Suites was not readdy, meals was taking for ever, service was less! For that amount you can find better places in that town! Next time i will choose a other hotel!
