Poor facilities at nutema hospital and too much expensive . I paid amount for my nephew and they give very little discount on billing , very unhygienic toilets and worst drinking facilities. Water Purifier is out of date and they haven't change it.

Good Doctors and very knowledgeable staff. I was referred by AIIMS doctors to visit Nutema in case of emergency or general checkups, as my daughter’s delivery happened in AIIMS new delhi. But they charge you without providing receipts, which I could have used in my corporate insurance. I went to NICU at 11:30PM approx as I felt my daughter had fever. I think I met some senior doctor Priyanka and she was very knowledgeable. But when I left doctor’s area and came out, I was asked for ₹1500 as fees. I gave them cash they quickly ran to NICU(certainly he wasn’t a doctor), I asked the guard can i get receipt and guard said no receipts at night. Not sure if this amount even goes to hospital or doctors.

Worst experience in Nutema, Doctors are good but other staff is worst. TPA works like the Govt. Offices, they will ask you to do multiple visit for each work. They didn't provide us the bill summary and discharge summary during discharge. When we visit again for the documents the discharge summary didn't contain the birth time of my baby and weight was mentioned wrong. Don't ever visit this hospital.

This is not a hospital but a expensive paid graveyard. Doctor or staff does not care about patients, all they care about money and hospital revenue. If you are a premium/rich customer then they may take care of you else no. Beware of them!!! A scandalous hospital. Equipped with bouncers and goons in case family raises concerns.

I sincerely thank Dr. Amit Upadhyay .My baby got admitted in September on the very next day of birth. His condition was very serious But on advice on my Godman's advice (my chacha ji Mr. Rohtash Garg) and Dr. Vandana (Vardhman Hospital, Muzaffarnagar), we visited Nutema Hospital wherein Dr. Amit, the savior put extra efforts, helped tirelessly and saved the life. He is a wonderful human being and generous, soft spoken and humble. The entire staff is so much supportive and services are excellent. I feel so blessed to have Dr. Amit as my Doctor.

Best hospital for neonatals. Dr.Anil Upadhyay is the best pediatrician and the nursery is well equipped with new machines. Very supportive staff and Drs. Satisfied with the treatment. Hospital is neat and clean. The rooms are spacious clean with one patient bed one sofa and three chairs Washrooms are very good Nicu and Picu are well equiped staff is very nice Dr. Priyank and Priyanka jain are also good in their work Dr Munesh is also one of the best cardiologist child.

Very bad experience, the doctor keeps entertaining Medical Representatives and keeps the patient waiting for up to 3-4 hours.... And the worst part is they don't even give the right medicine so that the situation worsens and the patient is convinced to get surgery. Also no TPA for religare.... Absolutely disappointed.. They should be shut down immediately

Lazy, careless, untrained staff , most of them don't even know how to operate life saving equipment like bipap machine. Shortage of common medical equipment once patient outside icu like nebulizers and bipap. Not good for critical care patients

Pathetic experience, went there for vaccination. Paid 20/- at the parking lot and at reception they told me no vaccination today, come tomorrow. I had an appointment and registered through cowin portal and this is the experience for paid vaccination. I am going to government hospital for vaccination tomorrow for sure. Overall feel of the place is not what you expect from a private hospital. I did not think that it would be that bad going by the review but It is that bad. Reception guys chit chatting with each other and ignoring the person in front like they are freaking SBI.

Pathetic- consultancy fee Rs. 800 and you have to wait under open Teenshade area without A/C and due to crowd you rarely get a bench( No Chair). Paid parking approx 700 mtrs away. Today was the my 1st n last visit in this hospital. No value of your time.. You may get your turn in more then 4hrs even when you have taken early appointment on phone. It's your luck if you get your turn earlier to meet doctor.

It's good hospital only for patient as for treatment . But not for attendent because it's have very small space for attendent sitting. And it's very expensive so not for every person budget. Now days It's use every small space in building only for money making facility and service. It's also provide small space for food canteen on roof top. i think because he is not make more money for him.

Nice hospital and good emergency services. The staff is very helpful and active all day and night with patients. Nursing staff members (Abdul, priyanshu, chetan chauhan) at third floor are exceptional in doing his duty towards patient. Little on the expensive side but still good and experienced doctors are available here.

Hospital is good , has all type of facilities & provide us very good treatment by experienced doctors. All doctor's are vry cooprativ & their behavior is very good.. But there's a problem that canteen is on the foof & fully open. In the months of summer specially from April to September it is vry difficult to sit there & take something. I don't know how does the hospital staff eat food there everyday ? The hospital management should cover the roof a little and install two to three coolers there so that the staff And the patient attendant can get some relief..........
