Very bad service. We payed for a new boiler and the installation. The boiler only worked for 5min cause the installation was not right. We called to get support, but they denied the request. Afterward, they've been calling many times for us to give our degree of satisfaction for the service, even though they never showed up.

UPD 2: Finally, the problem was solved by other installation company. I still have an opinion that there is a problem in inner communication in Worten and between its contractors, however change my mark from 1 to 3. Not to 4 because it was very stressful. However, the nice project was done - to install normal fridge instead of built-in. So, if you need smth like this, you can ask for the installers that made it not long time ago. If the Worten is wise, the company will use this case. UPD: when Worten answer here, don't take it too serious, they never answer on email, that they offer to write to. I spent a lot of time gathering information and nobody answered me until now, even if they got this email. We made a reclamation. No one has contacted us for a week! The fridge has been taking over my entire kitchen! Do you plan to solve this at all, or do you really care about the inconvenience of your customers and the poor service of your stores? I write to your e-mail, call the hotline, and no one cares! Operator tried to call the store several times, operator put Urgent mark for a request - nothing! Don't buy there, at least big and expensive things. Don't buy additional insurance because probably the service is the same. Very poor service!

We spent 2 hours showing photos and measurements of the refrigerator in order to buy a new one, the seller sold us the service of installing a refrigerator for 80 euro, we can assure you that it will be installed. An employee was busy with a customer at his post on "Eletrodomésticos" section and I was waiting for my turn. He went in the middle of the store to help the customer with something he needed and that is good, however, after the employee finished with the customer, he did not even look at me and did not ask if I needed any help, he came back to his post with another person to get their request instead, so I ended up ignored when I waited in line.

Nice place for buying electronics, you can find almost everything. Prices for some items are somewhat hight, others are acceptable. Not much more to say about Worten, just be careful with discounts because sometimes they raise the price during the promotion week.

Don't think ever to pay for extended warranty because this store will do everything to avoid repair or replace the product!!

Standard electronics store. Fully staffed, which is always good. Staff if knowledgeable. The stores needs better deals programs, and more discounts/sales programs. The few discounted items are not properly placed or identified, which is something that I have seen in many Worten stores. Conveniently located... it is a good place to visit to check the prices and eventually buy what you need. I have bought different things from here ranging from UPS, razor machine to headphones and so far I haven't had any issues with the products.
