Paid £70 for a private room. The host was friendly and met me at the door. The location is 30 minutes walk to most tourist places and close to the metro. That is the only good part of this stay. Was a small room made of plasterboard (fire regs?!). There was a thin door with a generic key (hence in took all valuables with me when I went out). The terrace was right outside the window with a few plastic chairs, where people smoked and young guests played noise on their phone till late. Also the place to collect rubbish and hang laundry. The shared bathrooms were tiny and not equipped with even something to dry your hands on. The bed was a foam mattress that just sunk but didn’t support. Apart from shelves there was no other furniture in the room. You hear every single noise (crying babies and late night hostel guests) and the plasterboard bedroom wall had the kitchen the other side so you hear everything from there. The place was reasonably clean but a cockroach ran out of my clothes when I picked them up in the morning.

the room i stayed was like a closet. it was very small, no windows. so much moisture. the room was definitely unventilated. also there is a big problem with the voice in room. i can hear the voices from next door. bathroom is also bad. 4 rooms using the same bathroom and if someone in there, you have no option but waiting. in the kitchen, there was a fridge, oven and a microwave. there is no cooker so you cant cook in there. if the only criteria for you is price, you can stay there but it's not gonna be a enjoyable experience.

The worst hostel experience I had in a while… The room they showed in the app wasn’t the one we ended up staying at, the room had no windows unlike the photos. The room was stuffy and they said they would provide us with towels but only gave us one small hand towel. The bathroom door was broken and you could see everything inside. But the worst thing is that we were unable to sleep, the noise caused by people obviously living there was constant throughout the night (screaming, banging and ringing on the apartment door and even trying to open our bedroom door)

Really dreadful place. Interior room with little ventilation, really hot when mild outside, no table or chair. Carpet had a huge watermark on it (don't want to know why!?!). Shared bathroom with rust infested bath. Not clean and smelt of damp. Don't stay!

Horrible. Dirty, moulded, no ventilation. The room did not have any window and smelled off. The door was so old that it had openings. Someone could open it with only a push. It was the worst accommodation I had ever had.

What a disaster. Our stay was awful. Probably the worst experience we ever had. Some rooms don't have windows. Be careful!!! In one room they didn't manage to have the number of beds that we paid for our accommodation. They asked us to sleep together or on the floor for a discount. After a missing evening we manage to get a mattress to sleep on the floor with no extra space to walk in the room (also no window and air). The person in charge had unprofessional and rude behaviour. **It was a nightmare** Actually the neighborhood was a little bit dangerous and scary at night. The only good thing was that we stayed only for two nights.

Cheapest option for staying in Lisbon, but it is really worth paying more not to sleep here. In one building over 20 rooms, fully commercialised to maximize profit for cheapest cost. Most power sockets in rooms not working, "window" above doors to room was just a piece of 2mm plank capable of being destroyed just by slight push, but at least we got a fan to cool ourselves in windowless room.

Rooms are not clean and very dusty every where floor doesnot mop and clean and even not a single small table in a room to keep something on that. No small tv in the room while nowadays a very small tv is very common in every guest house or hotel all over the world. No hot water into the bathroom to wash face.

Affordable option in Lisbon, but you should really pay more. Positives: Proprietor was friendly and helpful Negatives: No heating in the room, so really cold in December. The shower was in the room with no extraction fan or ventilation leaving the room very damp. Only solution was to open the window, which made it even colder. Bathroom floor and walls were quite dirty. Very little sound insulation, so frequently disturbed by other guests.

Excellent accessibilty and location. We got all informations throught whatsup and easily get to our room. Staff was lovely and spoke good english. Bed was strong and hard standing, not much noise! If you expect a lot, take hotel, if you are typical madventures like us, take this, cheap, warm, location is great and easy to go✌️ aki & heidi

If you don't want to mess your trip, don't go to this "hostel". No hygiene, no insulation... and the staff is not professional at all. They told me they can keep my bags after check out and when I went to take them back, they asked me to pay 15.00 EUR, in a threatening tone and bordering on hitting me. I do not recommend at all !

BE AWARE, the uploaded photos are misleading! Cons: - stinky stains on bedsheets - springs of the mattress hurt your back - walls are paper thin, so rooms are very noisy in the early morning (on top there was a construction right above us) - shared bathroom is messy with no soap - no towels are provided - no reception Pros: - the guy was somewhat friendly - fridge and microwave worked - there was hot water

It is really a budget accommodation. Not for families, not for couples. Room was fine, but some rooms don't have windows, bathroom is v old and poorly facilitated, the same with kitchen. No room service.

Hi,everyone, this place gave us room at 2nd floor. And imagine they don't have working elevator. I arrived from airport with luggage and they have no courtesy to help. They charge city tax twice. Once at booking time and second when you reach. They don't give you any receipts. If you are looking for service and support then this is not a place. Thanks

The room and especially the bed was very dirty, we had to buy sheets to lay down there. Overall cleaniless is poor. Very loud, you can hear anything thtat happens on your floor or above..or below. There was also a maintenance going on from 7:30 am about which nobody nofitied us. No cutlery in the kitchen. The location is 40 mins walk from the centre. Not the best experience....

No windows in the room- super unprofessional - they only care to take your money. ***TERRIBLE STAY. *** No windows in the room- UNPROFESSIONAL - they only care to take your money. We booked originally a room for 3 people and prior to the booking we requested if they can accommodate 4 people now. They accepted it, only to find out when we arrived at 23:00 to the premises, that they meant 4 people to stay in beds for 3. They also had the nerve to ask 10 euros extra for that. What they meant when they accepted the request was'' yes you can bring one more person but that means on the same bed''. We were furious and super tired to search another room and after calling them back multiple times requesting an extra bed, they brought us a mattress. The room had a really ugly smell, there was no safety box to put your stuff, so much noise from the floors when people were walking. The second room we had booked( a twin bedroom) it was ''Ensuite'' and the bathroom had no ceiling and also was so dirty. The issue here is that they accepted our request, they left us believe that they can accommodate one extra person in a proper bed and not on a mattress on the floor. If we only knew, we would have cancelled the booking and booked somewhere else. We have stayed in so many different hostels around Europe, this was by far the worse experience.
