Excellent service, the staff really care. The rooms and property in general are extremely clean and new. Everything is perfect including breakfast . Many transit options which allow you to reach tourist areas within 30min The only issue which prevented 5 stars was aircraft noise. The hotel is right below airport glide path.

A gem in Lisbon!! I stayed with my two friends for 5 nights to visit the city and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. It is very easy to get from the airport as public transport drops you just 4 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Even to book a cab is a great option because the fare will be around 10€ max. The hotel has a perfect location even if you are not in Lisbon old town as such, you can go by foot and it is a really nice walk. Otherwise, you can get easily taxis, buses and tram. All around the hotel. The location is important but what will really make me to come back is the team. Since we walked in (quite early) the experience was amazing. Our room was ready and with no extra charge the receptionist checked us in!! We were nicely surprised. Our triple room had a balcony and a good size. The furnitures were new, modern deco and very clean. Housekeeping cleaning standards must be mentioned as they do an outstanding job. Please, pass it to them. The room was perfectly done every day and any request was easily sorted. The reception team is just lovely. They greeted us, always with a smile, when we were going in and out. Nothing was too much troubled for them. If you need recommendations, suggestions or just to have a chit-chat do not hesitate to speak with the team. I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you as you made the most of our trip. You do an amazing job!! I will not book anywhere else for my next visit to Lisbon. Looking forward for my next holidays in this beautiful city!!!

Amazing and deserves more than 5 stars! I was a nervous female solo traveller and felt so comfortable here. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by the kindest receptionist ever (can’t remember her name but she had light eyes)! She was so helpful. All the staff were so sweet. The room was so clean (and I’m very picky with cleanliness)! It’s in a safe area - not in the centre but Uber/bolt usually costs 3-5 euro, so pretty cheap. Would not hesitate to come back again. Amazing, warm, lovely place with amazing staff all around!

For our first trip to Lisbon, we chose to stay here at the Zurin Charm Hotel. Having read about how Airbnbs have negatively impacted the city in recent years, it was important to us to stay in a hotel instead. The experience was definitely a positive one. We asked for a quiet room and were offered two options. We chose a room on the ground floor with a balcony and were very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating and the housekeeping team were attentive. It’s a popular place with new folks checking in all the time, but the team always made time for us. Good value for money, so recommended for those on a budget.

Amazing staff, the gentleman at the reception in the morning is incredibly helpful, the lady that was in charge of the all you can eat breakfast is very nice and welcoming too. Overall the staff are nice people and the room is spacious and clean. They even gave us a nice balcony too which has a great view of some parts of Lisbon. Still have 5 more days left but overall, I have nothing bad to write about them

Excellent standard hotel. It was exactly like the response from the owner to some complicated guest in the reviews section - 2 star hotel with 5 star service . Wonderful -clean good sized rooms, breakfast spread, staffs, location(calm, center, nearby shops n restaurants), didn't know what more to ask🤷🏻‍♂️ With windows closed , we heard nothing including landing flights every 1-2mins. Very happy with everything and we will come back n recommend to others.

Very nice and quiet place for good resting in Lisbon. The staffs are all very kind and friendly, the first day I forgot to buy more water for the late night, and one of the staff just gave me one huge bottle of water for Free. The room is cleaned and tidied up everyday. During the night it’s nearly always quiet, so you can have a real nice rest. The only thing is that I wish for the breakfast there could be more choices.

Good location, not far from airport and shops. Good price, room is clean and bed comfortable. Lost 1 star because the shower flooded (but staff were apologetic and promptly cleaned up) and the room was far too hot, even with AC. But still, would try again as overall was good.

Modern, great location in the center of the city, close to Campolide and Sao Sebastian train and metro station. Very comfortable bed and ample bathroom. The buffet breakfast was generous and varied. Everyday you would find a big bottle of fresh water in your room and espresso capsules replenishment

Fantastic hotel, very modern interior where the owners have really thought of everything. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Catarina, who went out of her way to help and give advice. The hotel has genuinely nice staff and I can only recommend staying here. It may not be in the centre. But not an issue as the cab fares into town start at €3.50 and take 15 to 20 minutes to get to most attractions. Although, if you travel at peak times, which seems to be around 6-8.30pm, the journey will take longer and it will cost around €9 to get from the centre. So unless you enjoy being thrust into a throng of tourists as soon as you leave your hotel, and paying tourist prices for everything (€2.50 shop prices for a coke) you're going to save yourself a hell of a lot of money staying away from the centre. In fact, it's a bonus as while you can't fully escape tourists in Lisbon, you have a chance to explore a part of Lisbon which is a bit more Portuguese. A local restaurant two minutes from the hotel oddly called "A Valenciana" is full of locals and does pretty decent Portuguese roast chicken, rice and chips. The chips weren't really necessary nevertheless a huge and tasty meal for two including a starter and two soft drinks came to €24. Try finding that in the centre of any capital in Europe, let alone Lisbon. What I noticed though is that the interior design of the hotel is good, corners have been cut. As an example the laminate flooring is not the highest quality. It's clear this will be a case of "buy cheap, buy twice" as it will need reflooring in a few years. Not an issue for guests, but a future issue for the hotel. I would suggest that it's better to get more durable items rather than replacing and possibly given guest a bad impression of an otherwise superb hotel.

We really enjoyed this small boutique hotel in a very local area. The staff are super super friendly and help with everything. Don’t believe any negative reviews, if you read them they eg. say “very far from the city centre” yeah well that’s your own responsibility to be aware of that 😂. Thanks again Zurin hotel for a memorable stay with you guys for an excellent value for money experience!

Very nice modern hotel in Lisbon, Portugal. Good breakfast. Anderson, the young man at the registration desk was extremely pleasant, and so helpful. He also spoke wonderful English 😊 The ONLY "downside" was that it is in the pathway of landing planes --- but you get used to them very quickly. I actually liked it 😁

This was my first hotel experience and I truly don’t know how it will be topped. It started off by welcoming (singing) gentlemen man at the front desk giving us a free upgrade. When we got to our room we noticed we got a balcony with a spectacular view. And the lady in charge of the breakfast is really sweet. She saw the review my brother gave to the hotel and let his take some food from the breakfast bar to our room. The staff are nice genuine people. I really loved my stay in Portugal and a big thanks it to this hotel. They are also an Islamic hotel. Everywhere is clean and they have these cool touch screen lifts. I love the marble stairs as well.

My family and I were in Lisbona in August. We were meant to stay at the Zurin for one night before heading back home after our 3 week holiday. Unfortunately, when we got to our beautiful room for some reason the air-conditioning wasn't working. Caterina was the person in charge that evening, and she did everything in her power to fix it . Within an hour of us waiting, she made arrangements for us at a nearby hotel , called us a cab, and made sure we were taken care of . Caterina was so professional , polite , and friendly that we couldn't even be upset over the situation even though we were exhausted. We are definitely going back to Zurin the next time we are in Portugal 🇵🇹. Thank you Caterina, hats off to you .

Rather small hotel in the city, easy to get by public transport (I don’t have experience with car access and parking). Very clean and comfortable, hearty staff. We were very pleased to stay and for sure it’ll be first choice on next Lisbon visit.

The hotel is very modern, in a safe, quiet block. Room is clean with air conditioner and water and a caffee maschine. The young lady at reception is super nice and polite. Breakfast is also ok. Would like to recommend this hotel to people who travel in Lisbon.

Caterina, Julia, Diogo and all the cleaning staff are such a credit to the hotel. They really looked after us on our long stay, I will never have words really to thank them for everything they helped us with, they went out of their way everyday. I will never forget the experience we had here. Rooms are spotless, bed so comfy. I honestly felt at home here and so comfortable. Just really want to thank them for their service, I would tell anyone to pick the Zurin on their stay in Lisboa

Needed to stay unexpectedly in Lisboa for the night. Luckily for me this hotel had availability. I love it when something surprises you. The hotel had everything I needed - reasonably priced, welcoming staff, good food and nice rooms. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful hotel with suburb location close to the airport as well as the city centre. Stayed in a deluxe room with very good breakfast and keep coming back every time I need a hotel in Lisbon. The owners, management and the team are very helpful and made me feel like home. Excellent service, very clean rooms, and very accommodating. I highly recommend to stay at Zurin Charm Hotel for both pleasure and business.

room was clean , except quite a bit of dust on the mirror you’ll only notice when you switch on the blue lights., windows weren’t complete spud proof so you’ll hear the planes flying over, but the room the bed was big enough and comfortable and perfect for a couple nights stay over .

We have booked two rooms from many months ago via Booking platform. After a system failure of hotel or booking, the reservation was cancelled 2 days before our business trip. Booking platform reserved our money and the reservation was cancelled!! After phone communication with the hotel they had guaranteed us that we wont lose the rooms. We do not have to worry. Today they informed "us sorry for the inconvenience but due to high demand we do not have the rooms any more". Booking and Zurin you have been behaved totally inhumanely and unprofessionally. Thank you for your service!!

The aircraft noise is sometimes very high. You can almost see how much tread the aircraft tires still have. The area does not offer any good restaurants. You have to look a little further away. The rooms are new and clean. The staff very nice and helpful. I was offered another room because there would be a bit more aircraft noise on the 4th or 5th floor. The second floor was only slightly better. If you follow the flight path a little, other hotels are sometimes also affected, this must be expressly mentioned. The breakfast is ok, no complaints.
