I chose this location as it is close to the airport and on the outskirts of Lisbon. It is a more local community, which was perfect. The room was a good size and what I needed for my last two nights in Portugal. They have parking, which is a huge bonus. They accommodated a room change when their was an issue with the room's AC not cooling. Always very quick to respond and helpful. Nice touch with a small bottle of red wine and two bottles of water.

Spacious apartments with excellent beds. Large TV screen, own bathroom with toilet and shower. Minibar. New and clean apartments. Well equipped kitchen for all guests; large living room. Own parking lot (prior reservation needed). Everything well maintained and super clean. Very friendly staff. Good service: our minibar did not work, 15 minutes later we had a new one! Guesthouse and parking are accessible for people with reduced mobility: barrier-free entrance, stair lifts. Excellent price-quality ratio. Highly recommended!

Everything was very good and easy. From the time of booking up to check out. All necessary information (and more) is provided via email and WS. The room is small but nicely clean and comfortable. Common areas are pristine and comfortable too. Location is fantastic and is quiet for the ones that have light sleep. Thank you for such a smooth and comfortable stay.

New, clean and well managed accommodation relatively close to the airport. The place offers private on-site parking. The rooms tend to be on the small side but are enough for a business or shorter stay. There are common living room and well equipped kitchen. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I agree with the other positive reviews that this guesthouse is good. The rooms are clean, the showers have plenty of hot water, and the staff is friendly. However, there is almost no soundproofing, so if someone is talking in the hallway or open space you can hear them while you are in your room, and every time someone shuts the door with a snap you feel it in your back. If someone with loud footsteps walks upstairs, it wakes you up. This is not due to anyone's fault, but rather to the nature of the guesthouse and the rest is just luck of who you stay with.

This place is amazing and the staff outstanding. The room was a bit small but very clean and nice. The bed was super comfortable. The location is very central and close to the underground and bus. The bathroom is very small but for a single person is absolutely ok. Toiletries and hairdryer (very good one) are available. My room was located in front of the common room and it was a little bit noisy in the morning but there are other rooms available. Overall I think this is the best place to stay in Lisbon especially if you travel by car. There is free and private parking available.

We had a very lovely stay at this hotel and found that the location was perfect, we liked that it was a quieter area and only an 8 minute walk to the metro Laranjeiras which takes you right into the city centre. The staff were informative, helpful and kind, rooms were very comfortable and there is secure and private parking available which we loved. The kitchen is free to use and has all the appliances you need. I would definitely come back and highly recommend.

Amazing value, provided a very clean room, reception was super responsive with any issues, and it also has a communal kitchen which is great for mixing up home cooking and going out. Would highly recommend for exploring Lisbon!

Very nice Guest House, although it is a bit expensive especially because of the position. You can get to a metro station in 10 minutes walking. The host is very nice and available but mainly you can reach them via WhatsApp

Quiet and comfortable. Very clean and in a less busy area. We chose it as it was close to the bus station. Cafes and grocery nearby. Kitchen available for use although we were there for only 1 night and did not use.

This is the second time we stayed at Comtesse Lisbonne GuestHouse and it became our place to go to for visits to the city. It's located somewhat outside the center, but in a very safe friendly area and with a metro station at only a few minutes walk. Easy to reach by car as well and it has an outdoor parking behind a locked gate for which you get a key inside your room after reservation. The guesthouse has very clean comfortable rooms with airco. Free water and a bottle of wine awaits you at the room and complements the extremely helpful and friendly service.

Expensive for what it is and not nice treatment from the management. The girl at the reception did not ask for payment when I checked in. So shortly afterward she saw the person I was with passing by and told him I had to pay. When I went out I tried to pay but the terminal did not work. She said we would try later. At my surprise, she came and knock at my door later on to get the payment (that was within a couple of hours from check in). Stayed 4 nights in the same room, no one cleaned it or asked if I wanted it to be cleaned - I was recovering from a surgery but still I had to ask for toilet paper and someone to empty the bins. Not good relationship quality/price, I think this is why all other places in Lisbon gets booked quickly but this is still available at last minute.

Lovely place, quiet and safe neighborhood. Soundproof modern rooms. The shared kitchen and lounge have top level appliances and modern design. Highly recommend.

We booked on another site. Due to travel issues, we had to adjust our stay. The management could NOT have been more cooperative and helpful. They had our best interests at heart and made what was not a fun situation so much better. I would highly recommend them.

Charming, quaint, clean guest house. Comfortable accommodations. Easy check-in / check-out process. The staff is very friendly. It is located a few minutes drive outside of the more tourist-y parts of Lisbon, but the metro is easily-accessible via a short walk, so it is easy to get around. I enjoyed my stay!

Great experience. Location was perfect, close enough to the metro station. It was also outside of the centre, so we didn't have any issues with noise. The room was beautiful and taken care off. The staff was very polite and helpful if you needed anything. Def recommend this place.

I chose to stay here based on earlier positive reviews and also the fact that it has free parking. The hotel was great, very clean, comfy room, very friendly reception staff, excellent kitchen facilities. Also very close walk to train station. Perfect, I’d happily stay here again.
