Ein wunderbares, französisches Café ma Flughafen, dass die landestypische Speise Pastell de Nata (Portugal) anbietet. Barrierefrei. Freundliches Personal.

Horrible Croque Monsieur with a nano layer of ham between two slices of stale bread, one with another nano layer of burnt cheese. Choose anything other than this in the entire airport. Even KFC.

Ordered a regrettable ham and cheese baguette. Bread was undercooked, underfilled, and one of the driest things I’ve ever eaten. Alarming that a boulangerie could mangle such a basic order.

Croissant was nice - but hard to mess up a croissant. Coffee was the worst I have ever tried, burnt (grounds too fine) and an insane amount of burnt bubbly watery milk on top, undrinkable.

Best pastéis de nata of Lisbon! Staff super patient and willing to help. Highly recommend. Biz with 6 pieces was 11 something

Glad that I ate here before I read the reviews! Excellent Jamon Iberico sandwich, very good Quiche Lorraine. The Pastel de Nata and Scroll were both fresh and well made. The cappuccino coffee was too small in one the cups (all froth), but another was provided without argument. Typical high airport prices, but otherwise, very good!

We had an early flight to Lisbon and a layover here. Super hungry when we landed - immediately stopped at Paul because Paul is always awesome. Well... This one is absolutely terrible. Stale sandwich and the worst coffee ever, person serving us looked like she gave up on life a while ago. AVOID at all cost.

It's not the same quality as in other Paul's around the world. The food is expensive and doesn't taste great. I'm disappointed.

Possibly the worst sandwich I had in a while. Soggy bread, going off cheese, bad lettuce. Was looking forward to it as Paul is usually good

I usually quite like Paul but this one wasn’t great. I had a stale palmier and a slice of burnt pizza.

Sandwich was made with yesterday's (or terrible) bread, was weirdly cold, chewy and expensive. Don't eat here.

Absolutely shocking. Just bought an Atlantique and a Mozarella sandwich. The Mozzarella is only present on the sandwich that you can see from the outside. The rest of the sandwich has nothing in it except for Lettuce. For the premium prices they are charging it is very poor and not what I expect from Paul's.

Avoid Paul’s, display sandwiches are not identical to what you’re served. I got mine with two small strips of chicken. Majority of the sandwich was cheese, lettuce and tomato. Disappointed

Wish I had read reviews. Been to Paul’s elsewhere and excellent. Quiche served cool (saw them warming it but only a few bites were even warm), coffee overpriced and watery, handed me a tray with no napkin, sugar or salad dressing—do I really need to ask for these items? When I returned they pointed to baskets surrounded by customers and I ended up with vinegar and catsup packets. What a waste of 11E.

The aroma of the coffee drew me in, and it didn't disappoint. The flavor was rich, not bitter and tasted as good as it smelled. I'm still craving a cup! And the quiche with smoked salmon was oh so good. I had a hard time sharing even a nibble!

I got the croque mixte and thought it was amazing! Some reviews say it’s bad because there’s a little ham and mayo but it was honestly the perfect amount - and the cheese on top is very gooey/melty - my partner and I thought it was fantastic!

😠 Horrible service, despite the effort to serve quickly. The staff jumps from the take away queue to the eat-in queue, thus making some people wait for over 15 minutes to get served, regardless of the fact they arrived prior to someone who just got served. They should either serve people according to...
