A fantastic choice for storing your luggage! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had the convenience of leaving my bag here for a few hours without any hassle. The accessibility is excellent, located in the basement area right next to the underground car park. I was able to leave my bag here for a few hours. So handy. I highly recommend.

Needed somewhere to store a number of items of luggage for a few hours. This store on floor -1 of the Vasco Da Gama centre was ideal for us - it's situated on the car parking level at the bottom of a sloping escalator that leads from the shopping Mall. It cost us €12 for 3 items for 3 hours. Guy there was friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

We are happy that we found this place as we were looking for a storage place for our bag for 5 days while we went hiking. The staff is super friendly and the communication is easy. They gave us a great price. The place is inside of the shopping mall on -1, next to the car parking area.

Needed somewhere to dump my suitcase and backpack for an hour for lunch. Cost me €8 (up to 3hrs), fully worth it. The gent was kind and friendly, I recommend. Coming in from Oriente, turn right and head down to Parking level.

João helped it be quick and easy. I had a hard time finding it thanks to Google Maps and didn’t see the store in the address no matter how and where I walked. If you go through the mall in the same level as the station, go down a floor. The level with Sketchers and Zara Home is the correct one and just ask for directions until you get there.

As Lisbon airport has no lockers, this was a great one as it is only 3 metro stops from the airport at Oriente and easy to find in Vasco da Gama shopping centre if you plan on being in this part and Parque das Nações area. The gentleman who works in the store is super helpful and forthcoming and very reasonable prices if you don’t fancy taking your heavy suitcase with you around the city if visiting sights for a few hours. Easy collection, safe and secure and outdoor highly recommend it. They accept credit card or cash upon collection.

Secure, convenient, worry-free luggage storage with solid customer service from a human (João on my first time there)—-a set-up preferable to those glitch-prone, coin-operated self-storage lockers at the station, imho. This place is not far from Oriente station, either: just across the street, inside the mall, two floors down from the main, street-level door. A bit tricky to find at first, but just ask the info desk inside the main door; they’ll give you the signpost stores to look out for, too (a Sportzone, a red perfume shop…Oh—and check the photos other ppl posted here). Totally worth it. It’s a 5-min. walk from the Oriente locker room; with reasonable price chart, and it’s like a coat check room, so you interface and drop off your bags with a polite, professional human and there’s no worry about a bag size fitting or not. It felt much more secure leaving my luggage with João at Luggage Home for a few hours (c. €7?) than in a locker. I will definitely use this service regularly in the future. (In fact, this week I might use it even though I’ll be departing from Sete Rios station, which is just a 15-min. metro trip away.) Directions (if I remember correctly): From Oriente Station, street level… Exit and cross the street right into the shopping mall (Vasco da Gama mall?) See white info desk right inside. Check directions there. Right past the info desk and right at the first corner. (Sportzone?) Down the escalator. At the bottom, off left; go around and toward behind same escalator, keeping it on your left… Then turn right at the next corner. (See red perfume shop nearby?) On the left, see next (ramp) escalator. See Luggage Home at the bottom, in front and slightly to the left. (From Oriente locker room, you can just go left out the door; stay on that level below street level, and continue into the (revolving door?) entrance to the mall. From there, just head right and look for the ramp escalator. So maybe 2 right corners, then see the ramp escalator on the left going down to Luggage Home.)

Very good service at affordable prices and the guy working there was very cool. It's located in the basement floor of the mall, when you enter the mall coming from Oriente station, just go right and then take the stairs down and you'll find it in front of you. The only thing was they close at 6 pm which I found a bit early for Friday.

Great service, very reasonable, nice guy. It’s on level -1, go down travelator near to H&M. We stayed in central Lisbon but had a late flight on way home so after check out got a taxi to the shopping centre, dropped our luggage for 5 hours and had a day going on the gondola etc. It was then only a short Uber ride to airport.
