We stayed there only one night and look forward coming back on our next trip to the region as the hospitality was truly excellent. We also appreciated the elegant decoration: modern yet warm and with character. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and the choice of colours is simply superb. The Casa is perfectly located being 2 minute walk from the old part of town and 10 from the waterfront. There is ample parking space behind the hotel and it is free. The advice we received on restaurants was spot on and the the atmosphere with the other guests at breakfast (so yummy!) really nice. The very nice pool was a great place to relax after a day out and was set inside a lush patio garden. While working out on the terrace above, very pleasant. What a wonderful moment, thank you again for the kind and warm hospitality!

The villa was amazing. Clean, stylish and immaculately presented. The location is brilliant, easy walking distance to everything. I stayed as part of Dora's art course which was extremely well run with meals included (also excellent) and painting excursions to the islands and neighbouring village. Would highly recommend both the villa and the art course.

Lovely small hotel staffed by lovely people set in a perfect location in the centre of Olhao. Our bedroom was comfortable and spacious, but one little grouse was the need for some drawer space. We were there for a week and found ourselves having to keep some items in our suitcase, but that didn’t spoil our stay. Breakfasts were very enjoyable and leisurely, taken around the small pool. A great start to the day. We hope to return next year.

Simply marvelous. Simple. Marvelous. This is a gem in the center of Olhão, a short walk to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The villa is very basic on decor and layout, but very comfortable and so pleasing in every aspect. The welcome is wonderful, the pool and courtyard are a delight and the breakfast buffet is scrumptious. The staff are more than wonderful, both caring and professional. I was a little surprised by the price, but it was worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our all-too-short stay!

Casa Rosa is extremely welcoming. The staff are sensational with the best smiles in all of Olhao. Clearly they are proud of their work. The rooms are very functional and spotless. The beds very comfy. The breakfast buffet offers a wonderful selection of croissants, breads, cheeses, meats and fruits. Don't forget the local yogurt. The staff will happily bring you coffee of your choice always hot and delicious. If you are lucky enough to have lunch and dinner at Casa Rosa you will enjoy local food impeccably prepared with the freshest ingredients. The villa boasts a lovely pool and exquisite upstairs area for lounging. The location is perfect as you can't get lost. A hidden treasure in the heart of Olhao A group of us girls attended a yoga retreat at Casa Rosa. We fell in love with its “home away from home” feel, it’s welcoming colours and it’s central location. It was a retreat that was secluded enough to feel like a sanctuary and yet close enough to the sea front, the shops and restaurants for entertainment. The rooms were spotless and the care and attention to detail was clearly seen throughout the property. The owners were particularly helpful. I valued David’s knowledge of the activities in the surrounding area and appreciated Colum’s practical help with arranging transfers and excursions.

The Casa Rosa team was kind to us and accommodating to our dog Butter. They provided helpful suggestions to explore the area, a hearty breakfast to start the day and excellent cocktail to close the night. Grateful to have met the owners and staff - who were all a joy. If I am ever in Olhao again, I will make sure to stay there (if lucky enough).

This beautiful place has really over exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and professional. Our room was beautifully decorated and everything was super clean and tidy everywhere and always. What a well run, relaxing B&B. We cannot recommend it enough 👌🏻👌🏻

Great holiday stay at Casa Rosa. The team were very welcoming and accommodating when I arrived. Helped me to find and book some nice places for lunch and dinners. The room was nice and the shared space is great, including the pool for a short dip to cool off. Only discovered some of the delights of Olhão on the last day - great town, and Casa Rosa is nice and close.

Attended the Art retreat with Dora, had a lovely week hosts at Casa Rosa were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Nice central position in the town. Olhao was a lovely small town very easy to wander around town on your own, quiet in the evenings but local entertainment and plenty of cafes and restaurants to discover. Hope to make a return visit.

Managed perfectly by Marcus & his small team, this pretty boutique hotel is a little gem. The architecture & design are very well thought through & the location is excellent. Owners, Colum & David are very hands-on but unobtrusively so. Loved it!

Excellent service offered by staff working there, I enjoyed my holidays in a very big way. We got an upgraded camera and the service was amazing, we received good night tea and the Villa has self service bar option, cookies from their side. Amazing breakfast and the garden is the best place to relax and do sports! Behind the Villa is a public parking place, no payment required, is a safe place no damages will be created. Villa is near city center and beach, the best conditions for holiday and again I have to repeat, excellent staff service, nice people working there!

Wow. We enjoyed every second of our stay here. Casa Rosa offers aesthetic spaces, well-thought details, comfy beds and yummy breakfast buffets. One of those places I'd like others to know, experience and, hopefully, appreciate like I did. Bonus: they’re dog friendly.

All round excellent place to stay while in Olhao, great service plus local tips and recommendations from all the staff on where to go, eat and visit. Would easily recommend to friends and family. Great for yoga and relaxing also.
