Lulu has a gift to make anyone who comes through her door feel extremely welcome, regardless whether they are already practicing yogis or complete beginners. Lulu's way of guiding is exceptional - her words are easy to understand and she will do the whole practice along supporting the yogis with her smile while showing them exactly how to align the body. The classes vary from deep opening to great strengthening. In addition, her new place in Guia is super beautiful! Whether you are visiting or living in Portugal or looking for a teacher online, you can't go wrong with Lulu!

Excellent Yoga teacher! Originally I started yoga following a car accident to recuperate mobility & strength. What I found w yoga w Lulu was, not only improved my physical health , her classes helped me immensely with mental healing also. After fully recuperating , I continue to practice with her on a weekly basic and enjoy every moment of me time 🙏

Lulus classes are amazing and she is the most amazing kind hearted humble person you could ever meet. For those who were unfortunate enough to not book in advance to be aware of her new location you are really missing out.
