I loved everything about my stay at Cocoon… so much that I’m coming back for another week! It’s a warm, welcoming space where everything is thought and done with so much care and intention. The farm has beautiful intimate spots scattered on the property to recharge which is very appreciated when living in a community setting. The rooms are gorgeous and clean with a beautiful morning light (!). The lake has its own magical feel to it and is a biodiversity hub on the farm. All common spaces are safe and welcoming, the food is amazing… I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you Anton and Tony as well as the entire staff for your radical care and kindness.

One of the most beautiful and aesthetic retreat places I have been so far. Everything is absolutely perfect at the farmhouse, from the surrounding area with the lake, animals, pine trees to the delicious, healthy food and the professional, friendly staff. Marina, Anna and Raphi are an extraordinary team and we felt very supported. We loved it here and definitely come back very soon for our next retreat. So grateful for this space.

Cocoon is a magic place capturing your heart with its incredible atmosphere of pure love and compassion created by the wonderful crew running the place. Everything is done intentional and with 100% integrity. It’s a place to lose track of time and disconnect from the rest of the world. The property is just beautiful and offers everything one could dream off. Goats,sheep, chickens, peacocks...a beautiful lake to refresh yourself or read a book at....fresh vegetables and herbs are also being grown. The food here is just too good to ever want to leave this place. All in all, cocoon is a must see and ‘go to` if you’re looking for a place to switch off and indulge into the beauty of life.

This place is a piece of heaven on earth - beautifully secluded, delicious love-filled food, a well-equipped yoga shala (with the best Manduka mats and props) and such warm hosts. Waking up to the misty sunrises and majestic peacocks was breathtaking... but the best thing by far was the daily skinny dips in the lake!

Cocoon is a beautiful place to spend time practicing yoga, meeting new friends and enjoying delicious food and wine in an incredible, undiscovered coastal town in Portugal. The experience far exceeded my expectations and I hope to be back again in the near future! Thank you to Anton, Tony and the whole Cocoon team for an unforgettable week in paradise.

Cocoon is where I go to retreat from the world. Coming from Morocco, the beautiful eucalyptus forest behind the farm reminds me of home, as well as the majestic Atlantic ocean just a few minutes drive away from the property. But what I like the most is the peace I feel whenever I'm there. There's just something about this place that calms my heart beat and puts my soul to ease. The last time I visited Cocoon was for my annual break from work in October 2020. I arrived tired and burnt-out. Day after day, I could see myself come back to life. I don't know if it was the sun, the open spaces, the delicious food, the natural sounds of animals around us, the gorgeous night skies full of stars or the relaxed vibe around this place. Probably all of this together! Go there if you're looking for a place to rest and recharge – it's definitely one of my favorite spots on this planet. Oh, and a special mention to the farm dog, Sam, who guided me on a walk in the forest from start to end, frequently turning back to check if I was following him. Talking about connecting with an animal!!! ❤️

This was the perfect place to host a retreat. I've found food is always the most important thing on retreat and the food here is truly best ever. All the cooks worked hard and accommodated everyone's various dietary needs. Additionally, the lodging was simple, elegant and clean, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the yoga shalas were both beautiful places to teach with totally different vibes, the property had many little chill out zones for people to relax. Most of the people on my retreat loved the beaches best and visited a new one practically every day. I would definitely recommend that guests rent cars or have ride shares in place so everyone can truly enjoy the beauty of the area. I personally really enjoyed running through the property on the various dirt tracks, jumping in the lake, feeding the goats and pizza night. This place is delightful.

Cocoon Portugal is heaven on earth! So beautiful and peaceful. Top notch yoga classes and food. The staff there are amazing, so kind and helpful. Peacocks are roaming the property and you can pick figs off the tree. 15 min drive from gorgeous beaches and cute towns. Love this place and cant wait to go back!

The retreat at Cocoon was heavenly. Delicious, healthy food; kind and helpful staff; comfortable beds and luxurious bedding and bathrooms, beautiful indoor and outdoor practice spaces; quiet and peaceful; goats and chickens to feed; glorious beaches in Milfontes and all around the area. We can't wait to return.

It was such an honor to host a retreat here, at Cocoon for very many reasons. The attention to detail in the rooms, the Shala, the incredible staff & delicious food gave us the most wholesome space to spend the week in connection and in community.
