The portion is more than enough and my food was very good. Also the staff was very nice. Would definetly recommend.

O Pinheiro, remarkable place to eat Portuguese food. Mr. Eduardo is a fantastic maitre de table. Staff always friendly. Fish and cod are my favourite. Portions good for 2 even some can be shared by 3

Pinheiro is a fantastic restaurant of traditional Portuguese food! A great selection of meat and fish dishes are available as well as "prato do dia", always freshly prepared in the kitchen that can be seen as you pass by to reach your table. It is exceptionally busy, so arrive early or be prepared to wait! The environment is frenetic, with waiters rushing back and forth, Portuguese people chatting happily and loudly, the smell of roast meat and fish in the air! Lovely place for a great meal with family and friends. Good value for money, and if you ask for it or bring your own box, you can take leftovers home!

We booked table for seven got there and table was not booked given table with six placing menu not correct ordered item off only to be told that it was not available. The food was good and served on time.Verry traditional food,pitty about intial service

Ok, so we walked past two fully booked restaurants only to come across this little gem. At first, with only one table being occupied, we though like most would, let’s give this a miss, instead we checked online reviews and boy, are we glad we did! My wife and I ordered the grilled salmon and our two children had half a chicken between them. All meals were fit for a king and the children only managed half of their half a chicken. For drinks, we started with a large beer, water, and two iced teas, we also had a bottle of the ’ on offer’ Christmas red. We finished with two coffees, oh, did I mention the bread and olives to start? The total cost for all of this, €27! Thank you to David, our waiter, brilliant service, wonderful food. You deserve to have a restaurant full of customers just like the ones we passed:)

Taste experience, normally you have to wait for a table but it worthwhile, food is amazingly good, nice service and good price!

Great restaurant! Sopa da pedra was amazing. Service was very quick, food was ready very soon and it was delicious. Portions are large and the price is very fair. Be sure to get there early, as they are always very busy.
