Good ambiance inside and outdoors. Located in a calm and quiet neighborhood of Lisbon. The lady owner is very friendly and knows how to receive guests/customers. Drinks are reasonably priced and so as the food. Minor cleaning of the area and sofa can be done for optimum cozy bar experience

This was not only only one of the best bars I’ve been too in Lisbon but one of the best bars I’ve been too anywhere. What an amazing place! The decor and ambiance is so unique it’s like stepping into another time, I kept looking around trying to soak it all in. As for the service that was just excellent; friendly, attentive and top class. Music was great and at just the right levels. We had cocktails and both were superb!

Found this old school bar back in October 2021 while visiting Lisbon. We loved this place! The ambiance is amazing, the staff great, and drinks even better! The staff made us feel like old friends who hadn’t seen each other years. We made sure to stop back again on our last night in Lisbon.

Amazing secret speakeasy bar in Lisbon. Our server was super kind and our drinks were worth the wait. Smoking is allowed here and it gives the entire experience ambiance, tough a bit heavy for some no doubt. We we're fortunate enough to not have too long of a wait, but I can imagine the wait can get quite long as the bar is very small.

Update Aug 22: Still my favourite bar in Lisbon! Came here with a friend, his 11yr old son and my dog and they still allowed us in. The hostess is so kind and friendly. They have a policy of 2 dogs at a time and children until 10.30pm. Cocktails are the best I’ve had! What a gorgeous moody bar this is with its velvet booths, Art Deco decorations and low lighting. Came here for a night cap on a Wednesday night and it was well worth it, great drinks and service

Really lovely quirky little bar hidden away. Went for cocktails which were delicious, and generous on the serving. Friendly welcome and lovely staff. You could spend all night enjoying and chatting about the decor.

This is a hidden treasure! My wife and I discovered this place during our evening walk. We came back the next night for tapas and drinks and had an amazing experience. The bartender was very pleasant and service was great! The atmosphere makes this place feel like you are in a speakeasy or that it could be a private location. Definitely check it out!

Excellent service and delicious drinks. Very different vibes when sitting outside or inside, but both are great. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a good cocktail place

I hesitate to rate the place too highly, for fear of others messing with the vibe. Among the best of Lisboa's night life, lively but still amenable to enjoyable conversation over beverages. Highly recommended, but only if you're really fixe.

A recent late-night visit to "Procópio Bar" with a group of three of us left quite a positive impression. The ambience of this establishment leans towards the cosy side, largely thanks to its tasteful decor and inviting furniture. Now, about the staff – they were attentive and proficient in English, which enhanced our experience. As for the drinks, the cocktails were spot on, hitting all the right notes. A little touch that didn't go unnoticed was the complimentary popcorn they served, a delightful addition to the overall experience. In summary, "Procópio Bar" managed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, complete with an accommodating staff, excellent cocktails, and a thoughtful gesture of complimentary popcorn. A spot worth considering for a relaxing evening out. 🍸🍿🌙👌

Really cool bar. We happened upon it but the atmosphere and location and drinks are unreal. Also great non alcoholic options!

What a lovely place. Little door (akin to an house), to knock on in order to get in. Very friendly atmosphere, great service, not expensive. Try the local drinks you won't be disappointed. Absolutely tip top, with a lot of history about the place (think 1890s for planning purposes etc) It's a must visit.

Went to Procopio last night, what a gorgeous space, friendly service with a traditional feel. I was served by Sofia and Martin, who were very welcoming, it’s a family run business with a lovely atmosphere, I will definitely return.

There is reason it's 50 plus years old. So much charm. Great service and sweet dog named "black". Had the top secret pistachia

One of the most beautiful and oldest bars in Lisbon , fabulous setting in a lovely neighbourhood, great drinks ,amazing food . The staff were so welcoming and friendly , especially Sofia and Martine. They also have a good range of beautiful scotch whisky. Thank you guys , we cannot wait to visit you again X.

I fell in love with this place, and this unique art nouveau style, so much to look at. It is like stepping back to the 1920's. The owner Sofia is just lovely.

I loved the atmosphere of this place. I had the pleasure of tasting their two signature cocktails, a few cheeses and everything was perfect. Friendly staff ! 💕

Great atmosphere in a beautiful corner of Lisbon. The cocktails should be better for such an amazing place though

This 1920s themed bar is a little gem in the center of Lisbon. The atmosphere is a very well executed representation of its era. A lot of attention is brought on authenticity and detail. The barman was particularly friendly, and their Irish coffee is delightful. If there is only one bar you should visit during your stay in Lisbon, I advise you to give this one a try.

Love the interior. Had a lovely Tom Collins and saw a sausage on fire. Quite an adventure

The atmosphere is amazing, a place to be visited for sure. But the drinks are not good. Unfortunately we asked for a cocktail that had lemon juice and they had the artificial one which completely destroyed the cocktail. I wasn't able to finish my drink. Although decorations are beautiful, the seats are inconfortable. They should upholstering the seats.

Amazing bar. Fabulous art nouveau decor, great cocktails, lovely atmosphere, homemade popcorn. Hard to find but well worth it. Fascinating piece of Lisbon history. We will definitely return on our next trip up from the Algarve!

My favourite bar in Lisbon! The atmosphere definitely makes you feel like in a movie. The owner is so lovely. I met friendly strangers there and I would definitely go back!! Very recommended!

Excellent, fun bar with a great, classic interior and very friendly staff. Don’t go if you can’t handle indoor smoking, however we were all non-smokers and didn’t find it bothersome.

Hidden bar in Principe real with a vintage - secret /speakeasy atmosphere. Good drinks (though could be a bit bigger). The only inconvenience is that they allow people to smoke indoors blerrg

Pistache cocktail- A glass of intrigue. A cocktail with hidden delights. In each sip, the nutty embrace of pistachio pirouettes alongside a mischievous touch of cinnamon, a mystical marriage where flavors twirl and secrets swirl. The unknown ingredients leave a palate tantalized, inviting us to embrace the whimsy in every sip—a concoction that leaves curiosity trailing in its wake.
