We had the tasting menu (5 dishes + 1 dessert). It’s quite filling at the end despite the smaller serving. The pisco sour and recommended white wine are very nice. Service and ambiance are wonderful.

We’ve lived in Lisbon for a while and have been wanting to come here ever since we moved. We finally made it and it didn’t disappoint. The food is fascinating (unusual for Lisbon!) and pretty good, the wine list is fantastic, and the desserts are great. But the people who work here are next level. We saw two different servers go way way way out of their way on a busy afternoon to make sure customers were happy with their vacation pics in front of the octopus. That care and delight extended to us sitting at our table. Just a wonderful staff with really good food and a beautiful scene. A recipe for a great time.

A Cevicheria definitely deserves the hype surrounding it on social media. Food, even though at first might seem pricey deserves each cent paid. You can’t come here and not try the tuna belly tacos that simply melt in your mouth. It’s one of the best tuna dishes I’ve ever tasted. Everything we tasted was simply outstanding as a matter of fact. Cool, minimalistic venue with the signature giant octopus hanging over the bar area elevates the experience to another level. The only thing I’d point out as an opportunity area is service, not on par with the rest of the experience. Even still, a definite must while visiting Lisbon.

All in all, this place was definitely worth the visit. The food was excellent and so fresh, and we really loved the cornbread as well. We loved the range of flavours and the amazing wine and pisco sours that went with it. The atmosphere was very cool though and we loved the decor around the restaurant too.

The food was very tasty however the ceviche could have had a bit more spice. Also enjoyed the corn bread and the traditional peruvian corn which made the experience very authentic. What could be improved is the service. Es waited very long and other customer that came later got their food a lot earlier. Also we were not allowed to move two tables together which I think was a bit strange. Nevertheless I can really recommend that place and will visit again once in Lisbon.

Top notch restaurant from renowned Portuguese chef Kiko Martins, serving a variety menu of Peruvian classics with its own twist, everything was delicious, service was also very friendly and attentive. Make sure to arrive at opening times because otherwise there could be a long wait to get seated, for a good reason it's always packed.

Divino! The Puro Ceviche is delicious, and their white wine is great! The only thing I didn’t like is that they bring you an appetizer and you think is on the house, but then when you get the bill they actually charge you for that. I would appreciate if they actually mention you have to pay for it or at least ask if I wanted or not…

A small place but very good. I am not a fan of pisco sour but it was delicious just like all the ceviches. I was hosted by really polite and friendly staff. If you are conservative when it comes to food it might be an advanced level for you.

One of the best food experience I had in Lisbon! The queue at the door worth it and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Sergio for his kindness and for ensuring that we had the nice seats over the counter. See you next time !

Recommended but… I love these kind of place around the world. Here at A Cevicheria the quality of the raw food is amazing and the menu absolutely at high level. It is probably the best cevice I have ever eaten ! The missing star is about the service. These kind of places needs professional waiter We waited quite 2h for a table for 4 people (in the meanwhile we had an happyhour outside the place) and waited so much long time for all the course we have order. Overall I really recommend this place if you have patience ;-)

Food and ambiance are really good but that does not fully justify price and waiting time. This is a great place to come very early or very late for lunch or dinner. Quality of products was as expected for a place like this and uniqueness of flavors was in some cases loosing the flavors of the quality of the ingredients. All in all a good experience.

If there's a line just skip it, definitely not worth the wait. Food was "okay" but not worth the price. Went along and waited about 20 minutes before they even acknowledged me, and I told them I was okay either outside or inside. Another 40 minutes to get seated outside. I asked if I could have the tasting menu but the waitress told me I can't outside... Okay.. I ordered ceviche puro, scallop and shrimp causa, and tuna tartare tacos from her recommendation. Took another 30 minutes to come. Ceviche puro had sweetness from sweet potato and sourness from lime sauce. However the flavours did not complement or blend with each other, nor the textures. They were all just separate, I don't think the fish was the freshest either as I got some fishy taste. Scallop and shrimp were fresh and their delicate texture and sweetness are the star of the show, however they were placed on top of sweet potato which was over seasoned, so much so I could not taste or feel the fish when eaten together. I just ended up eating only the fish separately. The tuna tacos were okay, not too bad but nothing outstanding. The chef needs to rethink the taste and balance of the dishes especially at this price point. Quite disappointing after all the recommendations and high reviews.

I had an exceptional experience at the Peruvian ceviche place. The unique dishes showcased premium, fresh ingredients that elevated the flavors. The staff was not only amazing but also incredibly helpful, adding to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. Highly recommend! We had: - Puro Ceviche - Tuna and foie gras ceviche - Salmon and pineapple ceviche - Beef tartare tacos - Tuna tartare tacos

Already the third time I have been at this beautiful restaurant and it hasn’t lost any of its kitchen quality during the last 5 years. If you want to visit, it’s recommended to arrive early, otherwise you will need to wait long for a table. In case you have to wait you can ask for a Pisco sour which is a must either way and will shorten the wait. Although the prices for meals might seem a bit high, the quality of the ingredients are very good and the portions are big. I would definitely recommend the tartare tacos and to try one of the ceviches. In case I visit Lisbon a fourth time, I will come again for sure.

Well it was nice. They had a good menu but still expensive. Didnt know that snacks and water cost extra. The service didnt know what kind of ingredients were inside, for example the coconut jelly in my drinks. The Tacos with Tuna are worth it but it yeah it was okay. There are other restaurants like offer a better atmosphere, service and so on Wouldnt go again. One time can be enough.

he type of restaurant is overpriced. Small attention to detail. Not much playfulness with the flavors, but good quality food. Overpriced drinks The environment is horrible, music too loud, and crowded.

We went for the tasting menue and I enjoyed it a lot. It managed exactly what I expect from a tasting menue. I want to recognise many components, but also being surprised by some products, combinations and flavours. The tasting menue contains 3 Ceviche dishes (I enjoyed especially the Portuguese version with Bacalhau (served on an 🐚 shape plate)), 2 warm dishes (my favourite was the red mullet with kapern and quinoa - which had a texture close to Risotto - super delicious and never had quinoa like that before) and a dessert. Additionally we had water, whiskey sour cocktail, covert for starter and a bottle of red wine. The amount of food was perfect for me (5 courses + dessert). We paid ca. 115€ per Person which is quite expensive, but since it was a special occasion, we went for the whole experience of a tasting menue with a great presentation - also special kudos to the service - the price was acceptable and I would go there again. The atmosphere is unique: small tables with a bar and half-open kitchen. You can't make a reservation and it's very popular and they don't have many tables. Therefore you should go there earlier (around 7 PM for dinner).

Fantastic. Just an absolute delight. The staff are amazing, the food was incredible, and the pisco sours were one of the most refreshing drinks I've had. They don't have all the different flavors of pisco of Peru, just the basic citrus. However, it's still amazing. Probably deserves a Michelin star.

Great foods. Their fish tar tar tacos were super delicious. I could eat that every day. Little pricey, but I think it's worth it!!!! Their special cocktail was good. it wasn't my fav, though. Little on the sweet side. If you're into it. Great staff and service.

Omg. Well, if you like fresh fish, you know who you are… this place is an art form of ceviche. Sweet people to serve you with best fish. Also everything looks gorgeous. If there were 6 stars those would be given!!!

We had the most incredible time at A Cervicheria! You can't book a table but it was well worth waiting for one. We had the tasting menu and each dish was just as good as the last. I would highly recommend visiting here, my only advice is to try go before 7/7 30 as we the. Only had 4 tables before us so the wait wasn't too long. The team were also super friendly and we loved the atmosphere sitting at the bar.

We stopped by because we were looking for something light to eat and ceviche sounded like the right thing The place looked nice so we set outside, there we enjoyed the breeze, the view to the park, the friendly service and of course the food Not only that it was really good, the dishes are all creative fusion combinations that makes them very interesting Place prices are on the high side, but we got our mom worth As a comment to the Cevicheria team, before writing my own review I read some of the previous reviews, and I noticed that most of the replies to one star reviews are cut & paste. Consider a more personal and relevant response

I barely made it in time to try this spot on my last night in Lisbon and it was so so worth it! The manager Sergio and his staff made it feel like I was having a family meal. Service was great, the cocktails and were amazing and the food was even better! Definitely making this pit stop every time I come to Lisbon

Spectacular restaurant in every way, a must in my list of visits in Lisboa. Amazing food and service. Waiters and chefs are very helpful and willing. The place is very small and doesn’t allow reservations (at least when I went) so beware and get there early. Although it’s small, it’s beautiful and with a great ambiance. Highly recommend the pure and salmon ceviches. Cocktails are also great. Even though prices aren’t cheap, they are worth every penny.

Don’t miss this place when you visiting the neighbourhood in Principe Real. Perfectly crafted seafood dishes are prepared at the bar. I enjoyed watching their chefs creating unusual ceviche dishes while sip a sparkling. Spent two hours there and had a chill time.

This restaurant from Kiko Martins is really really nice! For those who love seviche this is the spot in Lisbon! The staff is super friendly and give you a good feeling while waiting for a table. 5 tables have been there and where waiting before us, we waited 1/2 hour. Absolutely worth it! The dessert was also amazing!

Well well well. The food is already amazing but even more then that is the most amazing, friendly, welcoming, worms and professional service I have experienced in a very long time. This place is a must. And of course… the food… different, specific to the place and just stunning!

Very interesting food I would say. It’s definitely an experience considering all different ingredients and flavours. I won’t rate with more stars because I felt the chairs and space were not that comfortable for the price; we sat outside. Anyway, great experience.

We got 5 ceviche dishes (salmon, tuna, prowns, Portuguese, cod/octopus). All of them were overly salty for our liking. Too much was done to the fresh seafood to really appreciate the freshness of the ingredients. We had high expectations but unfortunately this place didn't work for us. Our food also took an hour to arrive. The Tuna tacos were great.

Probably the best tasting menu in my life. Started with a Pisko sour while waiting for our table and had a 5+1 tasting menu (which took ~2 hours) after that. Fantastic experience from start to finish. My wife is a pastry chef and I rarely eat desserts in restaurants but even the dessert was amazing.

An amazing restaurant that truly deserves a Michelin star. With incredible service and personal care and attention from the waitress I could not expect service to be better. The food was simply incredible, the delicate flavours and exquisite food menu was truly a pleasure to experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant any higher.

I walked past Sunday night and based on the queues of people waiting decided to go for a Monday late lunch. That strategy worked well for me, because I had a table within a few minutes. The ceviche puro and other dishes were delicious, and all the staff I met were super-friendly and helpful.

I just love this place. Not just because I'm a Ceviche enthusiast but because I think this place combines so well with Lisbon and its sunny weather and relaxed atmosphere. It's a very small restaurant and getting a table there is not always easy but if you are not in a rush, and if the sun is shining outside, I really recommend grabbing a glass (or two) of their Pisco Sour or their super nice white wine while you are waiting for your table. Another tip is: unless you are starving, getting a table there in the middle of the day is always easier than trying your luck during the Portuguese lunch-time peak hour, so go late. I think I've tried everything that is gluten-free on their menu and it is difficult to point out my favourite dish - I like everything :o) But maybe I could highlight the Ceviche Portugues that definitely adds a nice portuguese touch to this peruvian dish... Anyway, if you ever go there, let me know which one is your favourite, I would love to know!

Awesome spot with a delicate and delicious take on Peruvian cuisine. Have a seat on the bar and watch the chefs put together something magnificent.

My dining experience at this restaurant was amazing. Catalina is such a wonderful hostess and made the overall meal even more enjoyable. If the tasting menu is not for you I recommend sharing a few of the ceviche dishes along with 1-2 sides to get a well rounded taste of this culinary gem. They also require proof of vaccination prior to entry which was reassuring since it is a tight dinning space. 10/10

Amazing meal in Lisbon - perfect for seafood lovers. The Ceviche is a stand out - we had the 6 course tasting menu and the first 3 courses were ceviche, but each tasted very unique to the others. Loved the octopus with quail egg & the quinoa. Don’t forget to get a pisco sour!
