Absolutely lovely. Our experience here was top notch. The service was great, the food was delicious and the drinks were very tasty. We LOVED our experience here and would go back anytime. We took the "all day" brunch and had a variety of dishes, all of which were amazing. Must stop!

Just wow! Probably the best brunch I have had in a long time, they have ample options to cater everyone. We had the vegan toast, ham toast, Brazilian iced tea and iced coffee with orange zest! The food had so many flavours, and the drinks were perfect! We ended up visiting the second branch at Belem as well! Definitely a must visit cafe when in Lisbon.

Trendy, adorable cafe. Very chill vibe and beautifully decorated. There was a line out the door when I arrived , so you know the food must be amazing. I chose to wait and was not disappointed! I ordered the Brunch combination. (See menu page attached for what is included for options.) I selected a Latte, Vitamina juice, Avocado Toast, and Banana Bread. Absolutely everything was divine!!! So fresh and delicious. The Chef Mauricio should be so proud of his artistry! The waitresses were attentive and so sweet. Very accommodating and helped me in English since I do not know Portuguese. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I look forward to visiting again 😊

Wonderfully cozy dining nook for friends and lovers…we found this beautiful cafe somewhat hidden from main corridors of walking traffic. The food dishes are works of art centered around eggs and toast. We waited for a table a bit, but once seated were lavished with friendly service. Avocado toast was a favorite along with the ham and cheese toast. We also had Brazilian Detox and a Pastries de Nata milkshake to complete the meal. My wife loved this place so that’s good for me too.

This place is worth the hype and the 30 minute wait on the stairs across the street. The banana bread was incredible and I would go back ten times during my trip if I could. Their matcha latte was the best I’ve ever had and the lemonade was fantastic. The service was so friendly and helpful and the vibes were immaculate.

Hands down one of the most delicious and unique breakfast/brunch i have ever been to ! (And I eat pretty much everywhere :) ) The food was just so unique and the flavours were so bomb. We ordered the brunch which comes with coffee, juice, a toast, and dessert. The ham toast was probably one of the best I ever had and the banana bread was the perfect ending. Service is super friendly too and everyone has great positive energy. Be prepared to wait a bit in line BUT DONT GIVE UP ITS WORTH IT ! ♥️

We ate breakfast here for the first time today. The service was great, the food was absolutely amazing in the atmosphere is fantastic! We both had the "vitamin" juice which tasted very fresh and not super sweet. I had the avocado toast which utterly amazing! So flavorful and nor your typical avocado toast. Hubby had the vegan toast and it was equally delicious! Highly recommend!

Great all day brunch! And spot to eat a small snack. In the end it was more worth to have taken the brunch menu (19,90€) that has the starter, main dish, dessert and drink, but since we weren’t “hungry” we took individually… in the end we liked it so much that ordered more things that would come in a brunch menu 😂 It’s less busy after 15h We ordered ham toast and codfish toast Lemonade and Chai All recommended with closed eyes I’m glad I’ve decided to try this one but whenever I pass by there’s always a queue (12-14h) Service is great food is amazing

The brunch set was amazing and so worth its price! For €18 you get a juice, a drink, a main and a dessert. The ham toast is a must have and the juice was extremely fresh. The queues can get quite long though so make sure you have enough time. Service was great too!

Extraordinary experience! This is not your typical breakfast, let me tell you. If you want a sensational brunch experience, this is your place to visit. I recommend taking the brunch menu, which includes coffee, juice, a main and a dessert or side dish. I ordered a latte which was nicely made. The Vitamina juice was yummy, a kick to the usual OJ. For main I ordered the Avocado toast – this is one of the best ones I’ve had! Topped with a variety of flavors and spices, it left an exceptional impression. The yogurt bowl was right on point, with fruits infused with black tea, a first experience for me. The staff are very friendly! For a top rated place they don’t give you “the attitude“ and stay very service oriented. The place is popular so you might have to wait for a table, but it’s definitely worth it! I will be back on my next visit to Lisbon!

Very pleasant place to have breakfast or brunch 🙂 pets allowed, that definitely plus 🦊 We tried ham toasts - very tasty, interesting and delicious. Also ordered latte and cappuccino on oat milk - good normal coffee. Recommend 🙃

This place has good “vibes”. Friendly staff and nice decor. The food was fresh and good. I can recommend the “salad bowl o bacalhau”. It was a green salad with cod fish and sourdough bread. They used a very flavourful dressing which contained a lot of lemon, mustard and Portuguese olive oil. We enjoyed the coffee as well. +coffee and food +atmosphere + staff -neighbourhood - small restaurant and always crowded

Super cute place. Long wait though if you get there around noon. Banana bread is super good, Cremoso (ice cream coffee??) is a must have. Ordered brunch set, great price. Very filling. Friendly wait staff, pink inferior!

An absolute must if you’re looking for a brunch in Lisbon! It’s a hot spot already it seems, with some waiting time for a table - at 10am it was about 20min, might be longer later on. Was worth every minute of waiting, because the food is fantastic. The toast with ham was most definitely the best I’ve ever had with so many little touches bringing different flavours to the dish. The banana bread is also an absolute must, was sooooo delicious. The service was fast and super friendly, and the tables seem to turn around fairly quickly so worth the wait!

So, the place is quite the talk of the town, according to my pals. They'd been on a mission to brunch here, and lo and behold, third time was the charm. We waited around outside for a good half hour before finally getting the nod. Once inside, the setup was pretty easygoing, I'd say. Menu's got one game plan – combos, no fuss. Now, let's get real about the food. Can't say it knocked my socks off, truth be told. But here's the twist – service and the bar scene were playing a different game altogether. And then there's the golden latte. Even though I'm not really a latte person, this one pulled a sneaky move and caught my taste buds off guard. Think turmeric, ginger, and just a hint of chilli. Flavours doing a bit of a dance, if you will. Might be worth a go, if you're feeling adventurous. 🍛🌶️

Had the opportunity to dine here recently. The ambience was characterised by simple yet tasteful decoration, creating a comfortable and relaxed environment. The place radiates a charming vibe, making it an enjoyable spot to spend your time. We went there for breakfast, and the food was delicious, featuring lovely juices. We had to queue for about 20 minutes which worthed the wait.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! It was the best food. Everything was perfect & so much flavor! Such a cute little place with great service. Thank you to the waitresses. I highly recommend this place!! We got the ham toast, coffee & a smoothie - it was the best non dairy smoothie I’ve had anywhere.

Well worth the small wait to get in of around 30 mins and was well looked after, the food sublime and such an awesome place for brunch in Lisbon. Portuguese ham, scrambled eggs, cream cheese with a garlic & tomato sauce. Washed down with a delicious cappuccino and refreshing orange juice. I’d heard good things about the banana bread with homemade peanut butter, so had that as well! Fantastic service and certainly recommend to anyone looking for a top breakfast brunch whilst in Lisbon - try and get the window seat if you can. 👍

Visiting from New York City. The food was very nice with a unique new safari of tastes and spices. I had avocados toast and banana bread both were amazing. Tea was served in infusing cups which was very smart to have your drink warm until the end of your breakfast. Might experience a long wait, go early and invite yourself to something new and interesting!

Two words: Homemade excellence. This place sets the bar, and exemplifies what every brunch restaurant should be striving for. Fresh and homemade foods of superb quality and no compromises. The restaurant is small yet open, airy and chic. Courteous and attentive service. Fantastic natural wine selection. There will likely be a wait upon arrival, but definitely worth waiting for.

I recently had an amazing brunch experience at Augusto in Lisbon. The toasts were the best I've ever had, and despite not eating for 24 hours prior, I could only finish half due to the hearty portions. The service was excellent, even handling demanding customers (who expected to be able to skip the line to eat more quickly) patiently and politely . The freshly pressed juices were incredibly fresh and almost warm due to the freshly pressed nature. The presentation of the dishes was so beautiful that my companions and I couldn't resist taking pictures. Augusto is definitely worth the wait for its outstanding food, service, and ambiance.

Definitely worth the wait and the hike to it. I waited in line for 25 minutes with 2 parties of 2 in front of me and I arrived at 10:30 so be ready for that. The avocado toast and the orange/hibiscus tea mimosa was delicious and filling. Very reasonable pricing as well.

I loved this brunch spot!! I had the best avocado toast here, it was so flavourful. The execution was truly brilliant. The bread was really tasty, the cream cheese was a lovely addition and the carrots were a great finishing touch. It was truly bursting with flavour. They do a 19euro breakfast combination which include a coffee/tea + orange/vitamin juice + avocado toast/ vegan toast + fruit bowl/banana bread. I thought was a fantastic combination as I always want coffee but also a drink, and I find myself torn between a savoury meal or a sweet one, so this combo accommodated to all my breakfast needs! The orange juice was a perfect level of sourness (in other brunch spots I found the orange juice to be very mild and lacklustre). I also really liked the banana bread with the black sesame, I thought that was a lovely addition. The service was really great! The lady serving us explained all the elements of the dish and was very helpful. We waited around 20 minutes for a table as this place is really popular! And there isn’t a lot of seating inside.

The cod toast is the best! The banana bread is also very tasty. The mix plate small taste is already quite big portion. Worth for the wait and must try during your visit in Lisbon.

Very close to the Miraduro (view point) of Graca as well as walkable from alfama and Martin moniz, the cute brunch space is quaint and lovely. I ordered the avo toast (huge portion). Got greedy so added Serrano ham (should not have), it's too much for 1 person. Also loved the galipette cider (organic and bio). Overall great atmosphere, good service. Value for money!

Best avocado mash I’ve ever had. I got the cod toast - the cod was a little too salty and dry for me but the avocado and the toast and the seasoning and everything else were amazing. I’d go back for the avocado toast everyday if I could. I also got the cold brew with lemon - it was really nice. The staff was super friendly and the vibe is amazing. Make sure to budget in some time to wait in line

The foods were very very delicous. Avocado toast one of my best what i ate. And tropical threat dessert was amazing, a bit sour a bit sweet and this taste mixed it, just simply perfect The place is bit small but perfect for brunch. This restaurant very famous sometimes need to wait 20-30 min. But i think behove it.

I am today years old when I found the best brunch place on earth. Ordered ham toast, scramble egg toast and banana bread with home made peanut butter. If it’s your first time here, the staff will make the effort of explaining what each individual dish you order comprise of. Unfortunately I only found this during my last day in Lisbon but will definitely come back again if I can

Very cute brunch vibe, albeit a tad tourist-y. At times during the day, I could see lines going down the street to get in! That being said, I can see why word has spread around about this place. Great toasts with very filling portions. Professional serving staff. I would go back... especially for their iced matcha latte. That was so delicious.

We had brunch here and it was amazing! I loved avocado toast with their homemade cream cheese. It has carrot pickle which I think a great touch. Ham toast was also delicious! Atmosphere and the service are also amazing! I’ll definitely come back here.

Really cute cafe/brunch spot with a variety of fresh squeezed drinks. Ordered the “Brazilian Detox” and it was delicious - it was a new flavor for me and I would order it again! We also got their popular toasts (attached photos) which were pretty incredible. The ambience is hip and vibrant, and the servers are all very helpful and kind. Would recommend to anyone visiting if you’re in the area. Also got the banana bread and it was also delicious but didn’t take a photo. Btw - they have tons of vegan/vegetarian options as well!

Expect a line up if you’re going during high season (Summer months) but let me tell you that the wait is definitely worth it. Opted in for the brunch menu special that lets you pick an entrée with a fruit drink, coffee and banana bread. Great food, great atmosphere and service.

Best brunch I have had in a while. You would think it would not be filling but me and my partner were both full. The avocado toast was incredible. We ordered the Banana bread which was a bit dry but everything else was amazing. We had about a 20mins wait to get in but it was worth it! Highly recommend!

Lisbon has a great breakfast/brunch scene and Augusto is definitely on the list of places to hit. My husband and I both ordered the combo that comes with juice, coffee/tea, a toast, and a bowl. Everything we had was delicious and continues to shine in my mind as I think about it!

We visited for breakfast. I chose the vegan toasts and my partner a yogurt bowl. It was super tasty. The toasts were AMAZING! With addition of pickled carrots and various seeds, it was a really suprising and unique meal. I wanted to come back couple of days later, but resigned due to queue. Book your table in advance, it is worth it. Lovely place!

Chic vibe, excellent service, and delicious food. I got the Golden Latte with turmeric and cayenne pepper, scrambled eggs with herbs, and smashed avocado toast with spinach, carrots, and a homemade tomato garlic garlic sauce. 🤌🤤 definitely recommend!

Freshly made locally sourced produce! I had the salad with pears, goat’s cheese, arugula, walnuts, green apples and radish. The honey and mustard dressing was perfect—just the right balance. The lemonade was freshly made and very refreshing. The service was great and friendly. As I sat down, I was offered a jug of water infused with cinnamon, perfect thirst quencher after walking around exploring. After my meal, I decided to order an iced chocolate drink to go and it was amazing! Thoroughly recommend a visit!

Love love love it here. The staff were so nice and food tastes delicious (and looks beautiful). I had to add some salt to my scrambled eggs to bring out more of the flavour but the sourdough bread was toasted to perfection. One of the best lattes I’ve had.

  • 5/5 Ivan K. 2 years ago on Google
Amazing food and service! I had the ham toast and the scrambled eggs that came as part of that are the best I have ever had. We also had the large sharing board - the selection of meats, cheeses and accompaniments that came as part of this was incredible - well balanced, delicious and filling. The red wine sangria we had was also delicious, with a variety of fruits such as berries and oranges. The staff were lovely, very professional and the food presentation and serving was of extremely high standard. Highly recommended for anyone in Lisbon.

So glad we came here! Food was brilliant and service was fantastic 👌🏻 We came at about 10am on a Sunday and waited for about 10 minutes for a table. Very reasonable prices. Gluten free and vegan options available

Stopped here this afternoon for a coffee and have to say, I’m glad we did. By far the best hot chocolate I’ve had and service was perfect, More of a breakfast/brunch place. We could have definitely been tempted with a pastry but no such luck here unless you like banana bread. But regardless, this was off the beaten track and still packed which says a lot. Worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Great service, great food. Toasts were amazing. I had Ham Toast and I could eat it everyday. Orange zest in iced coffees was a very good touch, elevated the taste. We also had banana bread, which was amazing. It went really well with the homemade peanut butter. On top of all of these, staff was the best! Definitely recommend!
