I don't usually write reviews. Having said that, the experience we had with a staff at this restaurant made me write one. We visited this restaurant on 03.May.2022 around 21:00. The waitress who waited on our table was extremely rude. It took quite a long time for her to come take our order, but that is fair, it was still pretty crowded. I could understand that. However, she acted like our presence at the table was bothering her a lot. Maybe a bad day, but still, that's no excuse in professional environment. It's really a pity, the food and wine were amazing, the best Millefoglie I've ever eaten. It could easily be a 5 star review but I believe the service + atmosphere is a big part of the experience. The behaviour of the waitress literally made us feel unwelcome and bad about our evening in this restaurant.

Our last evening in Lisbon we decided to celebrate with a good family meal, and we went safe after the name Jamie Oliver. Italian style restaurant. We received great service, but expectations can be lowered for the dishes. With the exception of the lasagna, which was good, the meat dishes were bland and served quite cold. I will attribute the quality of the wine to Portugal (well maybe to Jamie Oliver who chose it)

After a Tram 28 sight seeing tour we walked to Jamie’s Italian for a late lunch. We were overwhelmed with the atmosphere in this restaurant. We were served by Joy who’s passion and drive to satisfy the guests is impressive. We took it slow with some starters, and after that the main dish. During all this Joy was helpfull, kind and searching for opportunities to make us more happy. He even created a dessert from Wodka, Champagne, suiker, cream and Lemon on his own initiative. We closed the afternoon with some tasteful scotch whiskey. We had an amazing afternoon. Thank you for writing another memory in our city trip book. René and Menekşe

Good place to go to. I took the lasagna which was very nice and tasty. Kind staff and they found a table for us even tho we haven’t reserved anything. Solid place to visit if your hungry and have some money to spend.

Highly recommend if you’re craving some pasta. I went for dinner and was able to get a table with no problem. I was actually surprised there was no wait. Anyway, the servers were awesome and made great recommendations. They constantly check up on you to make sure you are enjoying your meal. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The pasta sauce was delish and packed with flavor that was complimented by the shrimp. Highly recommend if you are craving Italian. The price was just right too.

We were very disappointed about our visit at Jamie's. 1) The waiter spilt coke over my wife and didn't even apologize. Normally it's no problem for us, but at least an excuse would have been appropriate. 2) Most of the tables are unstable. Two bottles felt down because of that. 3) The waiter didn't take empty glasses and bottles with him. He just went with empty hands. The dishes stood about half an hour. 4) All of the pepper mills didn't work or were empty. The waiter checked them and stood them back an the tables. 5) The risotti weren't good. The smoked salmone tasted like convenience from the supermarket. The pasta hadn't enough sauce. There was no parmesan at the table. The portions were to big (for starter and dessert). The salmon tatar was fine, but there was a piece of backbone in it. The ravioli bites are a nice idea, but nothing i would order again. 6) There were to much of peas in the meals. It's salmone with pasta and peas, not peas with salmon and pasta. Also in the risotto the peas were to dominant. 7) We got a broken plate.

We ate here several times over a few days, it was close by, had great food, great service & they were always happy to seat us, despite not having a reservation. Prices were also great for the quality of fresh food you get! Visited end of February, on a week day, for lunch & then for dinner. I’d suggest reservations for dinner in busy season. & I don’t believe there’s a parking lot, just street parking but we walked over each time. The atmosphere is what we loved, hanging spices and meats around an open part of the kitchen, & amazing view of the city. It also has an amazing terrace to eat on (too cold when we were there). The staff was also amazing, I forgot to grab names but there was a server and bartender that were great, & recognized each time we came in. I think we tried most of the menu lol Definitely recommend the squid, garlic bread and carbonara. And get some ice cream/sorbet for dessert, you won’t be disappointed!

The restaurant is nice, the food is good but coming from Jamie Oliver, I must admit I was expecting better. The pizza used a non-fresh tomato sauce which I wasn't expecting. The staff is nice but seemed disorganised. I'm glad I went and try

Visited for my fathers birthday whilst on holiday and had a fantastic experience! Food arrived quickly and tasted amazing as well as staff being extremely friendly, providing an excellent service (even singing happy birthday with an impressive desert board). Only cost €25 per person (4 people) for 3 soft drinks, 1 wine, 1 cocktail, 2 starters, 4 mains, 2 deserts & a double espresso.

Really good restaurant! Risotto and ravioli were amazing. When we told waiter that one dish wasn’t the best he suggested that they can do another one for free. Joao was very helpful and recommended us the best food.

You might think it looks tasty from the pictures, but it’s not the reality. This so called pasta speciality, famous prawn linguini, is the most plain pasta i have eaten in my entire life. It doesn’t have the taste of sea food or the sauce. It’s just damn plain. The salad was weird if you are into quinoa you will like it. I’m not. No dressing, no taste. Pizza wasn’t any better. Not enough toppings, not enough cheese. It’s rare when I don’t like Italian food but this is a sad exception. Not recommending this.

Since we came in 15 minutes before the kitchen closed we were happy to get any food at all. On top of that the food was great. The only thing was that i would have liked the pizza crust to be a little softer. The waiters weren’t really motivated anymore (very understandable, i wouldn’t have been either) but still very friendly.

I really enjoy the food at this place; it's always fresh and flavorful. I find myself and my family visiting at least once a week for past 3 months and continue to relish the experience. The staff are friendly, although they tend to be quite busy.

You have to pay for the rental of the space. It’s a typical chain restaurant- with nothing unique about it. The food is good. It doesn’t justify the money you pay for it though. But it is good. Location is great 👌🏼. The space is pleasant. But when I pay, in Lisbon, the values they exercise, I expect more. At least I expect exemplary service and the hostess with a polished look. Not someone in adidas sweats and sneakers.

Went the evening of Friday Sept 8th and we squeezed in some how without a reservation. The signage is not great and we just happened upon it and we would have waited if they didn’t have a table. We sat in the back room and wow did we have fun. What a great atmosphere and the other patrons and all the staff were just so energetic and full of live. The fig and prosciutto pizza, squid, the sirloin. the fresh breads and risotto and the wine choices. Where to start as they were all 5 star. Extremely reasonable on the pocket book and what a fun evening. We were the second last table to leave. We will definitely will be back on our next visit from Canada. Thank you so much to the chefs and the staff. Obrigato.

We stumbled on this restaurant last minute & it turned out to be amazing! Immediately when walking in, Paris was so friendly and attentive. Our server Neto was so kind and helped with all our questions and gave us some great recommendations. The food was delicious, don’t skip out on the garlic buns, prosciutto & fig pizza, Sicillian prawn linguine, lasagna, and carbonara! We had a party of 4 and got to try each others dishes and everything just kept getting better. Felipe also helped check up on us and strongly recommended the chocolate brownie for dessert and wowww he was spot on because it was fantastic. Couldn’t have asked for better service, food, & overall atmosphere!

We were two people at a working dinner. I have rarely been so convinced by the service staff, they always paid attention to customer satisfaction, water was served, and extra requests were fulfilled without reiteration. The food was phenomenal, the squid starter was excellent. The rib eye steak was on point, well seasoned and beautifully presented. As recommended by other guests, I have of course also tested the brownie, here was definitely not too much promised! Jamie Oliver would be proud if he knew how conscientiously his name is treated here. I have been 100% satisfied with my visit.

Dined here on Tuesday night and our server was fantastic, he was a tall young guy with perfect English and he belongs in a five star dining environment not here. All the staff we encountered were excellent except the older lady seating us. She was not welcoming or warm, our presence appeared to be a chore. I don’t know what her problem was but she had a very poor attitude and from reading other reviews it looks like she’s always like this. However, I won’t let the sour older lady bring down the review as everything else was perfect and our interaction with her was brief - the food is delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.

Good. Not great or really good, just good. Perhaps I had high expectations but we ordered the beef carpaccio, the prawn skewer, the risotto, the Sicilian something dish, and the spaghetti w/meatballs and burger for the kids and I’d say the only dish I’d go back for (maybe) is the risotto. The kids wouldn’t go without trying the brownie with popcorn and that one is worth trying. I’d say its a good place to go if you’re in the area with picky eaters, otherwise there are plenty of potentially more interesting options across the street.

Lovely authentic Italian food at affordable prices. The food was great and service was friendly and fast. I definitely recommend reserving ahead of time as the restaurant is relatively small and it fills up quickly.

This was a beautiful dinner with a huge surprise. I was welcomed warmly by Paris, and had lovely chatter with Diego the waiter. Marina welcomed every guest with an beautiful version of 'be our guest' and during the dinner she sung an Opera, which gave me shivers. I was eating alone and felt so home, i ate a delicious pizza and a super sweet browny with caramel pocorn great 💙

The food was good but it was not italian at all. The garlic bread was delicious, sweet fries too. The lasagna has nothing to do with a lasagna but it was good as another dish. The risotto was good but the sicilian aubergine and courgette vegetarian dish is not recommended .

Wonderful restaurant, amazing food and great service. Our waiter Joy was a mind reader and brought us everything we didn't even thought we needed. Above and beyond (all the staff). Defenitely would recommend.

Nice restaurant. Not to busy when we where there at lunch time, we did not need a reservation. Nice outdoor seating area in the back. Staff friendly and attentive. Food was tasty, good size portions and reasonably priced. Chicken caesar salad was tasty and had lovely fresh warm chicken.Worth a visit!

We had dinner at this restaurant on our 2nd day in Lisbon. Having explored the City the whole day, we came here hungry and the food did not disappoint. We ordered the risotto, the prawn linguine, the salmon, and the spinach and ricotta ravioli. All dishes were simply delicious and full of flavour.

Great food and great service. Price is just right June update: from 5 to 3 stars. Risotto wasn’t nice, service became unbearable: some staff members don’t speak any Portuguese and will ignore your requests entirely.

It’s the first time that I finish my plate at a restaurant! The food and the service were so good that you would feel bad if you were to give back your plate unfinished to the kitchen. Our waiter was Ricardo and his service was perfect, very caring and always smiling! He answered all of our questions and was very attentive while we were seated, from the beginning to the end. Thank you Ricardo! If we ever get to visit Lisboa again we’ll go back to the restaurant (and surely look for Ricardo again)
