Was
not
impressed
with
this
experience
at
all.
It
was
our
fault
for
choosing
somewhere
simply
out
of
convenience
when
hungry,
but
not
being
able
to
get
into
the
restaurant
next
door,
we
thought
this
would
be
a
nice
alternative
where
we
could
sit
outside
and
feed
off
next
doors
energy.
The
food
we
were
told
would
take
10
minutes
or
so
still
hadn't
arrived
after
30
minutes
and
by
this
time
next
doors
patio
had
pretty
much
emptied.
Once
my
food
came
which
was
just
tuna
and
rice,
I
noticed
they
had
forgotten
the
avocado
which
I
had
specially
requested
to
give
it
more
colour.
When
I
mentioned
it
had
been
forgotten,
I
was
told
they
would
fix
it,
but
after
5
minutes
of
waiting,
when
asked
for
an
update
as
my
food
was
getting
cold
and
my
partner
was
almost
finished,
I
was
told
it
would
be
another
5
minutes.
Hungry
and
unimpressed,
and
in
the
meantime
seeing
full
meals
being
brought
out
to
two
staff
members
doing
computer
work
in
the
middle
of
a
restaurant
where
we
were
the
only
others,
and
they
weren't
able
to
attend
to
us
properly,
I
told
him
not
to
bother
and
we
finished
up.
The
food
was
average
and
the
pricing
was
too
much
for
the
portion
sizes
and
the
experience
we
received.
Service
was
mediocre
if
that,
given
how
important
customer
retention
for
restaurants
during
the
COVID
reductions.
I
hate
giving
negative
feedback
but
this
tainted
our
memory
of
our
one
night
in
Lisbon.
