I went to order a butter chicken and naan bread for takeaway - staff was super friendly and even offered me a coffee on the house while waiting. The food was really good and fresh, ready within about 10 minutes.

There's a bunch of Indian food restaurants in this area and I've tried most of them. This is by far the best of the bunch. If you are looking for authentic, go there. I think the others are trying to bend a bit too much to the local pallet. The Somosa, Garlic Cheese Naan, Butter Chicken, Chicken Birayni, Vindaloo and other dishes we tried were all top notch! We asked for spicy and we got spicy. The staff were also super awesome. If you love Indian food, please give this place a shot! You won't be disappointed.

There are several Indian restaurants in this area of town and I do not regret choosing Ghoroa. The staff was.very friendly and helpful, even understanding when we wanted to move inside after the sun attacked us. Then there's the food... Simply wonderful! I highly recommend you make the time to have a meal here.

Ein super Restaurant für Feinschmecker. Ich habe das erste mal indisch probiert und bin total verblüfft. Die Mitarbeiter, vor allem Salim, sind sehr höflich und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Die Preise sind ebenfalls günstig. Im Vergleich zu andere Restaurant, wo wir für ein Gericht 15-19€ zahlen mussten, ist dieses Restaurant total im Rahmen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wirklich empfehlen.

I ate Palak Paneer with Naan. It was decent but not at the level of other indian restaurants that I can compare with from Europe, or at all with food that I experienced in India. Staff very nice. Still, people gathered 50cm close to my table to talk for the whole time I was eating, not pleasant. I would have liked for staff to move them farther away from my table. Price was fair to pricey for the quality (11€)

This has got to be the worst curries we’ve had. We ordered Beef Korma, Butter Chicken, Chicken Masala and Garlic Naan. All the curries tasted the same and it looks like all the restaurant did was add food colouring to differentiate the curries. And to add to it the Naan was so dry. Given the food in Lisbon that is so readily available this meal was expensive and contained close to no protein in each curry (you can see that is the case in the photos). All in all, you have been warned I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. We picked this place after looking at Google reviews previously posted here and none of that has been reflected in the dishes we ordered.

The naan was soft, fluffy, and crisp at the same time. The curries were delicious and the service was outstanding. The mango lassi was amazing too.

Food, service and overall quality was impeccable! Stuck to the vegetarian dishes (chana dal, sag aloo, panek paneer and ghobi) alongside naan bread which was absolutely perfect (light, fluffy, crunchy!). Definitely check this place out if you're in the area.

We wanted to get something different from the local fare and man was this a good idea. We were three and we got (too much food, but with no regrets): 2 orders of the meat samosas, 2 orders of polau, 2 naan to go with the aloo Bombay, the bhuna beef, the Sheikh kabab. Finished it off with a cha (black tea cooked with milk with sugar added after) and this was a 10/10 meal. We'll be back and definitely recommend this place.

Sehr leckeres Essen in einem typisch Indischen Restaurant. Sehr nette Menschen. Preis Leistung war in Ordnung, jedoch haben wor (turisten) eine andere Speisekarte bekommen als die einheimischen. Preise sind für die einheimischen auch deutlich tiefer wie man auf der anderen Speisekarte (auf Hindu geschrieben) lesen kann.

Very tasty curries and naan, first rate! We had Rogan Josh and dopiaza? and they were both incredibly well seasoned with perfectly cooked meats that paired really well with the garlic-coriander naan. The team was attentive and super friendly, very happy we got to try this spot!

Very nice tiny restaurant to eat Indian food in Lisbon. Ingredients are fresh and good. I highly the korma, the sauce is delicious and so smooth! You will not be disappointed!! The massala is not too spicy so accessible for anyone not used to spicy food, if you want you can ask for fresh green peppers to spice it up a little bit. Cheese nans are so good to start with, really nice place to come. The staff is really kind and service is excellent. I would definitely come back 👍🏽😉

Incredible food and great staff

Quite disappointing, mixed grill was over cooked and burnt, the cheese naan was lacking any cheese and the chicken was overly dry. On the positive side, I was happy with the service.

For people from North America…. Avoid. Please. Had their Rohan Josh and Lamb Korma today plus rice and two types of naan and a mango lassi. Curries were as others described them. 5 pieces of meat and 1/3 sauce as you get elsewhere. Taste of korma was coconut cream overwhelmingly plus sugar. Rohan Josh was flat and likely something else. No fragrance. Customer service sucked- server didn’t know the menu. They also didn’t have beer but later offered some. I feel like maybe it’s a new owner relying on past owner rankings. Naan was ok and lassi ok. Avoid. I really hope I don’t get food poisoning here.

Amazing food and amazing service. Nice and clean restaurant in this area. Halal and real Pakistani food taste. It says Indian cosine but real taste of Pakistan.

Customer service was excellent apart from being told off when I asked for some more food from the menu. "What you have will be enough" Food arrived quickly but unfortunately gave my partner food poisoning and gave me a very upset stomach.
