Views and space are one of the best we have seen. Drinks and food are standard flare with some variety. Service is European slow — which was nice given we didn’t feel pushed out for sunset.

The cocktails are great! They have such a gorgeous view. The sharing dishes are good too. Not to start about the waiters. He was singing, happy, so very cheerful. It made our evening more special!

Soso - view is top - food is way below Lisbon standard. Salad - Mango/Avocado for 9€ and Burger - with a green patty 10€ was both not good. On the salad a lot of onions and no creativity on the burger the part was just deep fried vegetables. View was good. Service friendly but as well below Lisbon standards…

What a great discovery, another gem in Lisbon's rooftops portfolio. Totally reasonable prices taking in consideration the food's quality, location, great table service and amazing views. Also they're doing an Happy hour promotion where you get 2 for 1 in drinks.

The view from up there is amazing, but the food isn't worth it. There is no sauce on the burger and the fries on the side are tiny. The meat was supposed to be medium, but it was cooked through. The topping on the burger was a joke. But the salad was delicious. Drinks normal. Prices were okay for this location. There is an elevator. Toilets are available.

The view is really nice. But the food is quite expensive. A plate of small three deserts that weren't that great for 10€? Felt a bit too much. The tea also comes with really small water in a big container. Wierd. The rest was a nice service.

Modern restaurant with great views over the city, bridge and river. The food was visually beautifully presented and tasty. The audience was rather youthful.

I went to celebrate my mother-in-law birthday. Have in mind that during summer the tables outside can be in the sun, so better to reserve inside. The menu could have a little change, it’s not diverse and a little complicated to understand de dishes. However nice staff.

Madame Petisca is perched high on a rooftop with stunning views of the River Tagus and serves unique tapas with great vegan and vegetarian options Set adjacent to the viewpoint of Miradouro Santa Catarina, Madame Petisca boasts perfect views of the the River Tagus, the 25th of April Bridge and the statue of Christ the King on the far bank. It’s perfect for a wonderful lunch experience, a cocktail at sunset or a romantic evening dinner for two. The tapas has the chefs own twist with punchy flavours, food full of colour and great options for those who prefer vegetarian or vegan food. The rooftop terrace is adaptable for all weather conditions, a sheltered dining and bar area with sliding windows which open fully to allow for panoramic views or the open terrace with parasols to keep you shaded when the sun is up. The night time view is as spectacular as the as the bright daytime skies, with the 25th of April Bridge lit up in full glory as your backdrop. For the best of Lisbon go to littlebookoflisbon.com

The worst Sangria ever. Ordered 1L, had 1 cinnamon and 2 slices of orange. Full of water and ice. Tastes like wine, water mixed with vodka. Just to go for the view.

Nice view, but drinks and service were terrible. Arrived and very few tables were taken, but they wouldn't let us sit at certain tables. This was even though we said only for 30 min drink, and the tables that were "reserved" were never used during our time there. The drinks were very below standard. We couldn't taste the alcohol in the drink. After 50% done with the drink, they kept trying to take away the glass. Intrigued with the view but there are SO many better places in Portugal for drinks and views.

First: The View is very nice. The waiter was very nice, too. But: the food is unacceptable. Burger with poor topping, very basic taste. Fries are greasy, without taste, even salt is missing. Salads are very basic, too. Not big enough, not enough dressing, no joy to eat at all. Timing of the kitchen wasn’t good to, salads came first, after 10 minutes the first burgers arrived, another 5 minutes later the last burger. Come for the view, but leave if you want to eat something.

Service was great when we first got there! When it got a bit busier after 8pm service slowed down a bit, but I think it is more of a cultural thing where people relax and take it easy. We got the veggie burger, bacon wrapped pork loin with potato skins, and 1 litre of Sangria. Veggie burger was good; tho it came with purple yam potato chips that didn't have any dip.. bacon wrapped pork loin was excellent and recommended. Sangria was larger than 1 litre (bonus!) but lacked quality. View was great.

We had lunch here: 4 tapas were ordered, they came one after the other, one was even forgotten and came much later. The food itself was nothing special and unfortunately too oily. Bread with cod was very good. Salad, shrimp and sweet potato chips - not that tasty. Even though the view is great, we wouldn't come again.

It is part of the hostel now, the bar is open to non-guests, but it looks more like a shared kitchen. Still amazing view and now they have sunbeds on the terrace

We came for the view, and stayed for the food :-) Excellent gin, excellent food. Reasonable prices

Great view and very friendly and nice personnel. Was one of the first experiences of Lisbon a few years ago, with great cuisine, drinks and atmosphere. The two last are still there, but what happened to the great tasting experience? Plain and boring dishes, very limited choice, nothing to pay tribute to the amazing produce of the region :(

The view is amazing ! We expected more of the food .. And the place so very noisy, if you’re aiming at a romantic night, be sure to book on the terrasse and not inside

1 star for view, 1 star for easy seating (since was mostly empty). This place is a classic tourist trap. Well positioned next to the Miradouro of Santa Catarina, great view. Food is waaay overpriced for uninspired sub-par versions of normally delicious (and/or inexpensive) portuguese snacks. My advice if you MUST come here, just have a drink or 2 and then move on to any other place for food.

I can only recommend the Madame Petisca. The view is breathtaking, the food is great and the drinks are fresh. Also extremely friendly and helpful staff! See you soon :)

👍👍 I was very surprised to see that even though this is right in the middle of “tourist town” the Pastel De Nata is by far the best I have ever tried. I've been to a few places around Portugal for Pastel de Nata and this place has the best ones hands down! Their filling is unique to others and I find t...
