Ordered almost 10€ chilli crispy cheese menu…Wth is this, this was probably the fakest thing I have ever eaten , I feel like I ate a chesee flavored plastic bag..No chilli whatsoever, no salt on fries..The only good thing is a free refill 🤣…Crispy chilli chesee, nope, don’t do it people, it’s not worth it, I feel sick 🤢

Washroom was too dirty! Actually, at the 2nd floor gents washroom (toilet), I couldn't entered because of full of stool I had seen! No matter, you believe or not!

Wir waren abends immer groß essen. An diesem Abend ging es mir nicht gut, wir haben also beschlossen, nur was kleines zu essen. Sind vom Hotel zum nächsten Burger King und waren positiv überrascht. Samstag war fast nichts los, wir kamen ohne Wartezeit dran und das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet. Preislich echt günstig...Z.B. Whopper Menü 6.10, Wrap Menü 5 Euro...kann man nicht meckern. Getränke nachfüllen gratis...Tische waren nicht alle sauber, aber das ist glaube ich ganz normal in diesen Restaurants. Gerne wieder...

Simply awful, the mayo seemed a bit rancid and everything that could be bad was bad. The salad looked as depressed as I did after spending €5,50 on this long vegan. At least the staff was nice and quick.

Super rude and rude staff, I ordered a can of Sprite, and when I said it was a mistake, I don't want inside the cup, instead of apologizing, he gestured with an ugly gesture because he didn't know English, he pointed to go there. In a tourist place, you must have someone who can speak English or at least not be rude

When I received my order it was missing an item. The location is made on three floors, at the ground floor there are the automatic machines to place orders and the refiller to take the drinks. When it’s overcrowded there is no space inside to wait for the order to be ready. As the limited places available to dine in are upstairs, you will discover if there is a table available only after taking the order when going upstairs. The space was so dirty and half of the first floor with tables was closed on purposely by the employees who should have been cleaning it. The toilets are on the third floor, only the one for disabled people was open, dirty too, without hand soap or hand sanitizer. As half of the floor with tables was closed and a lot of people were coming upstairs already with the food in the hands, they went to the closed area to be able to eat and one employee came and, instead of cleaning the tables for them, asked them to leave and they had to go outside the restaurant to eat.

The worst burger king store. We went today so we can eat without waiting too much. They serve like roughly 20 minutes just to get 2 small menus. The worst thing was the woman that serve us the food was so disturbing. She served the ice cream with all mess around the cup and not just that I saw her licking the chocolate topping. Please avoid this store at all cost. We request to replace the ice cream and they served it in very small quantity. Really disgusting and unprofessional. I will never ever put my mouth in someone else’s food. That is common sense. I lost my appetite and willingness to come back here again. Never again. I would like to request a complaint but it was just my partner that was in a rush and I didn’t manage to get the complaint book. Please avoid this store!!!! Employees doesn’t have a right briefing for food safety and hygiene.

Corona changed the World as well as how things are done differently at Burger King. All build in Corona protection Shields counter is behind protective Shields. You order and get in Queue for my order. You can still refill your drinks as much as you can drink. I got a BBQ Whiskey Burger Meal which was delicious. Staff was very helpful but due to Corona load of things changed. You can sit outside where there are same tables to consume your takeaway straight away, but I miss da cozy and noisy environment when sitting inside Da Restaurant

Worst Burger King venue ever. Just saw a cockroach tasting all soft drink taps when attempting to take some of it. Despite of informing the staff about the issue, they insisted to force me accepting that garbage. To complete the horrible experience, none of the soft drink taps were working properly. In the end, after asking for three times, they agreed in exchanging my soft drink for a coca zero bottle. Never returning!

This was my fourth time here! But when I came here by 12:00 am they were already closed however in google they mentioned they are open until 2 AM! Change the hours and timing if you are closing so that customers don’t have to suffer! Moreover food is good based on my previous experience! I would say much better then McDonald but little expensive which is worth it!

Classic burger king. Screen with order numbers was broken and staff yells numbers in Portuguese but afer couple of minut they figured out whats going on. Easy to order via screen

It took them 3 times to simply get the burger that I ordered correctly and paid for, but the staff were pleasant at least.

We walked in and the girl at the counter was already messing up the order of the lady before us who was trying to get a chicken burger but tthe cashier was ringing it as a cheeseburger. We payed for our food with cash that had ordered at the machine. They gave us 2 texas bbq double burgers instead of one and a veg cheeseburger, they also switched up the veg nuggets with the regular nuggets (probably on purpose too). The dispencer was dirty with flies around it and the whole place. Upstairs in the sitting area the fr9nt half was all dirty with crumbs and food and when i tried to go to theo ther said a worker was mopping, she asked me why amd i told her because the rest are dirty and she nodded i dont care and when i asked her to pass she said no. Horrible staff and awfully slow nothing like our experience at the cascais burger king yesterday. To note when we went to change our wromg item they laughed at us to their coworkers.

On the back of the receipt, you can fill out a survey and get a free ice-cream or coffee for it. However, when I came to this location, the worker just kept repeating "NOT POSSIBLE" when I wanted to claim my free ice-cream. When I asked him why is it not possible, he just kept repeating "NOT POSSIBLE". I would not recommend this specific location. Also, I wanted to charge my phone but when I plugged the charger in the socket in the wall, it was not working.

Nice playlist, I liked it a lot, the food was tasty, mainly the onion rings! Also, very calm environment (I went at 14:00. However, there was a homeless man asking everyone to buy him food, making people uncomfortable, and the staff didn't do anything about it. Overall, well recommended !!!

One of the best food option in the middle of city lisbon.. very near to all Public transport and very good access by walk. all the star hotels are near.. its a big and amazing place to eat.. vegetarian burgers are delicious. all staffs are very professional and fast and good customer oriented people.

Went in yesterday to order food, everything was correct on the receipt, then when I got home an entire meal was missing! Didn’t have time to go back again before work. What a waste of money & it has happened here before!

The food was great. The staff work hard and fast but are not really friendly. They forgot our order.

Probably the worst fast food place I’ve been to(out of over 100). The place is so dirty and disorganized, unbelievable. Nobody cleans up the tables, there are piles of trays on top of each other that there’s no place to put the tray yourself. They are very easily overwhelmed with a ton of orders so chances are the food won’t come fast. Whoever is managing this place is doing a terrible job. Coke zero also tasted AWFUL, like 90% water and 10% expired coke.

Overall it's good, but the self service soft drinks came just water.

It’s a Burger King, burger is good, fries are terrible and cola is syrup water. Second floor have enough seating area. And it’s great place to rest. 3rd is toilet (with code), and no soap (annoying when I’m in a fast food where I’m eating with my hand).

I typically don’t leave reviews but this was terrible! I ordered a simple shake to go and after about 5 min my number came on screen yet my shake wasn’t ready for another 34 MINUTES… 34!!! Once I got it, it was terribly made!

Worst experience of my life. Floors are dirtier than the ones outside, burgers had no taste and they were served cold, trash wasn't cleaned for days. Someone should check hygiene standards over there because I'd rather eat from the bathroom floor.

Food is similar to any other Burger King. Service wasn't great, I had to wait alot and even remind for my order. The order came on screen and disappeared before the food was even prepared. Atmosphere is not bad all all, nice 👍 clean environment. Parking is an issue around this area.

Need to take care more of cleanliness, especially the bathrooms. Entrance can be better organised to avoid crowds.

They have a promotion on the app and in social medias that says “until the end of the day” and when I went they told me..”oh no.. I’m sorry.. we don’t have any more that burger.. I’m sorry”

Waited an hour for my meal. My number came up, the staff took my receipt, but never gave me food. Didn't explain anything, ignored me after that. So I had to keep nagging to get the food I paid for. Was then given a bottle of coke that was frozen and food that was cold! Weird. I guess I was unlucky or something.

Check your burger before taking away. Asked for double cheese and bacon but no cheese, no bacon and just 1 burger.

All good. Staff were fantastic. Young but matured to handle customers. One young staff at counter handled a customer who was totally unreasonable so very well. I felt bad for her but I give her FULL MARKS for remarkable handling. Would surely go again.

Worst Burger King ever. Very badly maintained, not clean, dry burger. Staff were nice though.

Small narrow ordering area. Have to get close to the counter to see the menu. A menu at the entrance would be better. No automated terminals. They do take bank cards thought. Fried were tasteless needed more salt. The burgers were ok. You need a code on your receipt to go to the toilets on the second floor. The men's had no soap and need a clean.

Doesn't have touch screens, which is fine. The lines can get a bit big and that means you will have to wait outside the restaurant. Friendly staff.

Honestly the taste of chicken not delicious I felt was not fried properly,I arrived there almost 22:30 , the staff were in rush and maybe because they wanted to leave on time, anyway I won't come there anymore,I prefer MacDonald or any other local burger place.
