Was a bit annoyed that some guy in a white shirt, probably some kind of manager, was being rude to the employees who were serving the customers, right there, in front of everyone.

Easy to order on the machines. Got the food fast delivered where we where seated. Perfect. Fantastic that they serve real beer! (Alc. 5.0 %) The toilets was disgusting. Minus one star! If you can’t clean the toilets, how is the kitchen?

This location has 6 self order kiosks. The first one wouldn't take a credit card and didn't capture my order. Went to counter to replicate the order, the price was 2€ higher,so went to a 2nd kiosk, this time my order was confirmed but no receipt,so again had to go to the counter for assistance. They didn't seem at all interested that the kiosk was apparently out of paper. I ordered Rustic Mango Chicken sandwich and vegetable soup. The sandwich looked thrown together by a child with very little sauce on it, and the vegetable soup is really a vegetable PUREE without salt. The taste is disgusting...I can't believe people eat it. I'm so disappointed in this specific McDonald's. It was clean, and they did remember to give me napkins. I won't return.

First time seeing a Pink (salmon) McDonals, it’s pretty cute from outside.

Too overcrowded. The employees do not know how to handle good service. They gave me a cold fries and did not wanted to give me fresh fries, when I asked for.

Doesn’t allow to come with dog. Dog on the leash with face protection. But the girl on the cashier didn’t think about anything else when was running with angry face and screaming “No dogs!!!”. Your stupid Macdonalds near dogs park, so change your policy and teach your workers how to react on the fully protected dogs. NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL.

Best McDonalds in Lisbon. Other branches not like there. 👌

A place of familiarity. It was kind of weird but I was pleasantly surprised to see an American fast food place out here. We grabbed some soft drinks and sundaes and they were good. Fries tasted just like the ones from back home. The staff was friendly.

Netter McDonalds im Sehenswürdigkeit-Komplex Belém. Bestellung über Terminals möglich. Sehr kurze Wartedauer, aber auch sehr voll am Wochenende. Sehr nette Gegend dort.

The food was not great, got a new chicken burger, and the little piece of chicken was lost in the oversized bun. It looked nothing like I ordered. Why do McDonald's sell less than what they advertise. 😔

We had to wait 10 minutes for two cokes. Only when we asked one of the employees, we finally got our order.

The area is very crowded with tourists, especially during summer. It is a good place to get some quick snacks or lunch.

It was good outside. The bathroom was a mess and you only can enter with a code after buying something. Overall it was okay.

The food is as you would expect from McDonald, the bathroom was quite messy and not exactly clean. I've seen higher standards in McDonald.

Mc Donald’s is supposed to be the same quality everywhere you go… not for this one I’m afraid. Dried out and cold food was what I got. That’s not Mc Donald’s fault, that’s the staff.

A Macdonald's is pretty much going to give the same experience as any Macdonald's in any other country: which is to say that it is a good experience but hardly exceptional. That being said, the toilets could've probably done with a deeper clean. Also the exit door was left open, which does make those sitting near the exit quite cold (a probably that the staff could remedy by just closing the door so very minor issue)

Incredibly slow service. It was very busy so at first I was patient and understanding, but it took an hour and a half to get our orders and it was very disorganized and inefficient in thr kitchen

Delicious food but toilets too near each other women's safety is important Incase if the obvious was to happen because it's extremely busy mcdonalds. I could see an argument starting even though I couldn't understand it too many people waiting at the entrance not waiting their turn.
