Bug and dirt alert!! This hotel must be downgraded to a 2star. I’ve stayed there a few years ago and it was not too bad but just stayed again a week ago and what a horrible experience. The hotel is tired and in serious need of renovations. The worse part was the bug infested room. To find a bug in a country with a hot climate is not the end of the world and we did find several bugs in the bathroom. But it didn’t end there. I woke up with bugs on our bed and on me. Then freaked out and found them on the wall and all over the gross carpet where they can only be found when you step on them. Please close down and renovate. The location is excellent but the place is in despicable condition!! I informed the front desk but he wasn’t too alarmed.

We were a little bit disappointed. The hotel was old and scruffy. The pool was very small. In addition, there were too few deckchair. There were beetles in our room. Air conditioning was broken or just so miserable. Wall-to-wall carpet was nasty. There were lots of dirty spots. Good things were location and room was silent during night time. Twinbed was good to sleep but sofa was partly broken and noisy.

VIP Executive Eden Apart Hotel was a surprise for me, and I probably got a special low-season price that was totally worth the money. This is probably a top choice in Lisbon if you are looking for a Standard Superior hotel. It's located right inside a prime historic building called Eden Teatro in Restauradores Square, in the city center. The staff was helpful and friendly, and check-in was easy and quick. The breakfast was very good with a buffet option offering everything you need for a hearty meal. The terrace view was amazing. Overall, it was an great stay.

This aparthotel is in serious need of a major renovation. The rooms are old/outdated and the carpets are very dirty. The bathroom door is bent and won’t close. The AC cannot keep the room cool enough. This is advertised as a 4-star which is not. The location is great and the rooftop patio has amazing views of the city.

Very good hotel. The room we hired was clean, good service, cleaned every day. Staff was friendly. Special in the breakfast room. The breakfast was spendid. Many fruit, bread, sweats, drinks, all was available. Staff quickly cleaned tables when a person was ready. Helpful and friendly. We stayed 9 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. Situated in the middle of the centre of Lissabon, so when you go out of your hotel and are in touristical area.

Check in and out was swift. Staff did a good job cleaning the room. The room itself was well catered with the basic necessities including dishwasher, plates, cutlery and towels. The only downside was the noise in the morning, sounded like a construction site in the early hours.

Excellent Aparthotel in the centre of Lisbon. Nice rooms, ours was at the front on the corner and on the 6th floor so we had good views of the street below. On the top floor is a terrace with a bar and a swimming pool. Fabulous panoramic views of the city and the castle. The only bugbear was breakfast. The food itself is excellent but the queue to get into the breakfast room on all three mornings of our stay was too long mainly due to the fact that tue breakfast room is too small. Otherwise highly recommended for a central place to stay in Lisbon.

Very helpful and friendly staff both the Front Desk and at the Terrace. The Terrace on the roof is Amazing!! Great location steps from Restradores Metro. The room was quite large by EU standards. There is a shortage of outlets to keep phones and electronics charged (we had to unplug the night stand lamps to charge phones). Nice kitchenette, fridge, hot pot, toaster, etc.. Comfortable bed, good enough WiFi. There was an "in room safe". The room was a bit dated but very clean and a wonderful value.

This hotel was pretty good. It is a standard European style hotel. The inside is a little dated, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchens are more than ample. The breakfast is okay, but it is fine if it included. The staff at this hotel are amazing and friendly and very welcoming. The location is really good which is close to metro and several bus lines! There are things extremely close to eat. The rooftop is amazing and it has pool!

Great location, great city, but the room was a disaster. There was a horrible rotten smell and in the last days of our stay the ceiling was leaking.

The location of the hotel is great- near bus/train/metro station and the Rossio Square. The rooms are in bad condition, so as the furniture. The breakfast is very poor, the dinning room too small, the staff not very polite, with some exeptions. It should be the three not the four stars hotel.

This hotel is great value for money, the location is top notch with the best rooftop view of Lisbon. Rooms are basic but the kitchenette is very handy for making breakfast or lunch.

Rooms are very old and the water from the kettle tastes like disscalar the hair dryer was really old fashioned and worked alright but after a couple minutes it got too hot to hold. But the service and view from the top was amazing and the location was perfect. Bakery restaurants shopping supermarkets all really close.

Lovely staff and very helpful. Some communication was challenging due to language barriers, but overall very advisable. Breakfast is good and variety is there, but the bread options are often not fresh. Lastly, the rooms are inconsistent with amenities such as a stopper to use the bath and clean towels.

A fine hotel with amazing rooms considering if used to be an old theater. Extremely clean which is a big plus. Lovely staff and very helpful. Some communication was challenging due to language barriers, but overall very advisable. Breakfast is good and variety is there, but the bread options are often not fresh. Lastly, the rooms are inconsistent with amenities such as a stopper to use the bath and clean towels. All can be easily overlooked with the central location, pool on the roof and calming view.

Perfectly located in the center, nearly next to famous line 28. Pool at the top of the hotel with magnificent view. Rooms are dated but still good.

Excellent location, wonderful rooftop bar with great views. Very comfy room.

I agree with other review writers, it is definitively a 3 star hotel...shower curtain (!) and ancient shower appliance, tobacco smell in the lobby, ancient carpets in corridors and rooms. Cleanliness was ok.

Decent hotel on a premium location. The rooftop is fantastic and has a 360 view around the old town of Lisbon

Superb location. Average hotel. We had an apartment up at the top with its own kitchenette. A slightly unusual experience, but it was fine. It had the most amazing views out over Lisbon from our balcony.

It might have been nice back in the 80's, but since clearly nothing has been done. Everything is falling apart. No air-conditioning, takes ages to get warm water in the shower and shameless treatment from the night reception. My advise don't go here very far from a VIP treatment.

Reasonably well priced, rooms are a bit dated but they’re clean and comfortable. There was a strange water draining noise on the 8th floor (we were room 810) around 8am every morning, that was a bit jarring, but thankfully it didn’t last more than 5 minutes each time. In general, it was decent.

Ummmm 🤨 this place could benefit big time for some improvements - it’s outdated! Also not much privacy, the cleaners kept opening your door around 8 am to clean it without knocking the door 🤯 where in the world that happens? Awful frightening we got here a couple of times

In general a very nice hotel, but beware of the amount of stag parties going on here. Loads of British lads occupying the public space doing nothing more than being loud and being there. The hotel should prohibit them from using the spaces like the swimming pool or terrace.

Meh experience. Good for sleeping and showering. That’s it. Lots of noises on the floors above me. Everything needs to be renovated. Please note, this not a 4 star hotel.

We wanted a hotel that was in central and have a swimming pool. This hotel seems to have ticked all of our boxes. We took bus 744 from the airport and it stops right in front of the hotel. Check in was done swiftly and the rooms was decent sized. It has hangers and a kitchen where it has a microwave, fridge and freezer and a kettle. Theres bath towels, shower anemities but no slippers. Theres a pool at the roof top with tables and chairs where you can eat on while admiring the scenery of Lisbon. For the minus 1 star: theres aircon in every room but the temperature is so high that it does not feel like theres aircon. I sweat through all of my nights there and needed a shower every morning. We had our rooms changed and its still the same. If you are bad with the heat, consider go somewhere else

The location is great (right in the city centre), but it's not a 4-stars hotel. The carpet in the hallway smells like something old that needs to be cleaned/changed, the bathroom is old-style, all in all, it needs a full renovation in order to really deserve the stars.

Smells of cigarettes in the halls and stairways. Hardest most uncomfortable pillows. Rooms not cleaned properly. Rude and indifferent front desk staff. Lights on timers even in the emergency stairs (fire hazard, not sure how this is legal). After cleaning left with one towel and no hand towels. Terrible all round. Roof top is nice but not worth the stay, many better roof top bars/pools.

City centre hotel with all things what you need is close by. Helpful and attractive staff. Metro, tourist office, Russio train Station, entertainment, bus stop and tons of restaurants in walking distance. All you need is a Lisboa card or a Viva pass to go around.

The hotel was clean and close to everything. The water 💦 pressure in the shower 🚿 was amazing and the water 🚿 was hot. Nice rooftop patio with pool 🏊‍♂️. The rooms had 2 small beds, smaller than a twin size bed. But I made it work. Also inside the room was a refrigerator, 2 stove eyes, and a microwave in the kitchenette. Looking out the window 🪟, was an office desk for working.
