For the price, this is a really good hotel. The rooms are tiny but they do have balconies if you are a smoker. The rooms are clean and feels new. The staff at reception is very helpful and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Our room was by the street so at night we did get a lot of noise from the rubbish collection and general traffic. I recommend asking for a room on the upper levels.

Good hotel, 15 minutes' walk from the best sights. Stayed here for the first time last year and I really liked it. The rooms are basically fine. It has everything a room needs. The rooms are basically fine. The staff is very friendly. When I arrived at 10.00, my room was almost ready and I was allowed to check in earlier. They also have a luggage locker: ideal so you can explore Lisbon first. I will definitely come back!

My sister stayed here about a year ago whilst on holiday, she realised she had some missing valuables after leaving the hotel, when she called the hotel and explained about the missing items they hung up the phone and refused to reply. Seems very suspicious, be aware of your belongings whilst staying here put them in a safe and lock your suitcases as they steal them.

The hotel is in a great location😊.very Central in the historic part of the city.in addition to having easy access to means of transport(metro,bus,tram).and very good breakfast.

One of the best and the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Absolutely amazing! There is a daily cleaning and new towels are provided every day if you want so. Breakfast was delicious. There is someone on the reception 24/7. The area around the hotel is very safe.

This hotel has everything i needed. A good breakfast to start the day, a clean room with comfy bed. The hotel people are very friendly. I recommend this hotel as its good located to get around Lisbon. I told to the taxi driver "I need to go to Lisbon City Hotel" and the taxi driver asked "and the name of the hotel, please". To start with this hotel is located in the centre and less than even a minute to the metro station. If you have a public transport pass it is a very convenient location. The rooms were clean even the shower. The door stopper was very annoying near the closet many times we hurt or feet by just stamping on it Room size was good They are taking card details as a security deposit which is scary, instead they should inspect the room if they have trust issues. No issue with hot water and air conditioning Things they can improve: Add a kettle to the room, door stopper can be towards the wall instead like a nail on the floor Overall good experience.

Very small rooms, impossible to open 2 luggage. Bad smell from the bathroom. The air conditioner is very noisy and has not been cleaned for a long time. After 5 minutes of work, the allergy to dust began.

Our room was so dirty. There was hair and soap on the walls of the shower and blood and mascara on the sheets. There are two buildings about a block away. One is like an aparthotel- where we stayed, the other is a hotel- where reception is. I wrote the full story in my booking review, but basically, it is disgusting and the staff will not do more than the absolute minimum.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Lisbon Portugal. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. The staff was kind and suggested several places to eat. It was perfect for our overnight stay. Location was great close to the best seafood restaurant ever!!! A Mariqueria do Lis. So delicious. For breakfast, we ate at Pastaria Anjos

Staffs were very nice. Location was convenient and just two stations away from the center. There was vaccum cleaning at 10AM in the morning which woke me up. That was really annoying

We stayed in apartment suites. Though the room was small but for just night stay it was perfect. Clean organized. Washroom had hot water , shampoo, towel etc supplies. Booked it last minute when I had to take a halt for a day before my next flight to my hometown and it served the purpose well. Can visit again .

We rent a room in an Apart-hotel and it was like a hotel room with a kettlebell, a couple of cup of tea, a minibar and only one chair, so it wasn't like and apartment room. When we made the check in, the girl at the reception asked for €50 euros for some kind of insurance but she didn't give us a receipt, we had to ask for. When we finally made the check out, the same girl "forgot" this €50, we asked for it and she asked for the receipt. So at the beginning, if we didn't ask for the receipt, we, for sure, had lost the money. So, to resume, poor service and not recommend this hotel or "Apart-hotel".

Very tiny rooms. Not announced in adverts. Very loud air conditioning and moisturous bathroom with constant running fan. Present concierge staff is in training or lacks experienced. Cleaning service was good and they did a good job. Found bedbugs and had to change linen coversheets. "How the mattress looked" I do not want to go into details, but not like a place you find rest.

Room 707 needs a little attention. Breakfast service is very good. Covid 19 protocols very good.

Everybody be careful in this hotel staff is the thieves. In the night 30-31 March I stay in hotel at 12:00 I check out and call them after 1 hour to ask about my iPhone change which I forgot in the room. That promos me to check and call back. Of course they never call me . Next day I call and stuff answer that they change shift and do not have information. I call again and got the answer that they didn’t see my charge. I’m sure I left my charge in the room and call to hotel from train ( couldn’t come and take) The stuff very rude and unrespectable. I call them next day to ask from the other shift but they safe my number and never answer my calls wherever I call or they pick up phone and without say hi or alo hang up the phone. Do not recommend this place. There is a lot much better hotels around without thieves.

Front desk young lady rolled her eyes when I asked if she spoke english. I am not sure what people in the industry think when paying customers are treated like this but I for one do not spend money with xenophobes. I took my 5 night booking elsewhere.

Great view, clean rooms and the reception is good. Only downside is that next door there seems to be a homeless shelter, there are a lot of alcoholics around when you step outside. Don't worry there is no harm, at least that's how we experienced it. After a coyote of days you are used to it and they do a great job helping those folks!

It's very clean and right in the middle of everything, besides every room has a balcony. We didn't use the breakfast service and the bar was closed but its still really pretty and affordable.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! The staff went out of their way to be helpful, from storing our baggage before check-in to getting us a taxi when ever we needed one. Breakfast was copious and there was plenty to choose from.. Excellent stay all around.. We found it better than we expected.

For the price you pay it’s decent, area it’s very poor and no parking unless you pay and park on the street. Rooms are decent size with balcony wich has a table and 2 chairs. Breakfast very basic and cold not freshly cooked. It’s alright
