I have stayed at this hotel thrice. In 2009, 2015 and 2017. This hotel is safe and secure. Staff are polite and guide you clearly for directions that you want. Their hotel breakfast is very good. I usually stay at this hotel as it is at close proximity to the main bus transport services called Sette Rios, so for my onward travel this hotel is a great stop over.

Nice and quiet place to stay. If you open the window you will hear the planes that are landing near this spot. But when the window is closed you will hear nothing. We stayed one night with our dog (+15€ additional fee and it's ok). Breakfast is good. Nice view to the city from the top floor

Worst example for Ibis hotels. I stayed in many Ibis hotels, but for the first time I saw that there were no slippers and hand towels in the rooms, when I asked the reception, I got the answer that this hotel is 2 star and normal. wifi is insufficient, speed test shows 1.5-2 mbps and this is not acceptable. We chose that otel because it is close to metro transportation, but there is easy access from -3rd floor, the parking garage door is closed in the evening, why? Does it make sense for those returning from the city tired? Do I have to go uphill? The only good thing was the cleanliness of the room.

Good budget option for a quick visit to Lisbon. The room was small but completely fine for a single person. Everything seemed clean.

I have been there for 4 days, rooms are lacking but what can you expect from an ibis. Room service generally isn't the fastest here but you're not travelling to Lissabon to only sit in a hotel room. The receptionists were nice and the service quality overall was good as was the price of a room per night. Walking to the next train station is only about 5 minutes so this is a huge plus. It's overall a great spot in the city because nothing is really far away. Would definitely book a room here again

.What a great place to stay at!!! When I got home this afternoon there was a knock on my door and when I opened the handy man was inquiring about a lamp that would not be working. I had not noticed anything so had not reported anything and I asked him in and he went right away to the thing at the wall next to the desk. Turns out this was a lamp and yes, when he tried to switch it on it refused all service. The housekeeping ladies must have reported it and it was promptly acted upon. Great hotel I am impressed.

Good hotel no frills but everything clean and modern. Young staff who were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection also. Hotel restaurant didn't have a great selection but there are many good eateries near. The hotel is very close to Sete Rios rail and bus stations , around 5minutes walk. Can reccomend and we will be visiting again for sure.

Okay place if you just want a decent place to sleep and shower. Rooms are very tiny with almost no place to walk around. Shower was excellent, great water pressure. Sink was clogged. About 1 hour walk to the center. Overall, can likely find a better place for the same price.

A quite standard hotel with pretty much all you need for your stay. There's a simple bar and restaurant at the bottom, and rooms are generally neat, tidy and modern enough. There's a wardrobe area, a table and chair, TV, but no safe or fridge. There's ample European plug power points at the table and a cabled plug with 2 USB A charging ports at the table that can be dragged closer to the bed. However, one disappointing thing was I checked the bed sheets straight after arriving and noticed some hair that was not mine nor housekeeping's so asked reception to have them changed. This isn't the first time I've experienced this so I got over it after they promptly replaced all the sheets and pillow cases for me upon my request. The hotel is also underneath the direct flight path from the airport so noise can be an issue. They do use decent soundproofing with the windows closed that dramatically reduces the sound to just a low muffled noise as planes pass. Other noise that's quite typical in these types of hotels occurs in the hallway where other guests can be chatting, laughing and moving around since the doors are far from noise-proof, and in Lisbon people go out partying, and flights for departing guests can commence really early in the morning. Otherwise service is quite good here and it's otherwise a pleasant stay for a no frills hotel.

Rooms are tiny, but rather clean. However, the price is low, so it is OK. Staff is friendly and helpful, speaks excellent English. Ridiculous story with breakfast. We came at 11.15, but there was almost nothing to eat. Almost empty shelves. Why you arrange breakfast till 12 if you can't provide guests with food? Also it was extremely dirty in the breakfast room. Coffee machine was in horrible condition.

Decent stay, Mid-size rooms and OK food - It is close to a metro station. Some of the rooms open to the pond nearby which is fantastic view. AC was NOT working during my stay and I was offered extra blankets to make me feel warm during winter season. Veg options were quite less in buffett but nice

Pretty good localisation, friendly services, our room was quite tiny. Bed was very comfy. Hotel is located quite close to the airport and you can often hear and see planes flying over.

The hotel is clean and well staffed. The service is good and courteous. The buffet breakfast has enough variety for everyone. However, they have a very unique and weird policy of not allowing any outside food in the lobby area because the lobby has a cafeteria. I don't know what they were thinking!

Great hotel, close to metro, animal friendly, but charges 15 per dog per night. Bar and breakfast room not accessible with dog. Affordable parking garage. Great option for visiting Lisbon.

We did not end up staying here because the air conditioning had not yet been switched on for the year. The staff were good with trying to find us a cooler room but then refunding our payment when we decided to go elsewhere. Much appreciated (tho the advertised aircon would have been even better!)

Hotel is located outside the city centre, but has excellent travel links. Ideal for those traveling on a budget. Breakfast has plenty of choice and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Room was adequate for the price and clean. Ideal for the length of time you would actually spend in there.

Wonderful experience. This I my 2nd time and the staff are fantastic. The reception and bar area very comfortable. The bedrooms comfortable and the building looks good to the eyes. Breakfast is stored my taste.

We found a very good Hotel! We were travelling with our baby. Rooms in very good conditions! We choose to buy breakfast in the morning because was also very good with a lot of things to eat and drink. But even because there is nothing to eat and drink nearby😅 The bar is open h24 and you can have a light dinner there. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and confortable. It is not near the city center and the subway is in 10 mins walking. However is a very good hotel in Lisbon. Probably we would reserve in other Ibis all around Europe.

They offer no complementary toiletries, which could be partially understood given the lower fees of the rooms, which was not my case. It is still a matter of choice, which makes a difference with other chains which do include that service for the same price. What is beyond comprehension is the fact that you have no means of acquiring either a toothbrush or toothpaste from a vending machine at the hotel. Considering that the hotel is a bit isolated, it's an impossible task to buy any toiletries in the area between 8 in the evening and 9 in the morning. This alone is a reason for me not to return to this hotel.

Budget minded hotel. Outstanding guest services. Both the front desk and bar staff are friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet. Great location.

Rooms are very very small compared to other star category hotels. It is only recommended if you are looking to stay in the city centre otherwise i would prefer to look another option. Breakfast is really good and the service is also okay.

there were no place to put the clothes like shelves. the water pressure at the shower was low. Planes flies above the hotel. if there's another hotel within the same budget, go there.

Rooms are clean but dated and needs an upgrade . Front desk is ok but on a less formal aspect . Requested a room at time of booking on a high floor but was given a room on the 2nd floor and informed that another room had poorly working air con . Surrounding area has deserted office tower blocks . Remember do not book an airport taxi .

Overall 4/5 Rooms were clean, staff were friendly No safe or fridge in the room Location is good 25 mins max to any part of the city The area however is quiet , you need to walk 10 mins for shops/restaurants

Kudos to the early check-in at 10am (status with Accor frequent guest program). Mattress is only slightly softer than a hard seat of the transAtlantic plane we just got off. It's a bit sore on the body. Only complaint was breakfast room. They are overstaffed and yet nothing was properly stocked at the buffet. Coffee machines need a lot of TLC.

The heating was not working at my first room. When the second evening I asked reception if heating was working they said it did and I that I didn't do something right. Upon my shouting they agreed to change the room and the person that brought me the key said to me that there was a problem. Hair dryer was not working, twice the key was invalidated and the seat on wc was wrongly installed. A mess!

The size of the room was very small with no coffee maker or hot water boiler for tea. Also no glasses for water or cups for coffee, only paper cups are available. The size of the bathroom is OK, but the bath towels seem to be old and overused. The breakfast buffet has very limited choices. What I like most about the hotel is the staff, very friendly and helpful.

A great hotel that exceeded my expectations! I wasn't expecting too much due to some reviews being a bit negative about the rooms and location, but for us we found a really clean room with everything we needed (no coffee making facilities but we don't tend to use those anyway so no big deal). Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and a friendly welcome. The location is about a three to five minute walk from the nearest metro station (Praça de Espanha) so easy to get to the metro in order to get into the main centre of Lisbon in about twenty minutes. There's also the nearby Sete-Rios train station (five to ten minute walk) that easily gets you to Sintra for a day trip if needed (and has a nice Lidl supermarket). A bit more of a walk and you can easily get to the lovely Parque Eduardo VII park. If it's a nice evening, check out the park on the other side of the road to the hotel that has the pleasant Verde Lima bar. The hotel reception always had friendly staff available to check us in or out or answer any questions, and while we didn't use the bar, it looked a nice place to relax. The aeroplanes overhead (it's near the airport) were quite frequent and noticeable outside or if the window was open, bit not overwhelmingly loud and once the window was shut we couldn't hear them at all. Would recommend if you're looking for a practical no-nonsense hotel!

The lock on my room was faulty. I had it re-keyed twice, but it took 15-20 times to get it open. Nothing, nothing nothing nothing, RED, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, GREEN I told the front desk but they said I must have demagnetised with my credit cards. I kept it in the little paper sleeve in a separate pocket. Sometimes it went in deeper than other times. The second time they said they'd sent someone to look at it. I don't think that ever happened. I've stayed in hotels before, I know when a lock doesn't work. This is completely unacceptable.

A standard Ibis, with the well known quality of this hotel. The crew is very nice. We are in a central point and it's easy to take an Uber to go everywhere. In Lisboa, Uber is cheap. After, you can easily rent a bike.

Very nice and clean hotel. Not too many amenities but kind of expected for an Ibis. Special mention to Isa at reception who was super informative and helpful.

We loved it here! So beautiful and so clean. Our room was spacious enough and had a great view from the 10th floor. Great staff. Great breakfast. Location was so convenient to two transportation hubs, one that goes to the old town (Praça de Espanha), and the other to Sintra (Sete Ríos). Close to all by Uber as well. We took a leisurely walk all the way to Bairro Alto (about 50 minutes), passing the beautiful Parque Central. The perfect hotel for our 5 night stay in Lisboa.

Staying here tonight and since checking in we've had to switch rooms already due to noise and thin walls. You can also hear people's phone conversations from the rooms on the same floor. The internet is horribly slow and so far they haven't been able to fix it. Also, this hotel is directly in the flight path for the airport. This is the 2nd Ibis I've stayed in Lisbon and they have both been awful. Only 70 euros a night should at least get you connected and comfortable in the room. Apparently this is too much to handle for this hotel. Stay away.

Decent prices. Simple small room. Great water pressure. Nice mattress.

Great stay. Nice friendly staff. But the rooms need to be more soundproof. Everything outside our room and even the elevators were audible.

Rooms were a bit small, and the breakfast didn't had a wide selection of products. On the other side, it was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Regarding the location, it's not ideal if you want to visit the city (you depend a lot on public transport, as there's not much to see around), but was close to the business I was visiting. Great discovery for me was that Monsanto was quite close, and could just go there for a jog.

Great hotel at price that won't break the bank. If all you need is a simple, comfy and clean place to stay, you got that here . Easy access if you driving (parking in the garage is through a back entrance and low cost) and close enough to a metro entrance. There's a wonderful garden/park in the back, too, for a quick stroll. Breakfast is simple but plenty, and the lobby bar has great pizzas and apple tart.

Perfect overnight stop for us, arrived late, bar lounge with food open 24 hrs awesome we were to tired to go anywhere. Check in easy staff great! Our room very small but was just fine, bed comfortable, there is morning plane over but we knew that. All in all great stay

You get what you pay for! The mattress topper slides off the mattress. The biggest deal breaker was that the Internet didn't work in the afternoon when multiple people were using it. Using data was faster 😢 Great hotel otherwise but WiFi is important to me.

I enjoyed my stay in your hotel very much. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The room was nice and very clean. I also enjoyed breakfast very much. Everything was extremely fresh. The location is great. I highly recommend it!

Ok. Staff gave me the wrong information about a beach so we drove the long way there and couldn’t Access. Also they had my creditcard on file and didn’t manage to use it when I ordered drinks or food at the bar. If you can’t do that just say it at the beginning and I’ll pay everytime I purchase something.

We stayed there 2 times, the first one was in the 4th floor, the pressure of the shower was really good, the bed was comfortable. In the second time we stayed at the 14th floor, the shower didn't have pressure, the bed was very uncomfortable. Besides that the breakfast is amazing and the staff there is very friendly.

Its a cheap and clean option to stay in Lisbon. However its not really close to the city center, so if thats a must for you this might not be the hotel for you! I personally didnt had any problems regarding the planes that flew over.
