Don't believe the good reviews. Rooms are not just small, they are tiny with just a bed and little space to move around. Other than the lobby, the decor is like a 1970's McDonald's. No one was at the reception when we arrived and we had to search to find someone to check us in. Not soundproof as stated in other reviews as we heard street noise and noise from the hallway, and the connecting room as well. Good location, otherwise think one can do better elsewhere.

This budget hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful, and the room, while small was totally. The location is also good with easy access to the metro. The only off note was the buffet breakfast which does not include any hot food all.

Honestly probably the friendliest place I've stayed this year on my travels. The team here are an asset to this hotel. Nothing was ever too nich trouble. Great links into the city. Only downfall is food offering and breakfast offering. However its a cheap option and is so to be expected. The food and breakfast however limited were certainly great tasting

The rooms are very clean, modern, and the hotel feels safe/is in a safe location. The staff were very friendly as well, front desk, cleaning staff, and kitchen/dining staff. The walls are a teeny bit thin but I tend to be sensitive about that. I wouldn’t say it was a huge issue. I found it a little odd that I wasn’t told that breakfast wasn’t included until I already ate there twice. I certainly should not have assumed it was free but telling me after I finished eating on my second morning felt just a tad misleading. I didn’t make a fuss about it, but wanted to let future customers know the breakfast is about €9 per person. The food was great, just would have appreciated more transparency. Also, there wasn’t a safe in my room, so maybe bring your own padlocks or something.

Standard Ibis, modernised room. Good front staff. Good location thus decent value for money. Quick access to airport. Bar staff seemed uninterested in working and complained about additional work I created when wanting to gather my bill towards the room.

The receptionist was more concerned with attending to new customers then the ones he had. I called 30 minutes from my room, and only when I tried my own phone he answered. When I then asked why, he got aggressive, and I felt uncomfortable the rest of my stay. Also, this hotel is not dog friendly. You have to pay 15 euro a night for your dog, and are not allowed to leave him in the room - which you do not want to stay in anyway, as it is cold and in bad condition. To pay 75 + 15 euro a night for this is a rip off, especially when you have to take two subways to get to the tourist area.

Warm welcome easy approach to metro, coffees around Great free wifi, AC was super. They allowed me a late c.out and it was very important to me, in order to go to a business meeting and go back to shower before the flight

This property is a great place to stay in Central parts of Lisbon. Rooms are spacious, nice and superclean. Bed very comfy. Bathroom nice with nice amenities. Best thing is staff: professional, friendly and warm people that make you feel welcome from the moment you enter. So nice. Stay here, you won't go wrong !

Title: A Nightmare Unfolds: A Disastrous Stay at Ant Haven Hotel Introduction: Nestled in the heart of Lisbon, Ant Haven Hotel boasts of comfort, luxury, and relaxation. However, what awaited me behind its doors was far from the tranquil retreat promised by its glossy brochures. My recent stay at Ant Haven Hotel was nothing short of a harrowing ordeal, plagued by an infestation of ants, filthy towels, broken fixtures, and incessant intrusions by clueless housekeepers. Allow me to recount the horror that unfolded within the walls of this so-called "haven." Ant Invasion: Upon entering the room, I was greeted not by the inviting ambiance of a luxury hotel but by a horde of ants marching brazenly across the floor. It was as if the room had been reserved not for me but for the six-legged inhabitants who had claimed dominion over every surface. No amount of insect repellent could deter their relentless advance, turning my supposed sanctuary into a scene from a horror movie. The sight of them crawling over the furniture, invading my personal space, was nothing short of revolting. Filthy Towels: The promise of plush, clean towels was shattered the moment I laid eyes on the sorry excuse for linens provided by Ant Haven Hotel. The towels, instead of being pristine and white, were marred with unsightly light brown stains that left me questioning their cleanliness. It was evident that these towels had seen better days, and the thought of using them sent shivers down my spine. Clearly, hygiene was not a priority for the management of this establishment. Broken Fixtures: As if the presence of unwelcome guests and soiled towels weren't enough, the room itself was a testament to neglect and disrepair. The toilet paper holder hung limply from the wall, barely clinging on by a thread. Every attempt to use it resulted in a cacophony of clattering as it threatened to come crashing down at any moment. The slanty TV mounted precariously on the wall added insult to injury. Intrusive Housekeeping: One would expect a modicum of privacy when staying at a hotel, but such expectations were shattered at Ant Haven Hotel. Despite politely declining room service upon check-in, the housekeepers seemed determined to barge in uninvited at every opportunity. Not once, not twice, but thrice did they violate my space, their incessant knocking followed by the intrusive sound of cards being dunked in the lock. It was as if my protests fell on deaf ears, with no regard for my right to peace and quiet. Conclusion: My experience at Ant Haven Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the ant-infested room to the filthy towels, broken fixtures, and incessant intrusions by housekeeping, every aspect of my stay was marred by incompetence and neglect. It is my sincere hope that no one else has to endure the horrors that I faced within the walls of this establishment. Ant Haven Hotel may claim to offer comfort and luxury, but in reality, it is nothing more than a den of despair. Avoid it at all costs unless you have a penchant for masochism and a fondness for creepy crawlers.

Satisfied with our stay and in line with our expectation. Hotel is well located and very accessible. The staff is courteous and assists in any way they can to make your stay pleasant. I also appreciated that the hotel accesses an app that connects to taxis services. Reasonably priced!

2 stars, just like the hotel. Small and very noisy rooms but high price for a 2 stars hotel. We will not book again here. The staff are very nice!!! One cute thing the cats on the roofs.

Perfect as always, ibis hotels are always the best choice because you are never disappointed. The rooms were stylish, big and clean. The hotel was also really stylish and the people working there were super friendly and spoke a lot of languages. The breakfast was really complete and always fresh.

It closes to few metro stations with walking distance, also has decent breakfast items, the only thing I don't like it was the mattres is to thin which didn't stay well,it made you have to adjust all the time.

the stay was nice. the staff is very pleasant, always in good mood and helpful, the breakfast was very decent (i loved the pasteis de nata, the contact grill and the juicer), the only thing I missed was a water boiler to make tea and some normal glasses/cup, there were only paper cups. otherwise i was satisfied

Very happy with stay, very central, breakfast lovely, bedrooms and bathroom clean and warm and has Air Con, taxi to airport Approx 15 euro downside - no tea or coffee making facilities in the room if you are a visitor take the tram no 28 for 3 euros it takes you all over the city and was a great way to soak in the atmosphere, time out market (lovely food)

Typical Ibis hotel. Rooms are ok, modern equipped and clean. We only had one short layover between 2 flights and so far everything was OK. Checkin and checkout was not completely satisfying in our case because our reservation was mixed up with another. In general I can recommend this hotel because it's only 10min from airport by taxi and everything else is also close.

I made a mistake and booked the wrong dates (in two weeks time) - even though the booking was made in the last 24 hours, and that the rooms could clearly be resold and filled in time, the manager insisted that the policy means that no refund (even partial) could be provided. Although the staff were friendly I feel that this is a predatory business practice and has put me off from staying at an Ibis again where there are other options. In the meantime I placed a booking at Hotel Luster a short walk away and for a fairly similar price which I must say is absolutely wonderful.

Nice and clean budget hotel with a good buffet breakfast situated slightly away from the city centre but with good transport connections nearby. It was ideal to use as a base for a 3-night stay in Lisbon.

So far my stay is fairly good. The room has double glass and therefoe is soundproof. The city noise does not get in and so you can have a nice nap even during the day or a good restful night. Is has a good balance of size not to big not to small . Bed is average comfortable. And the clean service is good. Breakfast has some variety of local fresh products but they could have better quality. Their not bad, but it could improve a bit. The staff is really nice and helpful. Overall ok service and extra point for the staff being so nice.

A very average hotel. The prices are good, but the rooms are very small. The breakfast is NOT good. The breakfast hours are between 6:30 and 12 o'clock but if you come later as 10 o'clock there's almost nothing left. So you definitely can't eat until 12 o'clock. That is extremely disappointing. If you're looking to save money, the hotel is a good decision but I wouldn't wholeheartedly recommend it. Maybe just spend a little more on a better one.

Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked At reception if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?" Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.

Nothing terrible but difficult to spot as the trees obscure the big red sign. Room ok but entrance dingy and lift floor looks wet it isn't the floor just needs replacing.

We had a very pleasant short stay. The room was clean, comfortable, with not much storage place but it was good priced. Breakfast was basic but it was good enough for us. Staff and manager are very friendly and helpful ! Location is perfect. Bus and metro stations are located nearby so we could travel through the city very easily all the time.

A good budget priced hotel. Rooms small but fully functional with big comfortable double bed, sound insulation from the road, nice bathroom with a great shower. Not much clothes storage but ideal for a mini break. Nice friendly staff and large bar/rest area. Breakfast very decent with continental style food. No hot food. Plenty of coffee. 7am to 12 am. Local area away from the tourist trap and there is a good supermarket and pastry /restaurant just down the road, along with some nice shopping. Easy access to the centre of the city via a bus at the top of the road. Renovation works didn't start till 10am

Best thing about this hotel is the people working there. 👍🏼👍🏼 The rooms are small but functional and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was fine to get you going each morning. The location is nice as there are shops, restaurants, and public transportation just a short walk away. Tip: If you stay in Lisbon for a couple of weeks like we did and need to wash clothes, there is a place close by. Take a right out of the hotel and its on the right just down the street.

Very basic hotel with bad value for money. The rooms are small and smell musty, the pillows are cheap, the shower temperature randomly changes between hot/cold while you shower, the breakfast has no hot food or vegetables, there’s no mini bar, no kettle, the phone in the room doesn’t work, the TV barely works… Honestly don’t bother, pay an extra €10 per night and find a much better 3* or 4* hotel nearby. That’s what I’ll do next time.

The hotel is under renovation now. No notice was given prior to booking nor at check-in. Renovations appeared to last from 10 am thru 6 pm during our entire stay. There was also 1 morning where a fire alarm went off for no reason. When asking staff for a way to mitigate the construction noise they did not offer an alternative room/floor but instead suggested we sit in the bar/cafe area the entire day instead of our room. We only recommend staying at this location as a last resort or after a heavy night of drinking.

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. Great friendly service. Convenient parking with direct hotel access. The room was super. Big enough and newly renovated, completely quiet. We keep this place in mind for the next time in Lisbon. The location is central.

Overall the stay was good - bed is comfortable, reception is friendly. Only thing to improve is there were some construction noise during the stay which was distributing, to minimise the noise in certain period of time would be great. And there's no kettle and cup inside room, I have to get hot water from the bar on ground floor which was really inconvenience. I thought a standard hotel would include one.
