I stayed in the Olissoppo on a couple of occasions in the same week for business. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped, modern and very comfortable. I didn’t give all stars to the room because there was no iron for clothing but there is a room available downstairs to irons. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is not a 4 stars hotel, the room was big and clean, but I had bugs in my room. The interior is chabby, and they use plastic sheets on the bed!!! You have to buy drinking water in the bar. There was no iron or hair dryer in the room. In the bathroom there was only soaps, nothing else. I stayd for 5 days, I had to ask for new towels. The service at the front desk was very poor. Most of 4 stars hotel, offer you to lent umbrellas, here you have to buy it. The breakfast was cold. Spend your money somewhere else.

Hmm, I've stayed here multiple times for business in the past; 5 stars then. Now, there are too many issues with the room and service. (See section below on details about room.) Beds were made incorrectly: the duvet cover bottom was on top. Also, smoothing out the matras protector and bottom sheet apparently is not part of making the bed and were wrinkly when you removed the duvet. Housekeeping did not make the beds after the first night. Also, when you leave and enter the hotel, the people at reception do not acknowledge you, let alone say anything. They do not even look up. To me this is not a room, nor service level, you would expect in a 4 star hotel.

Extremely loud with parties going on in the rooms at 1am. Hotel staff do nothing about it but say they can't do anything. They promised free valet parking but could not get someone to retrieve our vehicle and we had to do it ourselves yet they still charged for the parking fees. The room is incredibly basic with essentially no basic needs met (no tissues, glassware etc). The only positive is it's close to the station but there are a few other properties that are as well.

The check in was great and that was about it. The rooms are run down and the beds are very hard. The left no shower gel in the bathroom and the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. The noise level was extremely loud It sounded like they were doing construction outside my window. Overall not a 4 star. The hotel the lobby is nice but the rooms are not. I would Save your money or book somewhere else.

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be let down. Great service by Sandra at the reception desk! Loved the hotel and the location is good as well if you’re only staying over night and are traveling by train or plane.

Def a 4-star hotel. Beautiful decoration. The aesthetic of the place speaks class. Right in the city center. Everything is within walking distance. Metro is about 5 min walk. Casino right next door. Will be returning.

Spacious hotel with good amenities. Clean rooms and good service. Good food and great location. Zero soundproofing means you can hear noise from other rooms- literally word for word conversations, toilets and showering / waste water drainage. Sleeping was an issue as a result, which is a shame, as we will not be returning or recommending for business or leisure. Please soundproof rooms, the cost is worth the investment in the long term !

We love this hotel. Top notch service. Has the best breakfast buffet in Portugal. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located, almost across the street from the major Orienté train station and public transportation hub. Hotel is only minutes walk from a classy shopping centre, and about a 10 minute taxi ride, only about €10, from the airport. What is not to like?

Stopped here for the Madonna concert at the Altice Arena. Perfect location for the venue and shopping. Large rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly service.

Ok Hotel location good for getting about. We had 2 night break. Front of house reception staff are great. The bar staff are very slow. The breakfast good choice but hot buffet cold!Very tired furnishings and bathroom needed updating.More a conference hotel really.Would not return as donot agree with the 4star rating.

The #1 aspect of this hotel is its location, in proximity to both the train and airport. I cannot comment on the other aspects of the location, as I was only there to overnight. I give this hotel 3 stars because the furnishings in the rooms were shabby and in serious need of repair; loose knobs and peeling varnish kind of thing. Additionally, they had really nice toiletries but no conditioner was provided. I have never stayed at a 4-star hotel that did not provide shampoo and conditioner. It was a bit disappointing after reading the reviews and the front desk staff, though friendly, weren't helpful in the slightest.

The accommodation was extremely comfortable and ideal for a single night. ideal dimensions for two persons. If you want to be close to the airport, it is the ideal location, and there are also many eateries around (including good Chinese restaurants). On-site parking is available, although there is a small fee (not too costly). I'll undoubtedly return to this hotel. You could overpay for this hotel if you want, but if not I found the price per night to be way lower on Locktrip to 137£ instead of 364£ on booking and official site, also use this LMUKR code I found for more discount before you login, enjoy!

So I am going to break this down into a bit more, as I cannot review different aspects of it via a star rating as a whole. The reception and check in process was great and that is a 5/5. The room would be a 4/5 and a whole lot of 5's for the cleanliness. However, the disappointing part of it was the misinformation one of the receptionists dispensed towards booking a taxi ride(for a flat rate). We were given a totally wrong rate as was confirmed by the Taxi driver later on. For all we know, or do not, it may have been either in the wrong, but all evidence points towards misinformation. This unacceptable, misleading and could have been prevented. So, all in all, the experience was alright with room for improvement.

We are just so satisfied with your hotel. The staff were lovely, breakfast was great and the room was so clean and cosy 😍

A think this is not a four star hotel. It doesn’t seem to have staff who care about customer service. The check-in was one of the dullest I have encountered. The room in standard and the breakfast nothing special. I give Olissippo 3 stars, definate room for improvement especially with the staff.

I was not guest of this hotel. I was there for a conference. The environment is nice. Their service is good. Location is good but parking the car will be a bit tricky as hotel is in red zone. But for people that use public transport is perfect as it is close to railway station. Good place for organising events.

An excellent hotel if you're staying in Lisbon. Fast and quick Wi-Fi, friendly staff who are very accommodating to English speakers, and a beautiful and well-kept hotel with a delicious breakfast. The Metro is also a quick walk down the road for easy access to the rest of the city.

Rooms were spacious enough and good value for money. There's a big mall Vasgo da Gamma about 5 minutes away, right in front of the Oriente train station. They are open until midnight 🥳 There's not so many things to do around there besides the mall and the Oceanario, maybe just a walk on the promenade. The hotel was about 7-8 minutes walk from the Oriente train station, we arrived from Porto by train (3 hours ride, quite convenient, recommended) and spent the night there before our flight, it's really close to the airport.

Stayed with family during the vacation travel. Quiet and cozy rooms, very well placed near Oriente inter-modal station. Good for family, I suspect very good for business but it is not a vacation hotel.

Great People at the reception and at the bar, with very positive attitude and approach 🤩 Very nice hotel, close to the train, bus and metro station. Clean, spacious and quite modern rooms, excellent breakfast. I was very pleased to stay there and for sure will come back again 👍 thank you Olissiopo Oriente Team. Great job done 👏

Not a 4 star hotel! Reasons; no individual toiletries in room, single ply toilet paper, no tissues, no face cloths, hand held shower in the tub, thin towels and small bath mat, no iron or ironing board (on request, but so few had to wait and then return asap!), hair dryer on short tether and hold to operate button, paper tooth mugs… seriously! Plastic floors in rooms, junior suite bedroom was like a prison cell, living area cold and uncomfortable with old furniture, two old TV’s operated with one remote! Very limited choice buffet breakfast, no table service for tea/coffee with long lines at dispensers, no toast machine! Long wait times to clear dirty plates from table, tables placed in front of active doorways. Saying that, the hotel was very clean, customer service and maintenance generally good, but everything is done with cost cutting in mind it makes the experience feel really cheap. No luxury here, that’s for sure!

Nice hotel good location for that part of town plenty to see close by. You can walk to many restaurants and also the shopping area. There is a good vinyl store downstairs in below the station area and lots if normal chain type shops in the galleries. Some nice walks through the park natural. Hotel staff are helpful and happy to get an iron or other things that are not standard in the room. Only complaint is 2.50 euros for a 300ml bottle of still water in the mini bar is a very high price.

Decent room, good staff. Decent breakfast, just be careful of thoughtless patrons that will use the serving tongs on various items rather than the item they're assigned to (nearly every single item has its own set of tongs, so no need to use meat tongs on the pastries..which is what I saw!) Oh, the corridors are very creepy at night though. I'd prefer they add a night light alongside with the automatic sensors because when get out the elevator and turn into your corridor, it's pitch all dark until the corridors sensors kick in. It was creepy, not gonna lie.

I've stayed in the hotel while hosting a conference event in their premises. Almost everything is ok, except the coffee breaks on the first day - thereafter the quality improved. The service was outstanding and the rooms are exactly what we could expect from a 4 stars hotel.

  • 3/5 Tom H. 5 years ago on Google
This hotel seems like it was once opulent, but is at least 20 years past due for an update. The upholstery on the furniture is threadbare. Mold in the shower grout. Bathroom sink only drained at a crawl, etc. Buffet was the only option for dinner, and the food that should be warm/hot was cold, and visa versa. In sum, this hotel was probably really nice when it was built, but management is not only struggling to keep it updated, but even to keep up with general maintenance. It’s not a dump, but there will be concessions if you’re used to staying at modern and well maintained hotels.

LOVED MY STAY HERE. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Room service was excellent. Wifi was excellent. Room was spotlessly clean and beautiful!! TV had many channels. I was allocated 2x single beds when I wanted 1x double/queen bed.

Well situated hotel alroightw the reason I am giving it 2 stars, I asked for a quiet room and they gave me the opposite. Room next to lift. Also asked for king bed and they gave me two double. They did send me an email to confirm my demand but nothing was done actually. I call this a joke. Just don't tell me anything.

Nice hotel in the Parque das Naçöes area. A business hotel easy to reach from the airport or from the nearby Oriente station. Kind and professional staff. Great service and great breakfast with a wide choice. It's the first time I've taken honey directly from the honeycomb: a touch of refinement. Congratulations
