I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights without breakfast so I can't comment on the food, but during our stay it was peaceful and everything was just how we expected. It was a little hot at night in the rooms, I did put the Aircon on but I didn't see it made much difference, however I might have been doing something wrong! The location is a little out of the centre but within walking distance to many great bars, cafés and restaurants. Public transport is easy to use around the city too so this wasn't an issue for us.

For a 2-star hotel, this was really very good! It is situated in the city center allowing you to simply do everthing by foot. Only small regret I have is that the breakfast was always composed of cold food and for a longer stay that can become a bit boring.

Very very nice location, close to city center and 2 subway station. Being a regular of Ibis brand and visited many of their locations I can tell you this: it is the most quiet location I have visited, vefy nice staff, and the breakfast, although basic, trust me, is delicious. Love their coffee, juice, bread, eggs, etc. A piece of advice for Accor-Ibis: copy this hotel! Special thanks for the staff, 5 stars people! The rooms are very small, and at least a rug in the room would be very helpful.

The good thing about Ibis is that you have a proper standard that is followed everywhere. Then, like here, you have the nice staff making the experience even better. Also, the Accor loyalty status doesn't pass unnoticed as in other places - you get an even warmer welcome, a nice welcome tray and a much appreciated upgrade (if available I guess). I would gladly return.

Very clean, comfortable bed, near to the city center and almost everything. Hotel staff changed the towels every day. In the same time we enjoyed our privacy. I would recommend the hotel!

First time staying with Ibis, and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and clean, and there was a good AC in the rooms, too. The shower got hot quickly and was a decent pressure. Shampoo and body wash provided. Also just to note the Staff here were top notch- friendly, professional, and kind! We felt well looked after here. We opted for the breakfast and enjoyed it greatly. Its the same thing every day though so if you're staying for a while then note that as you might find yourself getting a bit bored with the selection at the end of the first week, but there are plenty of other cafes and restaurants near by if you feel yourself craving a change! The real treasure for this hotel is that it's reasonably priced but right in the heart of Lisbon so you can walk to pretty much anywhere. 10min walk to the metro/trams/busses so the world is your oyster really. The room lacked enough bins and storage for clothes, but that was my only gripe. Highly recommended!

I was extremely well attended by the staff and rooms were clean and comfy. After visiting Lisbon and Ibis Liberdade for the past 17 years I can notice the rooms were refurbished but the high quality attitude and friendliness from staff are the 5-star point of this hotel, specially Carla who did my first check in back in 2006…

Worst customer service ever. I don't recommend a stay at this hotel.

No issues at all but unfortunately no slippers or tea and coffee facilities in the rooms

Great customer service but if there is coffee and tea facilities in the rooms would be nice

We stayed there only 1 night but it was very pleasant. The room was calm and clean. The parking is a bit difficult for a big car, but I big plus for the center of Lisbon. The people were very kind and ready to help. Breakfast was nice with enough variety.

Room was too small. It didn’t have a mini fridge and no bin in bedroom area. The bin in the toilet had no bag and they only gave us 1 middle size towel per person. We didn’t have face towels. No complementary water bottle in the room. The room and corridor also seemed to be quite old. Breakfast was nice that’s why I give it 2 stars.

Check in and check out very fast but no one help me for the luggage. Everything quit smaller but I understand. The breakfast was ok not many selections but quality was good.

Rooms were very clean and the staff exceptionally polite. For a 2star hotel the breakfast was ok but not with many options. My room had an issue with bad smell from the sink which was a bit annoying but other than that the hotel was exceptionally good.

The hotel can compete with 4-star hotels. It is your average ibis, but clean, spacious and well-kept. The location was very good for my needs, close to the Avenida da Liberdade. I would book it without hesitation again.

Amazing hotel! Everything was perfect and clean, nice bathroom, bed, tv, near metro stations, supermarkets, everything you need. And excellent for the price! Absolutely recommend!

Solid for a 2-star hotel. Good location, helpful staff, fast wifi. Note that there is no fridge or safe in the room.

All that you expect from an Ibis Hotel, nice clean and modern. Loved that the front desk tries to use as little paper as possible and that they have recycling bins in the lobby. Didn't try the food but saw signs saying that they had food 24h. Breakfast was $7.40 €. Its located very close to Liberdade Avenue on a steep hill and close to the Barrio Alto neighborhood. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom very modern and spacious. Definetly will consider when visiting Lisbon in the future.

It's a whole new ibis. I hadn't stayed in ibis in a longtime and I only went there because of the Accor Hotels fidelity program and because it had a very good price/location. I was surprised because they've managed to add quality and design to the ration. It goes way beyond the two stars. Also would like to highlight the plastic free and sustainable responsible breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location is very good - sited just off Liberdade Avenue. They have on site parking, but the helpful staff are happy to advise on cheaper alternatives nearby. The rooms are small but comfortable, clean and modern, and let's be honest, you don't visit Lisbon to spend all of your time in your room (I hope). They have an onsite bar and restaurant with breakfast offered at €6.90 although we didn't make use of this service. There are also bars and cafes within a short stroll. I would be happy to stay here again.

Nice Ibis hotel. Lovely staff very helpful. Rooms are good, with a comfy bed. Just what you need after a days walking around Lisbon. Would stay again.

Great location. Near metro and main shopping area. Rooms small but comfy. Breakfast disappointing better to go elsewhere.

Great location with easy access to all public transportation and other business in general. The hotel staff is very attentive and I’d like to send a special thanks for the front desk agents Alisson and Hugo for all the feedback about the attractions to visit and helping us navigate around Lisbon. Our room was very cozy and the breakfast was very good. We definitely had a great experience.

I was surprised by the bathroom how modern and new it looks like - definitely not the typical (ugly) ibis bathrooms! Great! It is located at a good spot. The reason why I am nevertheless giving only three stars is that I expect people to speak English in a big international hotel chain in a capital city. People working there were more neutral than friendly (which I rarely experienced in Portugal), but it is a downside if I have to slow down with my English (that is not my mother tongue) and have to use basic words in order to explain something. Another thing was that the card didn't work when I came back to the hotel on the 2nd night or so. This also never happened to me before in any other hotel. Yeah it happens, but it just adds more saltiness to the "meh" experience. Fair price tho, so will see if I will come back here.

Dishonest and disrespectful people working in this company! They will easily lie to your face! I don't recommend anyone to have business with them!

Clean, safe, central and value for money. Single beds are very small though for someone 180cm+!

We had a nice stay but unfortunately something must have gone wrong between our booking through the Mercure app and the booking on the ibis system. We had booked a double but the hotels system said we had booked a twin. There were no doubles available during our stay which was irritating but the staff were polite, the room was clean and the location is perfect.

Ibis staff are always so friendly and welcoming, I never leave without a smile. After the assistance of my friend on reception to release my car from the parking, I owe a big "thank you"

The location was great, with easy access to two metro lines but also within walking distance of lots of good sights and areas. The hotel staff are friendly and happy to help. However the room experience wasn't good - constantly smelling cigarette smoke through the vents, and the shower would flood the bathroom as the door wouldn't close properly.

Very nice clean and calm and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend it. Only bad point is that you will need to climb the hill to come here so not recommended if you carry heavy luggages

Lobby was nice. The rooms were on the small size. No room for luggage. Only one small shelf in closet for clothes. With a small rack for hanging clothes. Shower was good size. The toilet was cramped in a small area good thing I am not tall would have hit my knees on wall.

Great location, amazing and friendly staff. Nice bar open 24/7 serving food as well. Not persistent housekeeping which actually respects 'do not disturb' singing at the room's door. Strangely there was no rubbish bin in the room.

I’ve stayed in a suit room. Sitting area was too dark. No lighting and no power outlet. Cleaning was not great. Really disappointed about that. Location was just ok. It was located in between two metro station but you have to walk very steep hill to reach the hotel. Reception staff was the best. Very warm welcome was received and they were very friendly every time I get back to hotel.
