Currently staying here! Departing tomorrow. I just had to come on to say ‘this hotel is perfect and the staff are amazing’ we arrived early Tuesday morning and were warmly welcomed we knew we were too early to check in but they took our bags and recommended some nice places for breakfast on our return our room was ready, we had amazing views of the square. The apartment was spotless. The staff have been fantastic nothing has been too much trouble! 100% recommend this hotel ❤️

We loved this hotel! Me and my mom stayed here for 5 nights. The best thing was the location. It is the perfect location for your first trip to Lisbon - right in the center of everything (but still calm and quiet, boutique vibe). Every transportation you need is short walking distance, same for shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful :) breakfast was a small yet quality buffet. Room was nice and clean and overall stay was calm and enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.and will stay here again when I'm back in Lisbon :)

What a great place to stay - the location is perfect, and the staff are wonderful. The room I stayed in was spotless, the bed comfortable and the shower was great! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I left a charger and headphones in my room (realised when I got home) and Mariana arranged to mail them to me, at no cost. Without doubt, this went above and beyond. Stay at My Story, you wont regret it!

We were lucky to get a very quiet room. It was small but very comfy and clean. The bathroom was perfect too, and the staff was kind and helpful. Honestly, l don't think you can get a better deal. The location is just perfect.

Great location, although be aware: if you request a view of Rossio Square, as we did, you'll probably be in a teensy attic room. The view was fantastic, but the room was really small. All the staff were wonderful and helpful.

This hotel could not be more central. Staff are s friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more than adequate. Lobby Is tiny but breakfast room large. Rooms are tiny but well-designed! Perfect for sleeping!

An excellent hotel in a central location. We arrived very early 6:30am. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. It's a very central location and lively at night. The rooms are small which is worth bearing in mind if you have large bags.

Very cute little hotel right on the Rossio square. My room was spacious, en-suite, with a large bed. Breakfast is very diverse, 15 Euros per person

Nice rooms. Great location but a bit crowded in the plaza. If you want a peaceful upscale neighborhood, not for you. Good breakfast, worth it if included. Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly.

The front desk are kind and responsive but seem very new. The rooms are very clean but with a kind of bizarre layout in our case. There's a sofa that blocks the door to the bedroom from closing. And we had requested separated beds. This was confirmed to us but instead we arrived to one King bed. The housekeeping staff were gone for the day and evidently nobody else can separate the beds. Weird. We did get extra blankets and they separated the bed the next day. The location is extremely convenient. Breakfast is pretty standard. The room for breakfast is pretty, with fun chandeliers that make prisms everywhere. But it's REALLY cramped in there. The coffee machine was very slow and not good. Overall not a bad experience, but I probably will stay elsewhere the next time I'm in Lisbon.

The rooms are clean the breakfast is really good. When we were arriving with a family of four and we were asking where to park/unload the car, he said he has no clue, which was more than disappointing service to me.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and the view was spectacular, but above all the hotel was immaculate and the service was outstanding. This hotel is wonderful for a minimalist as there really is no storage area except for one very small closet, but that's okay. It's well worth making it work!! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The food was great both upstairs for breakfast and at the Cafe Portugal.

The location of My Story Hotel Rossio is great. The front desk staff is great. The room was clean. However, this is the smallest hotel room that I have ever stayed in! There was about 18" between the foot of the bed and the wall. No good place to open a suitcase. You had to put the coffee pot on the floor to be able to get it near an outlet. No outlet next to the bed in our room. The shower was great but the hairdryer barely worked so we requested another from the front desk. The breakfast was very attractive and lots of variety but many things were cold and not so tasty. This hotel was not inexpensive and I expected more. I rarely post a negative review but I wish I had seen this in the reviews before I booked this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is its central and convenient location to most of the tourist areas. The room was a typical small European room with a tight bathroom. One day after room service made up the room, the bed was found to be soaking wet for an unexplained reason. We didn't opt for the breakfast so cannot comment on it. Staff were helpful and very accommodating when we arrived in the morning long before check in. Room was remarkably quiet with the window closed.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at My Story Rossio Hotel, Lisbon, especially Waleed but also Ines,Thomas, Alfonso and others, who helped make our stay great. The rooms were perfectly appointed, quiet and the location quite simply an not be beat. Breakfast is gorgeous, and the restaurant on the plaza perfect for taking in the surrondings and good food. Great value for a wonderful hotel!

We loved our stay! Room was very clean, lovely breakfast, and the location is absolutely perfect. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, but especially Rita and Afonso who could not have been nicer.

The location is PERFECT! The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had in Europe and the rooms were great with big beds and soft pillows. Highly recommend. (full disclosure - we had a suite)

Perfect location for tourists wanting to explore the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine, but it looks nicer than it really is, as most of the options are sweet pastries not suitable for breakfast. The room was clean, but not practical. They've gone for some cute touches that look nice. But it created a small, unusable space. Anyone with lots of luggage will struggle to find a place for it, either on the floor or the mini wardrobe.

A warm welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even upgraded us to fantastic room overlooking the square. Rooms are clean modern and so spacious. Great value and very central location.Keep up good work. We will come back.

I was there for 4 days and loved it! Very cleaned and lovely rooms! Helpful and nice staff! Also great location, close to many of the main attractions. On top of that, it was my 30th birthday and found chocolate cake and spumante offered with the hotel's compliments. Would definitely recommend it! Thanks to the staff for the lovely stay :)

Loved the central location, amazing views and excellent service. All the staff were very helpful and were able to store our luggage before check in and after checkout because of a delay with our next accommodation. Minor gripe was lack of crockery and cutlery and power points in our room but we managed OK. These guys helped make our stay in Lisbon a memorable one.

My stay was just for one night, but it was enough to love the hotel. Super clean, cozy, well located, excellent breakfast and helpful staff. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Lisbon.

I spent here 4 nights. It was a most pleasant stay. I liked the room a lot, it was stylish and towards the backstreet so quiet enough considering the great location in the middle of everything. The bed was great. Air conditioning worked well. WC shower ok. Breakfast was very good. The only minus was that the room did not have cabin space enough for the clothing - so I kept part of it in the suitcase. The location cannot be better, I think. I would recommend to ask for as big room as possible.

Fantastic location on Rossio Square. Excellent friendly staff. Gorgeous room with 2 sofas & 2 televisions. Huge bathroom with fabulous shower. Plenty of eating and drinking options in the local area. Great transport links. Highly recommend

Loved it! Was for a business trip and I had no complaints. Rooms great, bright and well equipped, staff very friendly and helpful, fast internet for Work, location ideal. Breakfast could be a bit more diverse for longer stays but really that’s a small thing :) will absolutely come back!

Very clean, helpful staff, good location. The room was very uncomfortable and poorly designed in that there was little room for luggage and clothing, no hooks to hang clothes, towels, or even the two robes provided for our use.

Location: almost perfect. Not far from the old town and the castle, not far from the river bank, very close to the subway. Service and staff: not sure if it's just this hotel or the whole Lisbon, but the service was unexpectedly good - much better than in expensive network hotels in US. Very delighted to have stayed here; will be very glad to visit again.

Great place to stay for many reasons. Right in the heart of it all, superior and caring staff, the best of the best complimentary breakfasts including wonderful croissants. And to make things even better? A Starbucks a block away! Grin. Seriously one of the best.

The location is perfect. It's walking distance to all the best tourist destinations. The rooms are nice and very modern. They upgraded us to a room with a great view. I'm not a big fan of the showers workout shower doors and I really don't like that they don't have air vents in there. Also they have the tallest toilets I've ever seen.

Disappointing restaurant experience. We have just shared our last meal in Lisbon and the food was mediocre. Banana milkshakes were delicious, but sangria had little taste and was watered down. We are therefore unable to recommend this dining establishment.

Just avoid yourself the awful experience of going to the bar. It's the worst way I can think of starting a day. Juice made out of powder, chaotic stuff, senless waiting time...

Great experience! Very well located near stores, restaurants - we took the scooter back from the water in no time (and other night we walked). Felt safe. Hotel is nice, has elevator, we got there early for check-in so we left our luggage at the front desk and when we got back they had brought it to our room. Cute room, nice shower. They surprised me on my birthday with a cake and champagne! Very thoughtful of them 🤗

UNTRUSTWORTHY The hotel is central and in good state, although the bathroom was quite dysfunctional (especially the sink that is abnormally shallow, and water is spilled everywhere). We did however lost in the room an expensive brand linen white T shirt that we had left on the bed. We imagine that during the change of the sheets, it was taken with. The hotel told us that they could not find it. They did not even apologize stating that it is not their fault !! Even if this T shirt costed more than 100 euros and had emotional value for us (gift). They did not offer any gesture to compensate. I do not know if it was a theft or just bad organisation (i had already noticed that the cleaning staff was moving our staff during the cleaning) but globally we were really disappointed and we no longer trust this hotel.

It's our 3rd My Store hotel in Lisbon (not an ad lol). We like the first 2 hotels we stayed at but couldn't get consecutive days so discovered 3 of them. We loved Rossio the most. Great room and view, perfect location, very friendly and caring reception, abundant breakfast. Had doubts about facing a busy square and being above a loud bar but the soundproofing worked great and we had a good sleep. Highly recommend.

Great location and friendly staff. Walkable to many different neighborhoods in Lisbon as Rossio is so centrally located. The room was very comfortable, we had a huge bed and a lot of space for lounging. The shower has a really nice rain shower head. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I recommend this hotel, best location, very good breakfast & food, ftiendly staff. But narrow rooms. I wasted one day awaiting to get wine bottle opener. Water. Shower water pipe was out of order and needs to be repaired or replaced. Price is acceptable.

Very nice location in the middle of it all, nice huge rooms (got a suite/upgrade) and front desk-Alfonso is great and friendly. After 10 days traveling in Portugal and 2nd hotel in Lisbon for an overnight stay for an early flight back to US. We wished we had stayed here the first 4 days in Lisbon. I already texted my friends to stay in this hotel.

Well priced at the last minute for us to attend Web Summit and in an excellent location. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The room was clean and the shower was big. There was not enough light in the bathroom which was very weird. There were also two couches put into a small space. Our room was shaped like an "L" so when you first walk in, there is a couch right there. You have to open the door all the way in order to get in and out of the room. The bed was very comfortable.

Definitely a 3 star hotel, but some of the best value I've seen. I very much enjoyed the 1 bedroom layouts. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The location was great for walking and the view of the square outside was a nice surprise on top of everything.

I was very happy with my recent stay at MyStory Rossio Lisbon the first week of December 2022. We booked direct, based on the website noting priority for early check-in for those that book direct. We knew we were flying in early and wanted to get in the room as soon as possible, and the front desk was able to accommodate, which was awesome! The room was great! We had an overview of Rossio square below which had a great Holiday Market going on all month. The room was clean, well maintained, and modern. The included breakfast was excellent as well. Starting at 7am, fresh cut fruit and yogurt, various coffee and juices, meats, cheese, scrambled eggs, ham, and numerous pastry. Front desk was great for suggestions on tours, sites, and car rental. This location is centrally located to all subway, trains, sights. I couldn't have been happier. I would definitely recommend and stay at Mystory hotels again.

Stumbled on this hotel by accident and it was fantastic. From check in to check out everything was excellent. The bedroom was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and there was ample selection. Location was perfect for getting to and from Airport and the train station was beside us making it an easy adventure to Sintra. We were at many of Lisbons sights within a short walk including the first stop for tram 28.

I booked this hotel for my Irish parents and they are just back today and they had nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. They said the staff were lovely and so helpful and really made them feel welcome, going above and beyond what you would expect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon for the first time.

I absolutely love everything about My Story Hotel Rossio! First of all, the staff is incredible! Everyone is friendly and helpful, and made my stay very special! In particular, many thanks to Inês and Cristiana in reception and Julia in the breakfast room. My room with a view of Rossio Square was so beautiful! The breakfast selection was great. The location of course is perfect, right in the center of everything. I dream about when I can come back here again!
