Ideally located boutique hotel on Ave Liberdade; competes well against the 4 and 5 star properties across the street. Gucci and other lux stories as well as excellent restaurants are just next door. Parking available in the Tivoli Plaza where the hotel is co-located, and room service is available. I was upgraded to a very spacious suite, and there’s a nice view from the rooftop pool, tho it wasn’t open during the off season. Staff are professional and friendly, and they made efforts to accommodate my need to extend my stay without too much disruption. I recommend it as a solid accommodation, especially for the business traveler.

When there for brunch. The options are great. Fluffy omelette, specific Portuguese bakery, fruits, desserts... Loved it. Will come again, for sure. The service was great.

The hotel is conveniently located on the main street, and it's easy to walk to many shops, restaurants, and nightlife areas. The staff was super welcoming and went all the way to make the stay really comfortable. Rooftop has a small but nice swimming pool and a nice restaurant with lovely views . Comfortable beds and large rooms. The breakfast spread is really good too !

Hotel has amazing staff: the reception organized us a very nice surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and the breakfast personnel was always super friendly and welcoming. The location is also great, right in the center, but it wasn't too noisy. The rooftop pool and bar had amazing views, we definitely recommend! Thank you so much for everything, we loved our stay!

Excellent service. I appreciate the friendliness and hospitality of Mr. Cruz and Ms. Paula at the breakfast. I'm surprised that they remembered us (and what the food we had the day before). They make us feel comfortable and look forward to the breakfast time every morning. Have to give 5 stars for them. The room floor use laminate which is great for those with allergy. The noise insolation is not very good so you can hear closing door noise for next room/people speaking outside. The a/c and fridge are very loud. If you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. If not, this is a great place to stay.

Pleasant 3 night stay while visiting Lisbon. The hotel is located in a quiet location and is near several public transportation options. Staff were friendly and spoke English well, room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel feels (and is) old, dated, tired. Wallpaper in rooms comes loose, desk and floors have damage that has not been repaired, and so on. The room has a sterile feel to it (I stayed in a superior corner room with terrace). What a difference with the Luster boutique hotel which is such a great hotel. Next time I will stay again at Luster!

Great and friendly staff. Front desk very helpful. I loved talking with Rui Cruz who oversaw the operation in the morning. Always with a smile and ready to serve and give awesome suggestions.

The room is big, bed is comfortable, shower is huge. The included breakfast has a ton of choices for food and drinks and there’s a fitness room included (a very small one, but still better than nothing) Also, metro station is across the street (30mt from the hotel entrance) and the metro line is the blue one (3 stops and you can reach an intersection with the red one for the airport or most of the stops you need to use to viait Lisbon)

We recently stayed NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade and was extremely pleased. We first stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, went to visit other cities, and then returned to the hotel for another 3 nights. For both times we had a room with views and terrace on the 9th floor. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the view is fantastic. (The view of the rooftop bar is even better.) The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel location is also ideal, within walking distance to lots of attractions but still relatively quiet. We enjoyed the hotel so much that when our return flight was cancelled because of mechanical issues and were forced to stay in Lisbon for another night, it was an obvious choice for us to return to the same hotel.

I find it very hard to believe this is a 5 star hotel. The only reason we stayed here is due to a discount that was issued by the other NH hotel, which was not honoured and we paid the full price. After checking in I asked for a worker to bring the bags to the room, in which the secretary responded it will be a while since he has already gone to have lunch. Absolutely astronomical price for a hotel that has mold in the showers. The rooms are quite large, however there is a view of the other wall only. The beds are large, however they are very firm and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were not suitable for use, as there is mold all over the shower, and the tiles are chipped. There are no amenities in this hotel, other than a small pool on the roof, which is closed in the winter. To make matters worse, there is no parking, or even a pickup spot, outside of the hotel. This hotel must be reassessed to a maximum of 3 stars. It is extremely overpriced and does not even include a breakfast.

Very conveniently located. Great restaurants and shops a short walk away. The rooms are decently sized, clean, and well maintained. A highlight is the breakfast—properly cooked fresh eggs, fresh fruit and juices, and local baked goods. All staff were very friendly and professional.

I don’t have enough words to express the high level of service and respect in this hotel. The employees are fantastic, hotel is stunning, food is great. Views are beautiful. Location is perfect. Lisbon is definitely a place to be see . Thank you.

Great location. FO team were welcoming and supportive. Room service was very slow, I had to ask 3 times for 1 item. Over all I loved it.

I am writing this review while halfway through my stay; It's amazing! Perfect location, very nice people, excellent staff, and great rooftop! One of the guys there (i forgot his name) was very courteous and helpful for any inquiries I had. I am almost a long-time NH hotels member, so I will be back again!

Enjoyed the stay at NH. Wasn't our first NH Collection Experience, have Stayed in NH Barcelona, and Porto As well. Enjoyed being in the action part of the city. Great welcoming staff. specially Iara at the front desk, who helped us in everyway. We were surprised with an unexpected Birthday Champagne and cake for my Wife's Birthday. was Very Thoughtful. We Stayed 3 days, and than another night later on when we ot back to Lisbon. Enjoyed the amazing Rooftop bar at night and the rooftop pool. Great Stay.

First and foremost, all of the staff, from the front desk to the rooftop pool & bar, at NH Collection Lisboa Liberdade were friendly, helpful, kind, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located across the street from an underground station along a beautiful stretch of the Liberdade. Importantly, the rooftop pool & bar did not disappoint. The views were outstanding, there were plenty of loungers around the pool, and the bar served up the WORLD'S BEST mojito! We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to other travelers. Don't forget to try the mojito.

I can highly recommend this hotel! Great location and amazing staff - especially those working in the breakfast that is delicious. The outside pool at the roof with connection to a bar is a must!

We had an excellent stay here during our trip to Lisbon! We enjoyed the rooftop bar with its amazing views, and the service was unparalleled- my glasses broke during the time we were staying and the staff went out of their way to help me find a tiny screwdriver to use to fix them. Our stay was over my birthday and the staff also went out of their way to make me feel special by providing some champagne and cake to my room. The hotel is central and the included breakfast was wonderful!

I had a unique experience by staying in this hotel. For that it is close to a lot of shopping stores, its location is near to many many places around the city of Lisboa, and the nice and kind staff it has. I will make sure to stay here again in my nexr visit to the great city of Lisbon.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and quiet The pool and rooftop bar are a real plus. Breakfast was excellent and there were at least 6 options for gluten-free pastries. For the quality of this hotel, the price can't be beat.

Stunning rooftop views with cocktail bar and pool, extra attentive staff, close to the city centre and only a 15 min drive from the airport. The room was also modern and comfortable with a good overhead shower with good pressure. We travelled through Portugal, Spain and Gibraltar for 2 weeks, all the while staying at 4 star hotels, and this was by far the highlight. Thanks again to the hotel staff for surprising us with a birthday care package and making our stay even more memorable! Alyssa and Jared.

We really enjoyed our stay with NH in Lisbon! Hotel was very well situated and the staff were friendly. There is a nice rooftop pool and bar to enjoy the views. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Generally a good stay!

Business hotel with little love. The free hotel wifi is just enough for emails and messages (come on guys, it's 2021!), breakfast is just mediocre (you cannot drink the coffee) and the rooms are simply furnished without love - they did not even have enough money for a single picture on the wall in a suite. There is dozens of boutique hotels for the same price in the area or spend a little more and go to one of the top hotels.

We’ve stayed here before and it still doesn’t disappoint. It’s a great location for walking around town. The Staff at the hotel are so nice and helpful. Lovely comfortable room; spacious with plenty of storage space and excellent sound-proofing. Breakfast at the hotel was really good with lots of choice. We will certainly use this hotel again if we stay in Lisbon in the future.

I stayed four nights at the NH Hotel. It was a nice stay, clean, quite, good beds, the room I had was larger, a suit. One main bedroom, with sofa and desk. The bathroom was large as well, water pressure good, no changing of temperature, however it had a step maybe 10cm. The best was the service, the nice young lady at the bar and the breakfast team with Mr. Rui ….. Very attentive, quite, friendly. The food selection is great, sufficient to have a very good breakfast. I like the variety of different olive oils, pepper and salt the most. I added the Hotel to my favorites and will return. Ben

The hotel is perfectly located on a main street but is also very quiet. Service is amazing, the breakfast is outstanding and Rui at the breakfast is great! Love the swimming pool on top and the bar, the view is breathtaking! Loved the place.

Slightly expensive and the rooms are a tiny bit dated, but the service was amazing and among the best I've had around the world. The entrance is a bit odd - just inside a mall - and some of the lower rooms might not have much of a view but our room had a great view of the city and out to the river too. We had a suite, which was spacious and in pretty good condition overall. Generally very quiet too. Good WiFi. Rooftop pool, bar, and sundeck are small but really nice. Location is good, and is a fifteen min walk to the heart of the city. However it is well located with much of the city walking distance away and only a 20-30 min ride (max EUR 15) by cab from the airport.

The hotel is well located. Becarefull The roof top is not open all time but they promote if it were open all year. The staff is very helfull and friendly. My room needs some maintenance.

We had a great stay at the NH Collection of Lisboa. The room was very comfortable, the location was perfect, but the stuff was outstanding. Carolina at the front desk was most hospitable. She helped with our very specific needs with a smile. Thalita at the bar provided very pleasant service. She kept her service swift and brief. This was a great experience.

Great staff!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a nice room as well, took care of everything. Hotel was upstanding. Good location. Room was clean enough, but could have been cleaned better, but certainly not bad. Breakfast was good, but you had to know that you could order what you wanted like eggs or pancakes. Wifi was poor in our room, in other places in the hotel was okay. They had some problems with the premium wifi as well. All in all good experience, especially the staff make this hotel great, however I do feel you pay for it. Not overly expensive but certainly not cheap either. I strongly recommend their NH discovery program. I liked the late check out they gave me complementary as a benefit. The rooftop bar has great views. The pool was not as attractive as in the picture. And this cannot be said enough, staff was very friendly and professional.

We enjoyed our stay here. We found it to be clean & perfectly located in the city. Rooftop bar had the best espresso martini I tried in Lisbon. Room with view & terrace is a must! Knocked off 1 star due to lukewarm shower water.

The Hotel is in walking distance from down town, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. The rooftop pool very relaxing and lovely view. Looked a lot bigger on the photos, but was very cosy. Very special lovely champagne was brought to my room on my Birthday.! Very very nice gesture! Big Thanks to the nice staff!

A huge thank you to every member of staff at NH Liberdade for going above and beyond to make our stay in Lisbon comfortable and hassle-free. I was in town for my grandmother's funeral, with my baby, and everyone from the concierge, to the pool staff, to the night security, did everything to help me out. From organising baby sitters, to playing with my son while I checked in, to surprising us with cake and drinks when they found out my wife's birthday was the day before we checked in. Considering the sad reason for the visit, the staff did their best to make me really enjoy my visit. I really appreciate it, and would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
